SSoraia mI was genuinely surprised by the quality; honestly, I don't understand why it's not rated as 5 stars.
From the moment of arrival, the experience was flawless. The decor is elegant, modern, and meticulously detailed, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The rooms are beautiful: modern, clean, extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. I chose a sea-view room, which was magnificent!
The amenities are another strong point, from the outdoor and indoor pools to the gym, which completely exceeded my expectations. It's very well-equipped and a pleasant place to work out.
Regarding the gastronomy, everything we tried was of excellent quality. You can tell there's care, consistency, and attention to detail.
But the true highlight, without a doubt, is the service. It was simply exceptional. From the reception to the restaurant and bar, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and genuine attention that made all the difference. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay.
A very special thank you to João, the bar manager if I'm not mistaken, whose service was impeccable, extremely professional, attentive to detail, and always available. He truly made a difference in our experience. 100 out of 100! And not to forget the rest of the team, a big thank you.
It was a memorable experience. Without a doubt, a hotel to return to.

EEddie RogersStayed at upon vila for 4 nights. First impressions were very good starting with the location which faces the Targus river and a short drive to several restaurants on the
sea front. My room was quite big and had several seats and a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. A complimentary bottle of water and some cookies were also waiting in my room.
Breakfast times were from 8am - 11am which is great for late risers. First impressions on breakfast was disappointing. They had a few cereals limited fruit and pastries. They only had eggs and bacon for the cooked breakfast and on another day mushrooms. Also the same items were served over the 4 days. It would have been better to vary the menu each day. Overall a pleasant stay but disappointed with breakfast choices.

GGuest UserThe hotel has sea views, but it's not first-line, located high up in the distance.
The staff were generally very friendly.
The superior room is small, as is the bathroom, but adequate. The minibar is super quiet; the toilet hose's pressure was a bit out of control. The sound insulation to the hallway and outside isn't the best, but it's not too bad either. I didn't hear any noise from the other rooms.
The spa and pool are tiny; they control capacity with advance reservations, and small children are only allowed in the morning.
The gym has a few machines, enough to work the major muscle groups.
Breakfast is varied; in my opinion, it lacks the typical Alentejo bread. On the first day, the scrambled eggs looked very dry, but by the second day, they were already good. I think it's rude for the staff to start rushing around 10 a.m., clearing tables, restricting access to only part of the buffet, and then starting cleaning and not restocking.
It was a pleasant stay.

AAlentejoIt is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view.
Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.

GGuest UserOverall, the stay was good. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and even though all rooms had a sea view, in some, you could only see the sea from the balcony. I found the breakfast limited; for example, there were no pancakes or crepes. The ladies' sauna wasn't working, and the men's was tiny and also not working well. The room cleaning was fine, but we were woken up by vacuum cleaners at 9 AM, which was not pleasant. Access to the hotel is very good because it has two entrances.

GGuest UserTryp is a very nice hotel located near the coast which allows you to go out for nice walks along the pathways by the beach. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice they had a large mirrors on the wardrobe doors thick were very aesthetic and the toilets were clean. The food they serve is also very nice and cooked well I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and it’s somewhere I plan on staying again.
