Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

Delicious and excellent breakfast choices. Location: Right next to the lake with a pedestrian zone. Great evening atmosphere with street singers. Staff: Highly professional, kind, and helpful. Great English speakers, used a translator when needed. Negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke despite the ”No Smoking” sign on the table. Overall a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

This hotel is ideally located right by the exit of Luoyi Ancient City, and only 1.2 kilometers from Lijinmen, passing through十字街 (Shizi Street). There's a subway station about 300-400 meters away, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. Even though it's close to a scenic area, the soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet. They offer two types of pillows, including a latex one, and I slept really well during my two-night stay. The staff are wonderful and very helpful; they even assisted with my luggage and gave me a welcome gift upon check-in. Free bottled water and yogurt are also available. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Luoyang. It's excellent!

The breakfast spread was extensive and very satisfying. The hotel's location is superb, and parking was convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great value for money. This hotel is very close to the airport, and the rooms are large and comfortable. While enjoying the sunset from the floor-to-ceiling window, I suddenly noticed that directly across from the hotel was the Zhengzhou Lab-Grown Diamond International Trading Center. You could easily spend your layover time there, as the lab-grown diamonds are much cheaper than in malls. Besides being convenient for the airport, the hotel is also great for dining and entertainment. Right next door is the Air Harbor Living Area, which has everything from food and drinks to massages. A quick stroll outside, and you can sort out dinner and a relaxing massage. The hotel's overall service was already very responsible and attentive, but a word of caution to those who book the airport shuttle service: do not be late. I had booked a 10:00 AM shuttle, and by 10:02 AM after checking out, the shuttle had already left. The hotel explained that there were other passengers who needed to be dropped off, so it's crucial not to be late. Thankfully, the hotel was incredibly considerate and immediately arranged another car specifically to take me. I'm truly grateful!

This B&B's location is fantastic! A 5-minute walk left takes you straight to Luoyi Ancient City, and a 15-minute walk right leads to Lijing Gate, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. It's a renovated old house with a Chinese courtyard, where every step reveals a beautiful, ancient charm. Each floor has unique and thoughtful designs, and the third-floor terrace truly sets the mood. When the lights come on at night, it genuinely feels like you're in an ancient town. The owner's service was incredibly warm and helpful; when my child suddenly felt unwell in the middle of the night, they responded promptly and caringly. There's a parking lot in the back, and it's easy to get a ride-share in the morning. However, in the afternoon and evening, with more tourists, ride-shares can get stuck in the narrow alleyways. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, allowing you to experience the authentic life of an old alley.

As a member, I was able to get a room upgrade, which was nice. The room was pretty good, clean and tidy. A robot delivered anything I needed, which was cool. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but the restaurant itself had a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. One service aspect needs improvement: when answering calls, the staff should wait for the guest to hang up first. This is basic etiquette, as guests might remember other questions they want to ask.

The service here is top-notch, five stars all the way! Customer service was prompt and efficient. When my flight schedule changed, they quickly and seamlessly rearranged my airport transfer. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the fourth floor. I realized I was out of masks just before leaving and politely asked if the hotel had any. She kindly gave me two, which was incredibly helpful in the moment.

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

This hotel is incredibly close to the high-speed train station; you can even see it from the room, which was super convenient for catching an early train. The breakfast was a nice bonus, offering local specialties like 'Húlàtāng' (spicy soup). My only minor complaint is that the pillows weren't very comfortable for me personally. Overall, it's a great spot for a layover or a quick stop.
