They are so fast and efficient! I was allowed to check in at 9:40AM because my room was ready. I had left my large luggage there 5 days prior to my booking so it made it easier to get around Hong Kong. They even helped me to my room. Everything took less than 10 minutes so I was able to make the free shuttle to the subway station at 10:00AM. Erika was at the front desk and she helped me the day I checked in and checked out. Alex helped with my luggage both days as well. They are both so nice! Here is a picture of the free shuttle schedule that takes you too and from Tung Chung subway station. Also Disney was small but fun. The projections on the castle are much better than USA Disneyland and Disney World. Don’t forget to use the Disneyland app to get your pass for Playhouse in the Woods as soon as you get through the main gates at Disneyland.

The hotel is really convenient for family, the tram is located right in front of the hotel, the service is good. The bathroom might be a bit small tho! Overall it’s great breakfast is nice and complete don’t expect much veggie option

Great hotel! Very clean and surprisingly the biggest room I've ever stayed in Hong Kong in 7 years! Lovely staff and an upgrade was also very nice. Facilities and location also very good! Think I have found a new hotel to stay when ever i am visiting from the mainland 🤙

Pretty good overall, except for a couple things. They don't take your deliveries to the door, so you have to go down to reception every time. Also, they entered my room even though it was marked as ”do not disturb”.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Victoria Peak, the views from the pool and the room we stayed at were breathtaking, it’s decorated in an older style, but it’s well maintained and very clean. Overall the experience was great and we’ll be staying again in the future. Special thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade and to the concierge for the help and great sense of humor.

It’s a bit up the hill but in HK this is normal. Close to all MTR and lots of restaurants and bars around. If you enjoy nightlight in Soho or LKF, this is the place you can just walk back to your room after party, no matter how late.

This is a very convenient and fancy hotel, with excellent customer service, The hotel is on top of the upscale mall and surrounded by a train station and bus station also with so many diverse excellent restaurants.
