GGuest UserIssue with Booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir – Discrepancy and Guest Policy Concerns
A frustrating experience with a recent booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir, made through Trip platform.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I initially inquired about room availability directly at reception and to view rooms. I was quoted a significantly higher rate than what was listed on Trip.com. When I showed them the lower price on the app and asked if they would match it, I was told they would not. However, the receptionist confirmed that I could book the same room through Trip.com and return with the confirmation.
After booking the King Room via Trip.com, the hotel insisted that only one person could stay in the room unless we paid an additional fee. This was despite the fact that:
The room type was clearly for two people,
Only one breakfast was included (which we accepted),
And no restriction on guest number was mentioned in the listing.
It took a prolonged discussion and escalation to the manager before two guests were allowed to stay—only after unnecessary argument and delay.
Additionally, the rate for the second night on Trip.com was significantly higher than the first night. I strongly recommend Trip.com highlight or suggest booking the entire duration of a stay at the outset, rather than booking night by night, to ensure guests lock
in the best rate and avoid such discrepancies.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

AAlinashkomApart from the location, the rest is very sad. More details: broken kettle, blanket with holes, towel with holes (holes of 5-8 cm), mattress on double bed is smaller than the base of the bed by about 15 cm, on single bed on the contrary the mattress is larger than the base, shower in hair and spiders, hot water is barely warm, the soap container in the shower is empty, there are only 3 towels for 4 people including foot towels, in the room from dishes 2 glasses and that's it, toilet is cracked, button is broken. In the room there were 2 glasses with water and 2 tea leaves waiting for us. We did not want to wash in such a bathroom at all. Honestly, we did not expect this. We are not picky, but this was too much. And also. There is no parking, only where you can find a place on the street, but not next to the hotel.

HHerriesHotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

CChinta8Both of us have a wonderful stay here. The room very cozy in modern style the bed uhhh so comfy make u feel lazy to get off😻 we tried the buffet breakfast and it was amazing.the. Location of the hotel only 8 minute walk from train station and its walkable around the town area. I really love our time here. And the hotel smells really nice like 5 star hotel .

GGuest UserAlthough we booked a deluxe king room, which is normally non-smoking, we were given a smoking room that smelled of smoke. We declined. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to stay in a standard room. The rooms were below Hilton quality.
