GGuest UserOverall, it's still good, just like before. However, the soundproofing between rooms is quite poor, so noise from next door was a bit disruptive. Also, the rooms are directly opposite each other and very close, which means any conversations happening outside the doors are quite loud and disturbing.

KKu JieI stayed at Aryaduta Palembang for 3 nights and was very satisfied with my entire experience here.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always provided excellent service. The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly every night.
The breakfast provided during my 3-day stay was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I can honestly say that almost all the food I tried was tasty and satisfying.
The hotel's strategic location near the mall made things very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Palembang in the future.

GGuest UserThis is a decent hotel for Palembang. The cleanliness is acceptable, although the sink didn't drain properly. Housekeeping entered the room without taking off their shoes. There's an Alfa Mart and Indomart downstairs, and it's also very convenient to get a Grab.

GGuest Userexcellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

WwikcantikThe room was comfortable, the only problem was that the door was difficult to open because I had to call housekeeping and the bathroom was a bit lacking because the water in the drain took a long time to go down so it was a bit muddy and really wet

MMerayapJeGreat service from all the staff from front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Located just along the main road where there’s a plenty of eateries in the area. There’s even a pool and small gym, and breakfast buffet spread was a good variety. Highly recommended!
