"The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down.
There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything!
We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner."

ModouletianLocation: Very close to the Porta Venezia metro station, which offers convenient access to the Duomo and Santa Maria delle Grazie (where you can see 'The Last Supper'). It's a quiet area despite being central, with a food street nearby.
Facilities: For a European hotel, it's relatively new. While the amenities are on par with a budget hotel back home, it does have a decent-sized elevator.
Service: They offer 24-hour front desk service, and the staff's English is quite good.
Cleanliness: Overall, it's very clean.
A great choice among hotels in Milan! 👍

Guest UserI chose Hotel Bisceglie again for my Milan trip. The overall conditions are great, the only minor issue is the lack of a charging port by the bed. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient, making it a reliable choice.

The location is excellent, just a short walk across the street to the Central Station. The room was clean, the front desk service was warm and efficient, and breakfast was good. The only downsides were that the room was too small, and I was woken up by the cleaning cart in the morning. The single room had a very small window facing an air shaft, which felt a bit like a prison and was depressing, but the price reflects that.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to Milan Central Station, and the airport shuttle bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. My flight arrived in Milan after 1 AM, and I took the 2:30 AM bus directly to the hotel entrance. If you also have a late-night flight, I highly recommend staying here; it reduces walking and is much safer.

Checking In was easy and quick. The employees are all very friendly and capable. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Furthermore the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A real highlight is the breakfast Buffet, where you can gorge yourself on a variety of cakes and pastries. Lastly, the subway station Loreto is very easy to reach on foot. All in all, very pleasant.

The hotel is new and the service is excellent. The staff speak many languages and you can store your luggage there. I checked in early in the morning, and after a quick call to confirm, it was fine. They gave me a really spacious room. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I return. The only strange thing was that the shower water was cold, but overall it's a very modern place.

The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast
