Our stay at the Shangri-La Jinan was a fantastic experience. We decided to visit Jinan on a whim and, trusting the Shangri-La brand, booked the hotel on the very day of our arrival. The front desk attendant kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view. Overlooking the cityscape of Baotu Spring and Quancheng Square, the room offered an amazing view. The hotel is situated in the prime location of Quancheng, right across from Quancheng Square. Baotu Spring and Wulongtan (Five Dragon Pool) are within walking distance, and Daming Lake and Kuanhouli are also very close by, making it extremely convenient to explore Jinan's core attractions. In addition, all the staff we encountered were very friendly. We arrived late at night, and when we needed temporary children's amenities, extra pillows, and blankets, housekeeping delivered them promptly. A really great experience.

We recently stayed in the 270° Ocean View Two-Bedroom Suite at Hilton Yantai Golden Coast, and the experience was simply top-notch—perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The room features massive wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed, frontline ocean views and a wonderfully bright, open feel. You can watch the sunrise over the sea in the morning, and take in the sunset, blue waters, and city nightscapes in the evening. It offers soothing, postcard-worthy ocean vistas anytime, anywhere, and every snapshot looks like a professional photograph. The suite has a well-designed layout. The two-bedroom setup balances privacy with comfort, and the space is spacious and spotless. The high-end soft furnishings make for a very cozy and pleasant stay. Our butler, Winnie, provided attentive and meticulous service throughout our stay. She was quick to respond and went above and beyond—from check-in and luggage handling to answering all kinds of requests, her thoughtful care made us feel truly well-cared for. The hotel breakfast is of great quality with a rich and comprehensive variety, featuring both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are authentic, and it includes a wide selection of hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and drinks. The food preparation is consistently good, with no cutting corners. With excellent service, a prime environment, and stunning views, this is a top-choice accommodation for a seaside getaway in Yantai.

Overall, this hotel offers a great experience. Its convenient location makes getting around and finding places to eat easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The facilities are well-maintained, and the bathroom had consistent water pressure. The only drawback is the average soundproofing; you can occasionally hear noise from the hallway. It offers good value for money and is suitable for travelers. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

Whenever we needed to coordinate with other departments, the front desk took care of liaising and following up, sparing us from running around or making calls back and forth, which saved us so much hassle. Even when the lobby was busy and crowded, the team remained calm and methodical without showing any impatience, maintaining a consistently wonderful attitude. Check-out was equally smooth and fast. They casually asked about our stay and genuinely wanted to hear our honest feedback. The service from housekeeping and other departments was also top-notch; every employee we passed in the hallways greeted us politely. As the very first point of contact upon entering, the front desk truly demonstrated that they have the guests' best interests at heart, anticipating needs before they even arise. The entire stay was carefree and deeply comfortable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

When I came to Qingdao this time, after comparing various options, I chose the Wyndham Grand Qingdao and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the interior environment is quiet and peaceful, free from outside noise. The mattress was very comfortable, and after one night's stay, all my fatigue was gone. The smart home system and Dyson hairdryer were great added touches. The cleaning was meticulous, and staff members Xiaoxiao and Lydia were responsive to all questions and efficient in their work. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and short getaways.

Choosing this airport hotel because of an early morning flight turned out to be a great decision—it definitely didn't disappoint. This hotel was pretty good overall. We stayed in four rooms for four days, and while there were a few minor hiccups, they didn't really detract from the experience. It was perfect for a family stay; the kids loved playing in the sand on the beach behind the hotel, swimming in the pool, and exploring the playground in the nearby mangrove forest. From October 2nd to 6th, after discussing with my family, we decided to stay at Crowne Plaza Qingdao. From the moment I checked in, Reya gave me a warm welcome and detailed introduction (it was my first time staying at a Crowne Plaza hotel). The stay included a complimentary executive lounge dinner, and the breakfast was extensive and very Chinese. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Crowne Plaza. I'd also like to thank the housekeepers for cleaning the room, and all the staff at Crowne Plaza for their efforts. Thank you!

This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating! My room was incredibly spacious, and they even upgraded my room type and gave a complimentary breakfast for my child, which had a great variety. The night view from the 24th floor was amazing. There's a mall nearby with a popular stir-fried chicken place (expect a queue!), and a small night market. The hotel has an adjoining ground-level parking lot; just give your license plate number to the front desk when you leave, and parking is free, which is super convenient. Even though prices went up during the May Day holiday, it was still very reasonably priced compared to other hotels. If you come during off-peak times, the value for money would be exceptional. The only minor downside is the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. It felt a bit odd, especially since they provided a Dyson hairdryer – you'd expect a standard amenity like a fridge. The hotel is about 9 kilometers from Tianwai Village at Mount Tai, roughly a 20-minute drive. You can park at Taishan Hospital, which is right across from Tianwai Village. Just make sure to park before 7:30 AM.
