Free upgrade to seven seater car. Sufficient to carry 5 adults and load/unload our luggage with ease. Communication with customer service is easy via WhatsApp (sent by rental company before the trip). Response time is fast and all requests for add-on items were prepared without problem. Even though the add-on fee to be paid by cash only but is ok for me. Need to put down cash deposit for the ETC rental during car pick up, extra fee will be deducted accordingly during car return. Pick up from Nagoya airport arrival hall and return car back to rental company shop near airport. They will send you to airport from their shop after car returned.

 car rental service people speak Mandarin. Very easy to communicate. And they are very friendly. Forgot to book ETC,  Fortunately, they helped us solve it. If you want to rent ETC, remember to book in advance, there is not necessarily a backup. Because the snow tires were also booked on the snow mountain, there are other car rental companies even if they booked, they may not have. Their service is top notch. They communicated 1month in advance before our arrival. The pick up and drop off process is fast but they have to send u from airport. They provided car accessories like hp holder and ECC device with minimal charge (to pass toll without paying cash. The only thing to be aware is to plan accordingly if your departure flight is in early morning or late night as they start work from 9am-8pm.
