GGuest UserIt's a very nice hotel staff are very very friendly i am booked in for next week too as my husband is in hospital in covilha so it's so close for me I have been in. A lot of hotels in covilha in the last 3 months and I must say this one is the best up to now the access to the pool area is perfect the breakfast is very good. I am hoping to be able to book the week after next as well if the price is affordable

GGuest UserWhat an amazing hotel in this city. A great scenic ride down the Serra Estrella, plenty parking and helpful staff to explain where to locate the amazing wall art city trail. The breakfast is one of the best I had in long time, fresh and plenty local options, large rooms and well equipped. No complaints.

GGuest UserThe hotel's view is astonishing and provides a unique experience for guests. The service, both at reception and in the restaurant, is highlighted by the team's sympathy and professionalism.
However, one point to improve is the quality of Wi-Fi, which has shown frequent connection failures.
The restaurant is excellent quality, with a highlight for brown pudding and T-bone meat, both highly recommended. In addition, the resort adjacent to the restaurant is extremely welcoming, equipped with households that provide a pleasant environment. However, it was noted that the houses were only accessed on the first day of the stay, and in the following days, despite the most cold, the environment remained comfortable due to air conditioning.
Finally, a suggestion of improvement would increase the temperature of the heated pool, making the experience even more pleasant for guests.

CCaGirlVery nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.

JJoão RC SilvaThe hotel service is generally good. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a balcony, which is always a nice extra. It's a shame they didn't fulfill my request, nothing extravagant, to have a double bed instead of two single beds.

OOJO OLUKAYODEAfter Gym Hotel races behaviour, the police led us to this hotel and it was a great place to stay. Our other commitments didnt provide the opportunity to extend our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. We promised to visit the ancient city again.
