The pillows were very thick and hard. At midnight, I couldn't stand it and asked for another pillow from the reception, but I was told that all the pillows were the same.
I couldn't sleep because of the sound of the TV in the next room in the morning, the sound was clear as if the TV in our room was on.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the University of Sacalia. It is a suite. A living room with an open kitchen but no cooking utensils. There are two rooms. There are people on duty at night. You can ask the hotel staff to help you call a taxi.

Stayed 4 nights here while visiting children.
in general very good.breakfast is good,for coffee,order first and make it straight.the service is good and it is close to the shopping mall and the bus terminal.
When checking out, I was also helped to book a taxi. Thank you.

這個酒店在土耳其到現在感覺到最舒服的， 服務在土耳其已經算是超級好、環境特別好，工作很辛苦去這個地方待三四天就很舒服了，那邊經理是一個女的叫Samia ，謝謝她了，接待我們很好，酒店做菜也好吃的，按摩的技術還好，不是特別的專業

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and very nice decorations. Staffs are very friendly and kind to us. The room is quite big and comfortable. Bathroom seems to be old and needs some updates. Overall is a pleasant stay for us.
