5-Star Hotels in Valencian Community, Spain

This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant windows for natural light and plenty of space to move around. Bigger than your average euro-hotel room, for sure. The facilities are solid. The gym has a personal trainer if you wish to book a session - otherwise it's free to use, well laid out and well equipped. The hotel is well located - right near the main square and a short walk from the railway station. There are penty of cafes, restaurants, shopping streets etc nearby. And plenty of bus route readily available if you wish to venture further - down to the beach for example.

The room type was great, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was just average, but everything else was really good.

The location is prime being so close to the beach which takes about 3 minutes. The C6 bus from airport takes about 20 minutes and then takes about 3 minutes to get the hotel. Lots of choices of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold choices. More than a continental breakfast. The hotel also serves Cava and white wine for breakfast. Would recommend staying here again. The room is very clean and has all the amenities you need.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the sanitary conditions do not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. I found a mosquito when I entered the door, and there were spider webs near the exhaust vent. The most frightening thing is that there is black dust on the lining of the quilt... The temperature of the hot water in the rain is also very unstable. There is not enough water at low temperatures. I have to increase the hot water to get more water, but the temperature is too high.

The rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly. The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.

Although Valencia is not a popular tourist city, the service staff of this hotel is really super enthusiastic, from how to rent bicycles, where to eat, how to take the tour route... intimate for you to think about it. Because the service of this hotel also prefers this city. The hotel room is very distinctive, the bath is large, the bath is quite comfortable, the toiletries are also very good, the drinks in the room are casual, in short, if you come here again, you will definitely stay, all full marks!

Great location…and the hotel’s own pool is fantastic! I’ve stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years! Perfect for a vacation, especially with the fireworks at night 🎇. The food service is excellent! The roast lamb chops are great; we had four servings! Remember to ask for extra chili 🌶️ and potatoes 🥔…they’re delicious! If you don’t ask for extra, they only give you four! Once you realize how good it is, you won’t want to just have chili 🌶️ and potatoes anymore; just order another serving of roast lamb chops and ask for extra. This suggestion can save you money 💰

A fantastic experience! The hotel is located within walking distance of the North Train Station in the Old Town. It faces the city's busiest square, yet it's very quiet at night. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there are plenty of excellent breakfast options nearby. Almost all attractions are within walking distance, including the markets, except for the beach, which requires a taxi. The hotel's decor is very traditional, with soft colors that don't disturb rest. The hotel facilities are new and very convenient. The room size is standard for most European cities, but the layout is practical and easy to use, with smooth passageways. The bedding and toiletries were very comfortable. The front desk staff were patient and explained everything clearly. The only area for improvement is the restaurant; it gets quite crowded at dinner, and the staff struggled to keep up, resulting in us waiting quite a while before they came to ask if we wanted water. However, it's definitely a hotel worth staying at again.

A lot of things to improve in the hotel , especially the service and lack of response to some problems by some staff , although at the end Katerina gave us a very kind solution

A luxurious five-star hotel. The price is not expensive in the off-season. The breakfast is rich. The room is large and comfortable. It is within walking distance of the modern city complex. It is a good experience. I will stay there again if I have the chance.
