Nice straight forward hotel. Not luxurious but clean with nice beds, decent towels etc. despite being located inside a motorway service station, very quite too. Tea/coffee facilities are provided along with Freeview TV. Good value for money.

Attending a wedding client to the Tinto so was a really suitable venue to stay. The hotel was welcoming and nicely decorated with the room having everything I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Not very happy about services , first of all the breakfast was very very low quality , not any type of fruit was available, no juice apart of a box just can get 45p from Asda
No croissant at all
Toilet flush handle was exactly back side of your seat and covered by toilet lid when you on seat ,,
When i booked the hotel was promised room will be air conditioned but when get room a 10 inch table fan was as air conditioned 😆 which was very noisy at night
Cleaning was good
Staff was well behaved

MMatthewThe service for food was Ok, food nice too. Room TV was not working and no intercom telephone in the room, making it difficult to reach the customer service when needed. wifi was not too strong as expected, probably due to room position. there was no complimentary drinking water in the room but there was nice complimentary tea in room. there was Ironing board but no Iron in the room, because of NO intercom , reaching customer service for an iron was not possible as my time was running. I could say the position is nice and the worker are friendly

GGuest UserWe stayed the night of 12th September at this hotel to split up our journey. The hotel was in an excellent location and easy to find with ample off-road parking and in a very quiet area for being just off the motorway! Hotel staff were excellent- friendly, polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, ample amenities and we had a beautiful view over the racecourse. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Would certainly stay again!

SSharon AmandaLovely hotel, directly off the motorway (so a car is necessary). We stayed for one night because we were going to a concert in Strathaven. The owner was a very friendly man, and the room was lovely. A huge comfortable bed, hot shower, clean linens, small toiletries, and tea/coffee in the room. We had a great stay.
