Staying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

This hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! The service was so warm and welcoming, it felt like coming home. Someone helped with my luggage when I checked in, and whenever I left, the staff would ask where I was going and give really practical advice. Their attitude was unbelievably good. The location is convenient, and the room facilities are complete. Even the alpacas in the garden are super cute and not afraid of people! I'm just a bit annoyed that the peacocks didn't spread their tails. Overall, the experience was excellent! Highly recommend giving it a try!

Back in Dali, I decided to revisit the Xianyun 360-degree Cliff Seaview Hot Spring B&B, and it truly lived up to expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive. I later found out that the humble and helpful manager, who was always ready to assist, was also from Beijing, which made me feel right at home. The B&B's environment is serene and immaculate. The private hot spring pool in the room is definitely the highlight. Soaking in the hot spring, you're directly facing the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake – it's like a landscape painting come to life. During my downtime, I loved sitting on the balcony, gazing at Cangshan and Erhai, which was incredibly therapeutic after a long journey. The restaurant's dishes were delicious and flavorful. My experience was as excellent as ever, truly a hidden gem of a seaview B&B. Choosing to stay here twice speaks volumes about its reliable quality. This is my second time in Kunming, and this time I chose to stay near Kunming Old Street for its convenient location. From the moment I entered the hotel lobby until check-in, the staff were proactive in greeting me and helping with my luggage. The young lady who checked me in, I think her name was May, was very thoughtful and even reminded me about hotel points. She also assisted throughout the process when I extended my stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to Old Street, a popular spot for photos with its 'paper-thin' buildings. Cuihu Park is a 30-minute walk away, and there are large shopping malls and snack streets nearby. The price was a bit on the high side, but that's expected during the National Day holiday. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel breakfast was also good.

The Naga Hotel, with its Thai-style architecture, provides exceptional butler service and thoughtful touches like complimentary airport pickup, making it perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious, equipped with projectors and balconies. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Starlight Night Market, and they offer free shuttle service to the Gaozhuang scenic area. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Shuhe Ancient Town. The hotel environment is elegant and high-end, and the butler was very responsible and enthusiastic. We were upgraded to a better room for free because we stayed for 4 nights, which we really appreciate! The hotel breakfast was also very rich, and the dining area was quiet with a great view, allowing us to enjoy the scenery while eating. The dining environment was comfortable and hygienic! The staff were also very warm and attentive!

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking. The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.

This time I stayed here after being at the convention center branch, and the difference is truly stark. While the Wanda Xishan store has good hardware, the soft services and management approach are frankly incomprehensible. There was construction going on downstairs, and they started working before 8 AM, making so much noise that it was impossible to rest. The front desk kept emphasizing that they had given us a free room upgrade during check-in. But what's the point of such an 'upgrade' if the upgraded room is still incredibly noisy? If there were quiet rooms facing other directions, even if it meant paying a difference, the front desk should have proactively explained and offered options, instead of using a supposed 'upgrade' to gloss over the core accommodation experience. The concierge service was also completely unnoticeable, a far cry from the convention center branch where the concierge recognized my room at a glance and proactively resolved issues with attention to detail. The soft services at the Wanda store are truly disappointing; the experience was extremely poor.

We stayed in room 8318, a C-type room on the 3rd floor, and our stay at the Underwater World Hotel was truly a delightful surprise! My child was excited from the moment we entered the lobby, eagerly anticipating seeing the fish 🐠💙. The underwater view from the room was stunning, and my husband even arranged a dive to interact with us from the tank, which thrilled our child 😂❤️. In the morning, we booked the spectacular Golden Storm show, which was a fantastic experience! If you want to see larger marine life like manta rays, sharks, and sea turtles, I highly recommend choosing a room on the 2nd floor – the view is incredible! However, you will also see the aquarium's walkway from the 2nd floor, so you can choose based on your preference. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience, and perfect for a family trip with children! 🌊🐢🦈💙

The design and attention to detail exceeded expectations. The butler had already prepared a travel kit with sunglasses and sunscreen. Breakfast was quite elaborate, semi-buffet style, which was a pleasant surprise. However, being an old wooden house, the sound insulation was poor, the room was a bit cramped, and the bathroom was small. For a price point of over a thousand yuan, the value for money felt a bit low. The hotel is conveniently located for getting around. If you prioritize service experience, go for it. But if you're sensitive to space and noise, you might want to reconsider.
