Very neat and friendly environment. Amazing staff ready for guest's enquiries. My earlier perception of how the hostel would look completely vanished. Very comfortable beds. Good discipline among the guests. However, renting Towels at €5 seemed ridiculous to me. And also, Duvet covers should be provided instead of the additional bed sheet given. Nevertheless, I enjoyed staying and hope to return when visiting Italy again.

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

Everything is very good. Top class location, 24/7 reception. Very lively place. Big reception area, shared kitchen, kids play area. I just loved it. The only thing to note is: it's a hostel so lots of Young kids. Hence lots of noise as well but I loved it.

Hotel Principe is located strategically near the train station and grand canal. We spent 2 nights here recently and were upgraded to grand canal view room, thanks a lot! The room was clean, bed is comfortable and view is amazing. Room is also quiet once window is closed, even though facing the grand canal. Bathroom is big and clean, however there’s no sinkhole in the bathroom which ia very weird, and create problem when water splashed out when we are showering (which definitely will happen) so this need to be fixed. Breakfast selections and quality were alright, we like the freshly made pancake machine. Overall, this hotel is recommended if you’re planning to stay in Venice.

Good standard hotel opposite Mestre station. Frequented mainly by international clients. Excellent staff very fast chekinn, quick breakfast with a good cappuccino. Convenient location to reach the city of Venice. Condigliato

Great location to stay outside of Venice. Easy to take a train to Venice as train station is within walking distance from hotel. If you drive, free parking behind the hotel. The hotel room is clean & comfortable, breakfast spread is quite decent & delicious. One of the popular hotel in Mestre.

Consigliato vivamente, Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal canal grande a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza san marco . Vicinissima alla stazione e dal punto di di partenza degli autobus per l'aeroporto, le stanze molto pulite il personale attento e gentile e premuroso, la colazione abbondante e variegata.

Except location, everything is excellent and I’ll rate 10/10. The campus is really nice , rooms are excellent , staffs are polite. There is a restaurant, mini market within where you can get almost all basic items . How I can forget about the swimming pool where you can chill in a hot summer day. I booked the hotel for 3 days but I wish iI could stay there for more days. The only problem is you need to walk 1.5 km to nearest bus stop from where there is direct bus to main attraction Venice city centre.As I don’t have any problem in walking 1.5 km , it is not a problem for me.

Had a 2 night stay booked in the Hilton Stucky, in a Club room, Venice. Arrived at 11am as we just came off a cruise. Unable to check in till 3pm which was unfortunate. Got access to the executive lounge and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, looks like a corridor off the main lounge, as there was no solid divider the noise was too much, have used Hilton brand around the world and as a past Diamond member, was left disappointed with this one. After checking in at 3pm we went to the room, 3rd floor, take something to leave a trail as there are many corridors to navigate to get to the room. The suit was large and tidy, but overall it looked dated & tiered Plenty storage Bathroom was large with Bath & shower, problems with them draining. Also a lot of mould in shower Not that I watch a lot of Tv, but only 3 English channels, 2 news programs Take plenty of bug spray, as lots of bugs in the hotel and they bite a lot Good shuttle into St Marks, every 30mins, only takes 39 pax at a time, so beware at busy times. Never ate in the hotel, so cannot comment. Sky bar gives excellent views over Venice and bar staff very friendly. Does get busy

We stayed in the Junior suite and the room was exquisite. Big room and the bathroom was very nice. Great water pressure and clean. It had 2 sinks as well for you and your significant other. Service was very good and very polite. Even at night we got room service. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room also had a sunroof with an electronical sunblind. A lot of space for your clothes. Internet was fast enough for work and Netflix browsing. Air conditioning was controlled from next to the door and next to the bed. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. They were also very accomodating. Worth the 5 star rating and worth the money. I would stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

We left the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning, and the hotel breakfast started at 8 o'clock. I asked the front desk staff the night before that we couldn't make it in time for breakfast, and the gentleman said he would prepare it for us. The next day, each of us received a large bag of breakfast, including yogurt, juice, biscuits, cakes, and fruits. There were so many of them that we couldn’t finish them. We had to throw away the ones we couldn’t bring into the security check, which was a pity.

The location of the hotel is very good, turn left when you go out to Marco Polo Square. The service is commendable, all kinds of toiletries are replenished in a timely manner, and the turndown service is also good. The breakfast room is very nice, but the taste is not good. In addition, the big bed is actually made of two mattresses? Is there such a rule?

There is no other hotel I am most satisfied with. I will definitely come again next time. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and a cup of 🥃 after dinner is comfortable ~ The decoration of the room is amazing, and you can make a blockbuster movie in minutes.

Amila was patient, friendly, attentive and considerate. He was highly knowledgeable about Venetian history and explained the information about Aman Venice. Each room holds a special story. The entire experience was lovely. From the first greeting from Alessandro.. Amila who again I would highlight provided exceptional service… To the wider team who were working hard to create a welcoming space (Matteo and Danilo). And to the general manager Licinio. Thank you for the warm greetings at the end. The unique experience from start to end that Aman group led by Vladislav is trying to create is like no other and we will be back. We will be back. The hotel is really quirky with an artistic tiled and colourful exterior and a movie theme (linked to the Venice film festival which is held on the Lido nearby). The staff are really friendly and authentic but not super efficient. We actually find this relaxing, part of the charm preferring this over highly attentive staff. There are two restaurants. The rooftop restaurant has great views of Piazza San Marco just a few miles in the distance. We didn’t eat there preferring the more traditional Italian food in the ground floor restaurant which was very good. The local wine recommendation was also very good. Breakfast was served in a light, airy and colourful breakfast room. I particularly appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice which for some unfathomable reason is not offered in some more expensive hotels! For me this is a sign of quality. A fantastic selection of fresh fruits and pastries were provided, as well as cooked items - I had the scrambled eggs and bacon (more like pancetta). We really enjoyed the breakfast options but there’s no full English options if that’s your thing. We booked a Spa package which was excellent value. The therapists were very friendly and professional. The 100 minute massage was a highlight for me. My wife very much enjoyed the facial, particularly that the therapist didn’t just disappear when the mask was applied but continued to massage the body. My wife is not a stranger to regular facial and noted that the products were high quality but that there was just as much attention to massaging the whole body rather than just facial massage. Just a point of difference to be aware of if you’re used to more traditional facials. I considered when booking that a 2 hour slot for the Spa facilities may be restrictive but unlike some spas which have outside views this spa was in the basement, very nice, but 2 hours was sufficient. The Spa itself has steam rooms, saunas, a relax room and showers. The Spa is better than many hotel spas I have been in and probably the best iI have experienced in this price range. Highlights for me was the large Jacuzzi which was more like a hydrotherapy massage pool, and a good size sauna with a three stage cold mist shower. Very welcome after the sauna. The Lido itself is quite laid back with amazing beaches. When we visit Venice again we may well stay on the Lido and purchase a weekly ACTV water bus pass. What we now realise is that this would be a great way to see and visit the whole of Venice. In summary, at the price point, the Spa package and hotel exceeded expectations. We’d definitely go back.

The hotel location is great, it is very convenient to call watertaxi directly to the entrance of the hotel, the hotel keys are very nice, and welcome wine and chocolates are provided. The hotel's breakfast has many types and is delicious. The toiletries are from Parma ~

The service at the St. Regis Hotel is very good. The staff are warm and thoughtful. It is definitely a 5-star service. The facilities and environment are also first-class. It is also very close to St. Mark's Square. It only takes about 2 minutes to walk there. Of course, the price is A bit expensive, but reasonably expensive. This is a very good memory for me in Venice. I will stay here again next time I come.

The hotel is on a separate island and there is only this hotel on the island. The environment is well maintained. There is a pool and restaurant on the roof. You can see the main island of Venice. In terms of transportation, there is a ferry to and from San Marco Square on the main island. The boat and the one-way shuttle bus to St. Lucia Railway Station on the main island are free. We live in small suites, the rooms and beds are large, the bathrooms and cloakrooms are large, and the experience is very good!

The hotel was clean and the staff were polite, and it is one or two stops by train to Venice. Also, the hotel is across the street from the station. The only downside of our visit was that I chose the hotel because it advertised having air conditioning. However, we were told the air conditioning could not be turned on while visiting. As a result, we had to open the windows to get air at night, and because there were no screens, bugs and mosquitoes entered the room and we were bitten while we slept. Also, the noise outside made getting to sleep difficult. I would suggest anyone considering booking the hotel check to ensure the air conditioning will be available.

I stayed at the NH Laguna last night after working a long flight from Canada. The beds were comfortable and it was very easy to access Venice by metro. I just had to recognize Teresa at the breakfast restaurant who made my day before working the flight home. She was so kind and friendly with a genuine smile and served me with such pleasure that I can tell tell that she genuinely loves her job and interacting with people and making their stay special. She pit me kn a great mood to work get flight home and reminded me to always greet my passengers with a smile.

Typical Hilton so quality was not bad. Rather than paying v high hotel rates in Venice people should consider Hilton as it is v reasonable. There are two buses right outside the door with the 2nd stop that brings you to Venice bus terminals. You can walk in to Venice or take a ferry within 30 min with things to see whilst you are walking. Another plus is that with a 5 to 10 min taxi ride you and your luggages will arrive at the door of Hilton without the trouble of taking your luggages to your hotel in Venice after transport through boats But you need to time the return journey especially when the weather is cold or wet as it is hard to get a taxi in the evening when people are leaving after dinner.

I stayed with my family for a day and it was pleasant. Here are the pros and cons, Pros: 1. Comparatively worth the money 2. Clean and comfortable with air condition 3. Good spread for the complimentary breakfast 4. Have community parking available just opposite and around the hotel. Free from 8 pm to 8 am. 5. At nice location. Plenty of shopping around. Cons: 1. Charged 6.20 Euro as city tax which was not mentioned during booking. 2. No free parking at Hotel 3. Toilet lid was very old, need replacement. Unable to close the window door causing bit noisy.

Few minutes walk to the tram stop and direct line to Venice approx 30 mins. Ask the locals about how to get a tram ticket online super easy. Friendly staff. Missed out on the breakfast as we got there so late but overall great place and good value.

I have always worried that it is far away from the station and it is inconvenient to take a car, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus for free pick-up and drop-off, which saves the trouble of carrying a luggage turnover car. If you need to pick up at the venezia Mestre train station, you have to call or email in advance to make a reservation. If you need to send it to the Mestre train station, you have to make a reservation with the front desk in advance. We informed the departure time when we went downstairs for breakfast, which is a perfect reservation. There is a time point for unified arrangement of the car. If you miss the time point, you need to solve it yourself. The official website has a time point introduction. Breakfast is a buffet, which is pretty good and hygienic. In short, a satisfactory stay! recommend!

The NH collection hotel is a beautiful old but renovated hotel building in Verona. The staff are very friendly and the location is perfect. Unfortunately the hotel is not five star standard because it has a very bad breakfast and bo room service. I arrived at around 22:30 and was told that there was no restaurant or room service but that I could order some food online….. After a day of travelling you can imagine that I was not amused. With regards to breakfast, as a tourist in Italy in a five star hotel you can at least expect to have fresh fruits, some nice prosciutto and cheese selction but all you get is very cheap stuff… canned fruits, no freshly pressed orange juice, cheap ham and salami and so on… you can even observe the staff in the kitchen eating the food they are preparing for the guests and how messy everything is in the kitch. When I asked for some fresh fruits they informed me that there were no more fruits. So breakfast at this hotel is an absolute no go. Another minor deficiency was the fact that besides a small mirror in the bathroom there are no mirrors in the room. My advice to management would be to improve the breakfast buffet and make sure guests can at least order a sinple samdwhich during the night, then the hotel would get a 5/5 from me.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel.We were upgraded and treated with great respect and kindness.The hotel was delightful and we loved the variety of art.The staff marked my daughters birthday with a cake and sang too! Fantastic! The gardens are beautiful..We loved the pool area and the Jasmine walk.We were offered a special rate for a massage/spa and this was very special indeed! I want to thank the staff for making our visit so very delightful and my daughters Birthday such a memorable experience! Ì

Building more than 600 years ago, in the core area, convenient for shopping nearby, very few people live in the hotel, only our family for breakfast for two days, there are many sweets, but super delicious, the hotel has a sense of history, there are two in the lobby, There are dog sculptures or pictures everywhere, in line with the rhythm of our house, the waiters are very polite, because there are not many customers, we all remember us, the second time I went to Verona, in addition to beauty, it was beauty!

I felt very comfortable with my room and the equipments provided. Although there are not many amenities nearby, the hotel staffs were very friendly and approachable. There are many good choices for breakfast. One of the best hotels I have been so far.

easy online checkin. No staff after midnight but all is possible with a downloadable smart-phone-installed key. Very simple, very easy. In the morning, we were greeted by friendly staff and even though breakfast was not included in our price we still got a little take-away cake as a gift.
