Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

I practically always stay here when I'm in Zhengzhou. The facilities are comprehensive, the room is clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet. The lobby and rooms are tastefully designed; even after more than ten years of operation, it still looks great. All the room amenities are well-maintained. When the hotel wasn't fully booked, the front desk proactively called me to ask about my room preferences, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money! The environment is beautiful, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly nice. She even gave us a free room upgrade. When you open the curtains, you're greeted with a stunning view, and there's a big balcony – the living environment is truly excellent. The bed is so comfortable, you'll want to fall asleep the moment you lie down. The TV is huge, perfect for watching movies, and the air conditioning is quiet. The smart toilet with constant warm water was a pleasant surprise. They even gave us a welcome gift, and the front desk lady gave me a little horse figurine, haha – so thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luoyang. I really didn't want to leave this hotel! Seriously, everyone should come here! They even provided umbrellas on a rainy day, which was very considerate. Plus, it's located right inside the ancient city, and a snack street is just steps away. Hehe!

I saw the hotel right at the exit of Longmen High-Speed Rail Station, and it was super convenient to walk there. After checking in, I noticed the window couldn't close properly. I reported it to the front desk, and they immediately upgraded me to a suite. The breakfast was also great. It's an excellent choice if you're near the high-speed rail station.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle service is convenient. There are also plenty of takeaway options nearby. The room is spacious, has a fridge, and is very clean. The laundry room uses LG machines, which are efficient. They even have spicy soup for breakfast! Overall, it's great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time as the price is just right.

This B&B's location is fantastic! A 5-minute walk left takes you straight to Luoyi Ancient City, and a 15-minute walk right leads to Lijing Gate, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. It's a renovated old house with a Chinese courtyard, where every step reveals a beautiful, ancient charm. Each floor has unique and thoughtful designs, and the third-floor terrace truly sets the mood. When the lights come on at night, it genuinely feels like you're in an ancient town. The owner's service was incredibly warm and helpful; when my child suddenly felt unwell in the middle of the night, they responded promptly and caringly. There's a parking lot in the back, and it's easy to get a ride-share in the morning. However, in the afternoon and evening, with more tourists, ride-shares can get stuck in the narrow alleyways. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, allowing you to experience the authentic life of an old alley.

As a member, I was able to get a room upgrade, which was nice. The room was pretty good, clean and tidy. A robot delivered anything I needed, which was cool. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but the restaurant itself had a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. One service aspect needs improvement: when answering calls, the staff should wait for the guest to hang up first. This is basic etiquette, as guests might remember other questions they want to ask.

The service here is top-notch, five stars all the way! Customer service was prompt and efficient. When my flight schedule changed, they quickly and seamlessly rearranged my airport transfer. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the fourth floor. I realized I was out of masks just before leaving and politely asked if the hotel had any. She kindly gave me two, which was incredibly helpful in the moment.

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

I chose the Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou East for a concert in Zhengzhou. It's incredibly close to the high-speed rail station, within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, quite spacious, and even came with a washing machine and dryer. The breakfast included some local Zhengzhou specialties, and there was always complimentary welcome tea available at the front desk.
