Whenever I travel, a comfortable stay is super important as it really affects my mood for the whole trip. I was debating hotel choices before my journey and finally settled on Yunhe Yebo. From the moment I arrived, I was really pleased – the environment and service were both excellent. Every day, when leaving and returning, someone would greet us; they'd ask if we wanted water when we left and if we wanted congee when we returned. The attention to detail was perfect! I absolutely loved the overall Chinese design elements of the hotel. The room was also incredibly spacious and the soundproofing was great. We stayed for three nights, and both the adults and kids were happy. It's a shame I forgot to take photos. If I get the chance to visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely stay here.

In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level. This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

This hotel was the highlight of my Xi'an trip! The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable – step right out to amazing food options, and it's a short walk to the Muslim Quarter, making getting around super convenient. The room felt really spacious and open, not at all cramped. The smart devices were responsive, and voice control was a breeze; no need to hunt for remotes. All the appliances and bathroom fixtures were well-maintained. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any street noise, which was perfect for a good rest after a long day of exploring. The hotel also has a gym, which was great for a quick workout, and the self-service laundry room was a lifesaver – being able to wash, dry, and iron clothes while traveling was such a convenience. The Wi-Fi was fast, perfect for streaming or working. Hygiene was impeccable – the room was meticulously cleaned, every nook and cranny was spotless, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh. The bathroom was dry and odor-free. Even the public areas were constantly maintained and looked very reassuring. The staff were all wonderful and very prompt in addressing any requests. For the price, this quality is truly rare. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

The hotel boasts convenient transportation, allowing you to easily visit the Bell Tower on foot. The overall decor features an elegant Wabi-sabi style, with clean and refined rooms, and rich soft furnishing details. The thoughtful butler service was responsive throughout our stay. Breakfast hours are flexible, so you can sleep in and still make it. The 17th-floor infinity pool creates a fantastic atmosphere, but I especially recommend checking out the 17th-floor bar and Bell Tower viewing area at night. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is gentle and attentive, making a stay in Xi'an here very reassuring and comfortable. It's even great for a staycation! I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

Tired from the journey, but thankfully I met Xiao Yi (the staff member). Her service was authentic and unpretentious. She spoke gently and was very thoughtful, leaving a great impression on this stay. The hotel's location is excellent; it's lively yet quiet, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers, and not far from other famous attractions, making travel convenient. There are also many dining options nearby. It would be even better if the breakfast included hot items like noodles or rice vermicelli soup. Also, the room didn't have UPS/non-power-cut outlets.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

This Novotel is in a great location close to the Drum Tower and Muslim Quarter. The hotel has so many amenities like afternoon tea, well stocked umbrellas when it rains and washer/dryers. It’s very helpful to be able to wash clothes when traveling. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with a mix of Chinese and international options. There were also some Chinese options specific to Xi’an that I also saw in the Muslim Quarter. The room was comfortable and high tech. Stella at the front desk is the only one who spoke some English and was helpful from the onset to explain everything, answer questions and even helped me to order some food via app as I was unable to do it without a local Chinese number. The only weird thing is there’s no driveway for drop off so you can only get dropped off and picked up in the street.

The room is spacious and well-designed, with a separate wet and dry area. It comes with a desk, a round table, a sofa, and a swivel chair, so there's plenty of space even if you have a lot of luggage. 😄 The Roujiamo from Yuanjia Village nearby is amazing! I also managed to try Lao Wujia's oil tea and Jiajia's oil Huxuan, which were both incredibly delicious! The service was thoughtful, with separate wet and dry slippers, soft drinks, coffee, and herbal tea. The breakfast offered a wide variety of local specialties, including Liangpi, Helaomian, and health-boosting teas. Since the hotel only has three floors of guest rooms, the breakfast area wasn't overly crowded, making for a much better experience. I also encountered quite a few foreign guests, so it seems this hotel is a top pick for international visitors too. To anyone coming to Xi'an, this hotel is definitely a no-brainer!
