The morning session will consist of a presentation introducing the funding programme, as well as a case study from the region that will provide insights into the application process. Following a refreshment break, there will be a workshop led by an Arts Council Museums Relationship Manager. This workshop will cover what constitutes a good idea for a museum project and what makes a strong project grant application. Collaborative working, partnership funding, and support will also be discussed. In the afternoon, delegates will have the opportunity to sign up for 20-minute one-to-one sessions with a Museum Relationship Manager.
