Brilliant hotel for business trips, with clean rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds and great showers. The staff are super polite and welcoming. The hotel carpark is small with space for around 20 cars but there is use of the municiple car park next to it. It is within a 10-12 minute walk to supermarkets, restuarants and takeaways. Overall a great stay.

We arrived late at the hotel but there was still plenty of parking. It is in a nice secluded area so you’ve no noise from surrounding area. We were checked in with warm welcome. The room was nice, curtains could’ve been upgraded as they had holes in and some had fallen off the rings on the rail. Our last day we decided to have breakfast which was a nice little spread and good choice of hot breakfast items, yogurt and pastries too which were all very nice! Would recommend the stay again to anyone wanting to visit!

We (family of 5) stayed in the family room as we had an early flight from Stansted in the morning. We emailed Julie with our arrival time and she had everything prepared for us including an additional camping bed in the room. We were greeted warmly and showed around our and the breakfast room. Julie even went as far to place boy/girl napkins on the table for us which was very sweet. The room itself was lovely - large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. Beds were comfy and we had good hot water and biscuits/hot drinks. The location is perfect for Stansted, it took us less than ten minutes to get to the Mid Stay car park but note that if you're in the Long Stay it's a longer journey. Another advantage is that they will let you park your car on-site for a small fee, and you can then taxi to and from the airport which is only a few minutes (we will definitely do this next time as it's considerably cheaper than the airport car parks). Breakfast was amazing - since we left early we weren't that hungry but they had a huge variety of cereals, bread/crumpets, yoghurts, drinks, cereal bars, cheese, fruit ... the list goes on. Price was also very affordable especially for larger families as we could book a single room vs. having to book two (most places are max. occupancy of four). Many thanks and hope to see you soon!

The room was clean and comfortably warm throughout our stay, and the stay was excellent value for money. What truly made the experience stand out was the service; every member of the front desk staff we encountered was kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They were genuinely helpful with every request we had. While the location and amenities are fairly basic/average, the exceptional hospitality and cleanliness make this a solid choice for couples looking for a reliable stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay & would like to sincere thanks to the hotel manager - his name is Charlie & the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. The manager’s professionalism, kindness & attention to detail were exceptional. It was clear that they genuinely care about every guest’s experience, that level of dedication was reflected throughout the hotel. The staff were welcoming, attentive & always ready to help with a smile but just a single receptionist made me unhappy anyway we really enjoyed & extended our stay for few more days. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Many thanks for creating such a memorable stay. I truly appreciate all the hard work & hospitality, I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended! Stayed here many times before. Car park can get a bit congested. Check in was easy as usual. Room a little hot, so slept with window open, woken up at 6am with bins being emptied. Breakfast good.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel in good location just off motorway. Easy reach of London. Plenty of places to get food on site if you don't want to venture further. The staff were the friendliest we meet in a long time and made you feel genuinely welcome. Rooms and bathrooms could do with an upgrade but clean and tidy

Everything was lovely but the staff were not very friendly and we were not informed about the £200 pound deposit we needed to put down or that we would be locked out of our room at 11am Would definitely stay again, but it would have been nice to have a tiny bit more info and customer service

The hotel staff said that he couldnt find my booking although I provided my booking reference and voucher and request 15 pounds for Early check in and charged my account 51 pounds in total. Although I kept saying I booked via Trip.com and paid while I booked the hotel online. It was a prepaid booking. I am so disappointed that the hotel sent me the invoice & receipt on 14 March but I was told I would get the balance of receipt and I would be charged the early check in fee 15 pounds only, the accommodation fee after I checked out at 12pm on March 15. On March 15, when I was checking out, I checked with another staff who was on duty, he said the hotel didn’t charge my card, but the agency card, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, on my bank statement I found that the hotel charged my card for all. And it was really disappointed because they didnt really dealed with my questions and my situation. I did double pay for the accommodation to Trip. Com and the Primier Inn Richmanworth.

Good place to stay near Stansted Airport as there’s a bus across the road from the hotel. Trip.com said there would be 1 double bed and 1 single bed in an accessible room. However we went back to reception and asked and they changed our room with a double bed and single bed. There was stains on the floor but didn’t bother us
