The hotel is accessible to market and shopping area with a lots of restaurants around the area. It’s clean and the buffet breakfast delicious with a lot of choices. Daily top up of coffee, tea  and bottled water. Cleanliness wise so clean everyday cleaning and towel daily change as well. We booked room with mountain view good for 3 pax

1. **Transportation:** I arrived in Jeju around 9 PM. It took about two hours to get to the hotel by airport shuttle bus, as it's located in Seogwipo City, quite a distance from the airport. The return journey by bus was more direct, taking about 1.5 hours with fewer stops. There's a bus station nearby. It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to Seogwipo Olle Market. 2. **Environment:** I booked a sea view room, and it was absolutely fantastic, exceeding my expectations! I could see distant islands, the harbor, and even the school below, offering an excellent view. 3. **Service:** There were many staff members at the front desk who could communicate in English. They were all very friendly! I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to explore the south and east parts of Jeju Island. It's away from the city center, quiet, boasts great scenery, and offers excellent value for money! If I visit Seogwipo again, I'll definitely stay here. I've already recommended it to my friends.

We stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night. Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China. Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am.

This is an established, star-rated hotel, conveniently located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The elevators offer glass panels with sea views, and the waterfall view in the ground floor cafe is also beautiful. The lobby has a CU convenience store, there's a GS25 by the entrance, and an Emart and a pharmacy directly across the street. The nearby neighborhood is quiet and charming, boasting a wide variety of food options like tofu soup restaurants and bakeries, as well as specialty stores like Olive Young and Patagonia, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The front desk service was excellent. They kindly stored my luggage before the 3 PM check-in time. Some staff members couldn't understand English, but they patiently found colleagues who could assist. The breakfast offered a great variety and was very good. Downsides: ① The room has limited power outlets. Once the lamp is plugged in, there aren't many other available sockets, so I recommend bringing a small power strip. ② The bathroom has a bathtub, which might be less convenient for elderly guests. ③ Since it wasn't air-conditioning season, the only ventilation in the room was by opening the window. However, there was a slight noise from planes taking off and landing at the distant airport. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, though it was quiet in the middle of the night.

Great stay overall. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, including the carpark staff. The room was well-maintained, though the carpet could have been cleaner. 2 minor issue was that the toilet light would occasionally switch off unexpectedly and window mesh are not sealed properly that caused the mosquito to fly in. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

The room was clean, the sea view was great, there were no strange odors, and I didn't notice any issues with soundproofing. I'm not sure where the negative online reviews came from; personally, I found everything to be good, and the location was very convenient too.

The hotel’s location is a huge advantage—situated in the heart of Jeju City, it made getting around, exploring local spots, and accessing the airport incredibly easy. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. While not overly luxurious, it felt cozy and practical, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. Service throughout my stay was efficient and professional. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, which added to the overall pleasant experience. I also enjoyed the dining options available at the hotel, with a good variety of food to suit different preferences. Overall, Maison Glad Jeju is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Jeju.

Located near Hamdeok Beach, the off-season price was great. The hotel is tucked away in an alley and has a parking tower, but there aren't many flat parking spaces and they're hard to get. There's a free public parking lot not too far away. The front desk staff were very friendly and explained how to use the parking facilities. The breakfast was a highlight – clean, hygienic, and with a diverse selection. Even though there was only one person working in the restaurant during the off-season, she was always smiling, which brightened my mood! The room was large, but the design lacked a bit of privacy (perhaps suitable for couples). The toilet area with a clear glass partition was a bit awkward. There were no hangers provided in the room, and the power outlets were strangely placed and blocked by furniture. The sink was designed too low – I don't know who designed it, but they should be fired. Overall, staff/breakfast get 5 stars, location 4, and room amenities/design 3. It would still be a good choice if visiting in the summer.

It is a nice accommodation for a solo traveler like me. Very accessible to the famous Seogwipl Olle Market, has a bus stop right outside the hotel, has a convenience store across the street as well. Also, valet parking is free but could get full fast. Overall, it was great. I also loved the view from my room as well.

Spacious and clean room. Room service cleaning was also great. On arrival in the afternoon, without us requesting it, the front desk lady immediately offered us early check-in since the room was ready. All of them could communicate in good English. Toilet was clean and the necessary amenities were provided for. Bottles minerals were also provided each day. There was a cafe and a mini-mart in the hotel, but wish the cafe could open early instead of 8 am. Also the 2 staff at the cafe was not well prepared for the opening at 8 am. The pastries were all not ready on the shelves, they were still trying to sort them out. The coffee we ordered were still on hold, have to tell them to start preparing them cos we have to catch the tour bus. The mini-mart store lady was not so friendly. But will still stay at this hotel again cos it’s the pickup point for the local tours and hotel room and service is really good. Near to Dongmun market. 👍👍 Nice sea view in front of hotel.
