The food options are quite convenient, and the hotel's location is great for catching the House of Dancing Water show. However, the soundproofing isn't great. You can clearly hear children running and shouting in the hallways, which I don't think is up to par for a five-star hotel; that was a real downside. The complimentary water and minibar drinks were decent. There's a bit of a view from outside, but unfortunately, the Ferris wheel was out of service for maintenance when I visited, so I didn't get to ride it.
Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing.
My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall.
If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type.
I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.
This was my first time in Macau, and I blindly chose Grand Lisboa Palace. We stayed for two nights, and it offered great value for money – truly an amazing experience!
The hotel is relatively new. Our room was spacious and airy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a log until I woke up naturally. We specifically booked a room with a sofa bed, and the hotel thoughtfully made it up for our child. This gave each of us a separate space, allowing for quiet relaxation without disturbing each other – exactly the kind of laid-back vibe a vacation should have!
The garden on the 3rd floor of the hotel is absolutely stunning; every photo we took turned out beautifully! All the drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary, which was a fantastic bonus.
Although the location isn't in the city center, its advantage lies in being quiet and less crowded, free from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It perfectly captures a resort-like island vacation atmosphere, making it ideal for families with kids.
Wynn Palace is just a 10-minute walk away, which was super convenient for exploring its gardens. Downstairs, there's a huge variety of food options, so we never had to worry about meals.
Overall, it was clean, comfortable, hassle-free, and relaxing. For families without a strong shopping agenda and who are primarily looking for a laid-back getaway with kids, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place – highly recommended!
Five out of five stars!
The bathroom was huge, almost half the size of the room, and the sofa was comfortable enough for an adult to sleep on. The food at the Grand Club was excellent, and the beef rolls were delicious. It's very close to MGM and Wynn Palace, just across the street. It's a shame we didn't get a room facing the musical fountain due to the crowd, but overall it was pretty good.
An absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service!
I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient.
The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.
The room facilities were a bit dated, but very clean, and the towels were of good quality. All the basic amenities were provided, including a phone charger, mini-fridge, iron, and hairdryer. We booked a sea view room, and the view from the window was great, though it rained both days we were there, which was a shame as it would have been even prettier. The hotel breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a rich variety, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. Even the jam for the bread was homemade, and the juice was high quality.
From the front desk to the baggage services, gym, and spa, the hotel staff provided excellent service. The gym was small but had basic equipment, and the swimming pool was outdoors. The massage therapist at the spa was from the Philippines; I highly recommend Michelle, she was fantastic (I got a promotional deal: 60 minutes for MOP 599 including service charge, plus tax, so the total was MOP 680-something, originally MOP 890). When leaving, the concierge helped call a taxi, but the waiting time was a bit long, especially in the rain.
The hotel is located in the old town, within walking distance of attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, the souvenir street, and St. Lazarus Quarter. There's a 'Geng Ji Dim Sum' right outside the hotel; if you cross the street and turn right, it's delicious and affordable – highly recommended. Also, the ice cream shop in the picture is excellent.
Macau is small, and I recommend experiencing local transportation. This time, I unlocked the public transport mode. You can enable overseas travel on Alipay, search for Macau, and use the travel code to scan and pay for rides, which are a flat MOP 6. For the light rail, you need to buy tickets at the counter; scanning is not an option.
My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing.
One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored.
Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.
Quiet and comfortable, and very clean. The suite has a balcony, two toilets, a washing machine, and a stovetop, which is super convenient. The staff are all very warm and friendly. When I checked in, I requested a quiet room, and both rooms they gave me were quiet and comfortable. The view from the room is truly beautiful and healing. There's no entertainment center inside the hotel, but there's a supermarket on the first floor where you can buy some food and daily necessities. It's just a few minutes' walk to catch a bus, making it convenient to go anywhere. The shuttle service seems to be hourly, but there are also ** cars nearby that make getting to the gate very easy, or you can take a bus. There are some downsides, though. Calling for delivery at night was very quick, but in the morning and afternoon, the phone lines were unreachable. I had to go to the hallway to find the cleaning staff, but the aunties were very quick and had super good attitudes.
This hotel is an excellent choice for families with children. It's very close to Galaxy Macau and the Light Rail Transit, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff are really enthusiastic, and they even offer turn-down service. After a two-day stay, my impression of the hotel, the Galaxy Group, and Macau as a whole is incredibly positive. I'll definitely choose Andaz again next time I'm in Macau. It's a shame that perhaps because it was Chinese New Year, the hotel didn't provide their co-branded slippers this time ☺ (though the cotton slippers were very comfortable, so I didn't bother asking for the branded ones). The gym is open 24/7, and the mini-bar drinks and snacks are refilled endlessly 😋. On this trip, I also became a fan of Byredo's Blanche toiletries from the hotel (it used to be on my perfume blacklist!).
MOP 300 F&B credit: Didn't really use it, no big deal.
Ying Kee Bakery souvenirs: Took them home! 🤣
Facilities: The facilities and decor are all excellent.
Hygiene: Everything is very clean. There's turn-down service, and during housekeeping hours, they thoughtfully organize your scattered items on the table, placing them on a small mat with the hotel logo underneath, so you can easily find everything when you return to your room.
Service: The greeter will escort you directly to the front desk for check-in. Standard check-in is after 3 PM, but if you arrive early, it's fine; you can store your luggage at the front desk. Once your room is ready, the hotel will deliver your luggage directly to your room, so it doesn't interrupt your shopping. ☺ In summary: the service is genuinely excellent.
Environment: Just look at the pictures!
When visiting Macau, if you're looking for a hotel that's affordable and convenient for shopping and leisure, Broadway Macau is the perfect choice!
I recommend crossing the border via Hengqin Port. Take the Galaxy shuttle bus to Crystal Palace, then transfer to the small循環線 (circular line) minibus which will drop you right at the Broadway Macau entrance.
The front desk staff were lovely and very enthusiastic, helping us check in smoothly. Since we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, we stored our luggage and went out to explore.
From here, you can easily walk to Galaxy, Studio City, Parisian, and Londoner. Taipa Village (官也街) is also within walking distance.
We returned in the afternoon after shopping, got our room key cards, and headed to our room.
We had a twin room with a separate shower and bath in the bathroom. The bedding was comfortable, and once the curtains were drawn and lights off, there was no light pollution in the room, ensuring a great night's sleep.
On the second evening, I went for a run. For fellow running enthusiasts, I suggest heading towards Ocean Gardens (海洋花园) – it has a comfortable running path and offers lovely night views of the Hou Kong River.
On the third day, checking out was a breeze; just drop your room card into the express check-out box.
It was only after we checked out that we discovered a pedestrian bridge directly connecting to Galaxy. By walking through Galaxy and exiting via the side door near Crystal Palace, you can then walk to The Venetian! The first two days we walked all the way around the hotel perimeter, which was exhausting! We were laughing at our own stupidity, haha.
Oh, and the room I booked included a few soft drinks from the mini-fridge, which was a nice touch!
I highly recommend this hotel! It's incredibly convenient for going out for a run, shopping, and finding food. Plus, there are buses right outside that can take you to places like Grand Lisboa!

My 2nd & 3rd visit in staying here at Studio City. My very 1st time in Macau was a hotel next street. Many restaurants in Studio City from basic dining to fine dining all under 1 roof. Most Suitable for young kids to old folks. We strongly recommend to stay here.
A very pleasant and memorable stay at The Parisian. The location is good as it links to other hotels and shoppes. The room is clean and with fantastic view of Eiffel Tower just in front of our room. The service is excellent especially by Anthony who served us with sincere and caring. Overall, this is so far our best stay and me and my wife had an unforgettable 10th year anniversary at The Parisian.
✨ An Unforgettable One-Night Stay, Perfected by Shirley's Kindness! ✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Where do I even begin? My one-night stay at the Grand Lisboa Palace was nothing short of spectacular, and it was all thanks to a truly magical start at the front desk. From the moment I walked into the breathtaking, art-filled lobby, I knew I was somewhere special. But the true highlight of my entire trip was being greeted by Shirley at the check-in counter. 🤩 Her warm, genuine smile immediately put me at ease after my journey. Her English was flawless, and her manners were absolutely impeccable – she is the epitome of grace and professionalism! To my utter delight and complete surprise, she kindly informed me that I had been upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a suite! 🥳🎉 This wasn't just a simple room change; it felt like being handed the golden ticket to an entirely new level of luxury. Thank you, Shirley, for your incredible generosity – you are a true asset to the Grand Lisboa Palace and the reason my stay was so memorable! And what a suite it was! 🏰 The room was staggeringly beautiful, blending modern luxury with intricate Portuguese-inspired details. The space was massive, the bed was a cloud ☁️, and the marble bathroom with its deep soaking tub was pure bliss. 🛁 The panoramic views of Macau from the window were the cherry on top! 🌆 Beyond the incredible room, the hotel itself is a destination. The architecture is a masterpiece, like a modern European palace. I spent time just wandering the halls, admiring the stunning art installations and the majestic, crystal-domed atrium. It’s a feast for the eyes! 🎨✨ While my stay was short, I made sure to enjoy their wonderful facilities: · The Indoor Pool: It is absolutely beautiful! 😍✨ So serene and elegant, with a classic design that makes you feel like you're swimming in a luxury spa. The perfect place to relax and unwind. 🏊♀️💫 · The Grand Buffet: The breakfast spread was incredible – a global journey for the taste buds with so many fresh, high-quality options. 🍳🍣🥐 · The Spectacle: Just being in the complex felt grand and exclusive. It’s more than a hotel; it’s an entertainment and art empire. I truly did not want to leave. From the world-class facilities to the stunning design, every detail was perfect. But it’s the people who make a place unforgettable, and Shirley’s kindness at the front desk set the tone for a perfect 5-star experience. I cannot recommend the Grand Lisboa Palace enough and I am already dreaming of my next visit! ❤️ #GrandLisboaPalace #MacauLuxury #SuiteUpgrade #BestService #ThankYouShirley #LuxuryStay #IndoorPoolBliss #SJM
I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus, the architectural and interior design was extraordinary. The futuristic feeling on the space was balanced with the natural light during the day, and lighting at night was beautiful. The service was excellent, all staffs were friendly and helpful, special thanks for the front operation staff Samuel who gave me a brief tour of the building. I had a great time and will definitely stay at the Morpheus again.
We celebrate here my daughter 8th birthday and the room was so big and the balcony view was do good. Love their services from check in up to check out.
Brian was very warm and friendly. He has helped with early check in and upgraded us to the suite room. The room was spacious and the view was great. The breakfast was yummy with lots of choices. Overall, highly recommended and will surely come back again.
