The location of the hotel was good, there were pools for children and adults in the yard! The hotel also has a private beach within walking distance!

We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel.In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides.Stuff is professional and kind.Breakfast has a variety of stuff for all tastes, although pastries are not the best quality.Food of the main restaurant (antaeus) is very good and tasty.One of the disadvantages of the hotel are the rooms, some rooms are not renovated so this is a thing that it can be improved.Finally the best thing in this hotel is the pool of course, it is quite big and there are enough sunbeds around the pool.

I just returned from Capo Bay. I highly recommend this Hotel- its the perfect location... at the doorstep of Fig tree bay. You have the beach promenade to walk along as well as all the restaurants just outside on the main street. There is a lovely bakery round the corner as well. The staff at the pool restaurant were warm and friendly and catered to our vegetarian needs...thank you Sunil and Sayeed! Breakfast was great - loved the Fresh Orange Juice and live Omelette station. Maybe consider offering more variety of fresh fruit. Front desk staff were not helpful especially when it came to room upgrade and changing rooms. After reading previous reviews as many other guests received upgrades and good view rooms on request. Overall a great time and highly recommend this hotel. It is the best hotel along the coast of protaras beach. We had perfect weather. please note they do not provide any drinking water - only on the first day. Considering its a 4* hotel this should be provided as standard.

Luxury 5* hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had super pleasant and relaxing time. Very beautiful designs, pool and view on it is amazing, nice balcony with big chairs, I liked a lot a window in a bathroom which you can close if you wish. Literally everything you wish. Iron inside the room was very good plus. Breakfast with beautiful view and big choice from buffet and a-la cart. Very helpful and respectful staff! We had problems with our door late in the night and they helped us several times to fix it, even though this issue was quite annoying. Actually everything we asked - they helped us! We asked to change the room for the more expensive one and they also fixed it even the hotel was fully booked. Very silent inside the room and speaker in the bathroom was nice add on. The only thing which we was not amazed was the dinner - didn’t feel well after it two times, breakfast was much better. Hotel is super fresh, just opened, rooms are still smelling like brand new furniture. Location is nice! It took us literally 5-7 min to come to the bars street and 5 min down to go to the beach (next to kaliva beach bar), has a direct road through the parking next to the red supermarket, which we didn’t see in the beginning. Everything is really designed for two. A lot of couples, nice contingent, no kids and full relaxation. I would recommend to visit for sure ❤️ and amazing photos as a plus.

Good : nice modern hotel, good food, clean room Bad : outdoor pool and private deluxe pool not heated and unusable in my opinion, indoor spa pool very cold ( but can be used ), coffee machine in every room but you pay for the coffee capsules, no actual direct sea view from the deluxe partial sea view rooms (only from the balcony). Overall good, but can be improved, I wouldn’t come again until they lower prices or address issues.

This is a very good middle class hotel. It has a five star rating and has five star facilities such as spa etc. but it is not a luxury hotel . You need to have the right expectations when you come here and if you do its fantastic. Rooms and general areas are clean, service is excellent with the exception of a rude staffmember at the reception. The garden and pools are very good as is the location on a fantastic beach. We were halfboard and are vegetarians. We hade dinner two times at the buffe. One night with good vegetarian options but the second night poor. The other five nights we went to the different alcartes that are included. Good for vegetarians, marcellos, lemongrass and reef. Not so good the brasilian and the greek. The brasilian and greek both have vegetarian options but they were hardly eatable. In the brasilian we had a good red curry base but then they had unseasoned silken tofu as the protein. Silken tofu is not intended for this use and it just fell apart. The greek we had dolmadas and they were terrible. Tasteless. The starters were good though. Breakfast was a little limited but had everything you need. Fresh orange juice and coffe served at the table. My daughter was even able to get a soya milk ice latte in the morning. I asked for low fat youghurt and they ordered it for me especially for the rest of the week. The resturant staff is extremely service minded. I can recommend this hotel. It is a little worn and I missed the little touches such as candles and flowers on the table at dinner. They also need to improve the cleaning of the rooms. The regular surfaces were very clean but I can see that the skirting boards and walls had not been cleaned for a while. Also the carpets outside the rooms are a bit stained. If not for this I would rate this hotel five. Protaras is notvreally an upscale resort but the beach is lovely. And you can hike along the coast. We were here Och 29- Nov 5. The weather was perfect and pools and sea warm. A lot of people here at the beginning of the week and lots of people but by the end of the week a places started shutting down. Still enough resturants and bars open though for a nice holiday. Lots of stray cats around but no dogs. You can help out by buying cat food and feed a few of them. Other places we went had lots of stray dogs and that really hurts me to see. I donated to a dog shelter to do something.

Had yet again the most wonderful 11 holiday with my sister. The entire team in this hotel work tirelessly to ensure everyone has the best holiday . A huge personal thankyou to ALL the team ..you are simply the best . A special shout out to Justine and the team in Orthello Bar , who are both friendly professional and genuinelycare that everyonehas the bedt time.. Maria and the reception team again treat each customer as an individual and work hard to accomadate requests. The dining room team , domestic staff and other teams are also GEMs. Thankyou to uou all and have a good well earned rest over the winter x

We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together! As a family we have been going to protaras for about 20 years . We arrived on the 4th May and this was our 2nd time staying at The Constantine Great Beach Hotel and the standard of the housekeeping has declined dramatically compared to our 1st stay. This hotel states that it is a 5* hotel but unfortunately if they allow the maid service to continue as it is then they will lose there rating. On several occasions we were having to ask for towels,toilet rolls,tea and coffee and to have the milk replaced in our room.The maids were saying that they had done it but when checking again they hadn’t so having to chase the maids to get them to do there jobs and then being tutted at for asking for the things that they should be doing. We stayed for a week and in that week we didn’t get clean sheets,but they did make the beds. There was a clump of hair on our balcony which stayed there all week so it proved that the maids didn’t sweep or mop the balcony,dirty glasses were left for about 3 days until they removed them,rubbish was left on the balcony nearly all week . The final straw was when I went to use the UHT milk that they leave in your room for a cup of coffee . When I opened the milk it had gone hard and mouldy so I went to the reception to complain and make them aware of this. I had also filled out one of there questionnaire which I had pointed a few things out to them. The final straw came when I asked if I could have my money back for the late check out fee which was 30 euros because of the things that I had complained about. The front of house manger Maria said that she would ask the hotel manger. After leaving it for about an hour or so I went back to the reception to find out what the manger had said ,Maria said that he had said no which I replied was not good enough because of all the things that I had complained about,the next thing that Maria said to me was uncalled for and very very rude she told me that the next time I visited cyprus was to go and stay at the illiada hotel as though I wouldn’t be welcomed at the Constantinos , I replied to her by saying how rude she was and how dare she talk to me like that as I was a paying guest. I found the hotel manger and explained what had happened and he said he was going to sort it. If you are thinking of staying there and are expecting a 5* hotel expect to be disappointed as in my experience it is bearly reaching a 3* hotel and will continue to decline if they don’t sort out there housekeeping staff.

In one word- WOW! We came to celebrate a birthday and chose this hotel after reading the reviews and I must say- it was way beyond our expectations- very high class hotel, excellent service, super clean and the food was superb. Breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were very clean and well equipped with a beautiful side sea view. We took a private dinner to celebrate the birthday and let me tell you- it was one af a lifetime dinner- like a dream . The entire crew went out of his way to assist in whatever we asked for and especially Mr. Pieros Giatrou- the Operations Manager. It was the perfect choice for a perfect vacation! Highly recommend 👌

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Near Protaras and its beaches (where you can walk) but where you avoid crowds! Far from the mass complexes. Crying in front of the hotel where you can bath. The hotel is a walking walk. Free parking of the hotel. Mini-fridge in the room full of drink (free) when you arrive (filled only once during the entire stay). 2 small bottles of water per day are deposited in the room and 2 small chocolates at the end of the day (which is worthwhile). Ferro and plate free of charge. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. No French TV channel but the possibility to connect its Netflix account on TV. A 15min car near Cap Greco. Very beautiful decoration. I had the chance to be overclassified with views on the pool. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. 2 employees speak French (which helps). The hotel will provide (/lend ) one for your stay. Play mattresses assigned to your arrival according to your convenience (you can change them), avoiding the need to book transactions. I really enjoyed the calm of the hotel. We feel good. I would come back with pleasure and I recommend without hesitate.
