The hotel decor is luxurious and refined, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. You get fantastic views of urban landscapes like Daming Lake and Quancheng Square! All the staff are professional and enthusiastic. Quality Control Manager Connie was especially thoughtful and can help you with any issue. Overall, my stay was great, and I'll definitely be coming back.

The hotel's location is excellent, right above MixC Shopping Mall. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor serves delicious food at a reasonable price. During the long holiday weekend, outside restaurants had long queues, so we decisively chose to dine at the hotel and had a wonderful meal.

My entire stay was absolutely perfect. From the hotel's excellent hardware quality to its attentive and thoughtful service, every aspect made this trip exceptionally comfortable, and I truly felt the warmth and hospitality of Shandong. The hotel lobby boasts a luxurious and grand decor, blending modern texture with style. The space is open and airy, exuding sophistication and class at every turn. What captivated me most was the green plant bonsai by the revolving door in the lobby. Its unique shape and exquisite design truly spoke to me, seamlessly blending with the hotel's overall environment. I instantly fell in love with it, secretly wishing I could have a similar setup at home. Out of curiosity, I inquired about the bonsai with a lobby staff member nearby. I expected a simple inquiry but received an incredibly heartwarming response. This gentle girl showed no impatience whatsoever, patiently listened to my request, and immediately took the initiative to contact the lobby manager for me. Upon hearing the situation, the manager was thoroughly engaged, showing no hesitation. He quickly connected me with the bonsai supplier. The entire process was smooth and efficient; from inquiry to getting a precise answer, no time was wasted. I felt genuinely cared for throughout, filled with warmth and gratitude. Now, regarding the executive room I stayed in, the hardware configuration was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed layout and tasteful decoration. All facilities were readily available. From the comfort of the bedding to the quality of the bathroom fixtures and soft furnishings, everything reflected the thoughtfulness of a high-end hotel. The room offered excellent lighting and views, making my stay very pleasant and helping to alleviate the fatigue of travel. Throughout my stay, the service was truly commendable. In addition to the heartwarming assistance mentioned earlier, the service from Serena and Manager Steven was particularly attentive and enthusiastic. They always had a smile on their faces, were responsive to every request, and treated guests with patience and meticulousness. Every detail was handled perfectly, making me feel respected and cared for. All hotel staff were friendly, professional, and consistently demonstrated excellent service standards. This trip to Qingdao Haitian Hotel not only impressed me with its outstanding facilities but also left a lasting impression with its incredibly heartwarming service. From the quick response of the lobby staff to Manager Steven's full support and Serena's attentive service throughout, every step showed genuine sincerity. It truly allowed me to experience the well-deserved reputation of Shandong's hospitality – honest, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and reliable. Overall, my entire stay was thoroughly satisfying. The only minor detail was that the hairdryer in the room had weak airflow. When I provided feedback during check-out, I received a thoughtful response that the hotel is currently upgrading and replacing them in batches, and the remaining un-updated rooms will be done soon. The overall experience was impeccable, and I genuinely recommend it to friends traveling to Qingdao. I will choose to stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao. This is my second trip to Rizhao, and my second stay at the Sheraton Rizhao. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Amy and Sally for their meticulous service this time. The overall experience was just as wonderful as last year 😊. The hotel's indoor and outdoor environments are both excellent. The swimming pool and gym are great, and there's even a kids' pool, which is very friendly for young children. My son had a fantastic impression of the hotel last year, and he said it was great again this time, already asking to come back next year 🤭. I love this small but beautiful city, and I hope Rizhao continues to thrive, and the Sheraton Rizhao continues to excel 😘. P.S. I even saw the sunrise from my room this morning – what a joy! ~

I booked a king-sized bed, but when I got to the lobby, I wanted to ask the front desk if I could switch to two twin beds. The male staff member who was assisting me was about to check when a female front desk staff member at another computer interjected, saying it wasn't possible, they were fully booked with a group today. I'm okay with not switching; I was just asking to see if it was an option, as it would be perfect for my child to have an extra comforter. But I was a bit taken aback by the female staff member's attitude at that moment – haha, just a minor hiccup. The hotel has direct access to Wanda Plaza from B1. In the evening, my mom took two bags of trash downstairs to throw away. She carried them all the way to the 26th-floor lobby but couldn't find a large trash can. When she asked the front desk where she could dispose of them, a male staff member immediately took them from her. We were very grateful, and also a bit embarrassed. The view from upstairs overlooking Suochengli and the city nightscape is absolutely fantastic. The pool is clean, and my child loved it. The staff kept a close eye on the pool, and the rule about changing into slippers before entering the pool was very well enforced. We went to breakfast around 9 am, and there was plenty of food. However, the service quality of the restaurant staff was noticeably lower than the lobby staff. Our table didn't have cutlery, so I had to ask a young male server for some. Later, we ran out of tissues while eating, and when I asked for some, the staff member actually asked me how many I wanted! I jokingly asked, 'How big is one sheet?' Haha, the tissues were so large that my child even asked me to take a picture of him with one. These were all fun little anecdotes, and overall, I was very satisfied. 👍

The hotel is great, with a good location and facilities, very close to Baotu Spring. Across the street is Henglong Plaza. However, the service has its own unique style. Shangri-La requires a deposit for guests, and for breakfast, you need to show your room card and state your name. What I disliked the most was the constant knocking on the door by staff. I didn't want to use the 'do not disturb' sign, but then there was knocking for laundry, water refills, and various other reasons. If they need something, they should call. I've never seen staff carrying water bottles around, knocking on every door to ask if guests need water – that's a bit odd. The room had already been cleaned and tidied, so why do they keep doing this?

The service was excellent. The hotel lobby is really tastefully decorated and feels very upscale. Not far from the front desk, there's a display cabinet showcasing some of the hotel's in-room amenities like bathrobes, pillows, and diffusers. Given that it's a downtown hotel, it's understandably more business-oriented, and that's perfectly fine. The quality of service is still top-notch. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally good. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

When I mentioned during check-in that I was traveling with an elderly person who had difficulty walking, the staff immediately upgraded us to a lower-floor room. They also thoughtfully provided non-slip slippers and extra pillows. Vicky at the front desk was all smiles throughout the quick and efficient check-in process.

I wanted a west-facing room with a view, but none were available. The front desk upgraded me to an executive room because they didn't want me to wait too long, which I really appreciate 😊. **Amenities:** As a five-star hotel that opened in recent years, all facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. It also features smart amenities like intelligent toilets and electric curtains. There's plenty of parking available. **Service:** The parking guidance service was very thorough, with staff guiding me from the ground level to the underground parking. The lobby concierge, luggage assistance, room service responsiveness, and breakfast service all met the standard for a business-oriented five-star hotel – not exceptionally outstanding but certainly not disappointing. **Environment and Hygiene:** The hygiene was excellent. Every corner of the room was spotless, with no stains on the carpet or furniture, and no water marks on the bathroom fixtures. The public areas were also very well-maintained; any handrail or seat was clean and tidy. The elevators, corridors, and even corners featured well-designed decorations or furnishings. The fresh flowers in public areas were a nice touch, fitting the hotel's image perfectly. **View:** The west-facing view offers a panorama of Jinan's CBD city skyline, and on a clear day, you can see the entire city. **Minor Drawback:** The gym isn't 24-hour. For a business hotel, this is quite a shame, as I couldn't work out after finishing work in the evening since it was already closed.

This hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of May Fourth Square. It's just a 10-minute walk to MixC shopping mall, and popular attractions like Zhanqiao Pier, the Underwater World, and the Olympic Sailing Center are all easily accessible. The rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout, good natural light, and effective soundproofing, making for an overall comfortable and pleasant stay. The only hiccup occurred on the day of departure – my room door seemed to have accidentally locked itself when I returned, and my electronic key card stopped working. Although I called the front desk immediately, the response after verifying my information wasn't quick, and the wait to get the door open felt a bit long. I eventually had to go downstairs to sort it out in person. Luckily, I didn't miss my high-speed train. I'd suggest the hotel optimize its emergency response mechanism, especially strengthening staff deployment for room services during peak hours and improving access control system inspections.
