This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra.
The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant windows for natural light and plenty of space to move around. Bigger than your average euro-hotel room, for sure. The facilities are solid. The gym has a personal trainer if you wish to book a session - otherwise it's free to use, well laid out and well equipped.
The hotel is well located - right near the main square and a short walk from the railway station. There are penty of cafes, restaurants, shopping streets etc nearby. And plenty of bus route readily available if you wish to venture further - down to the beach for example.

The location is prime being so close to the beach which takes about 3 minutes. The C6 bus from airport takes about 20 minutes and then takes about 3 minutes to get the hotel. Lots of choices of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold choices. More than a continental breakfast. The hotel also serves Cava and white wine for breakfast. Would recommend staying here again. The room is very clean and has all the amenities you need.

We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future.

A luxurious five-star hotel. The price is not expensive in the off-season. The breakfast is rich. The room is large and comfortable. It is within walking distance of the modern city complex. It is a good experience. I will stay there again if I have the chance.

UUin WilliamThe rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly.
The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.

WWKfl1Although Valencia is not a popular tourist city, the service staff of this hotel is really super enthusiastic, from how to rent bicycles, where to eat, how to take the tour route... intimate for you to think about it. Because the service of this hotel also prefers this city. 3300841****Great location…and the hotel’s own pool is fantastic! I’ve stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years! Perfect for a vacation, especially with the fireworks at night 🎇. The food service is excellent! The roast lamb chops are great; we had four servings! Remember to ask for extra chili 🌶️ and potatoes 🥔…they’re delicious! If you don’t ask for extra, they only give you four! Once you realize how good it is, you won’t want to just have chili 🌶️ and potatoes anymore; just order another serving of roast lamb chops and ask for extra. This suggestion can save you money 💰

TTTTFreeflyGreat experience! The hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Town North Railway Station. Facing the city's most lively square, but the rest is very quiet at night. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there were shops with great breakfast nearby. Basically all attractions are within walking distance, and the market is also, except for the need to take a taxi to the beach. The hotel decoration is very traditional, and the soft color does not affect the rest. Hotel facilities are very new and very convenient to use. The room space meets the standards of most European cities, but the space design is reasonable, easy to use, and the channel walks are usually. The bedding and toiletries are very comfortable. The front desk staff was very patient and explained clearly. The only thing that needs to be improved is the restaurant. There are more people at dinner, and the service staff can't keep up, resulting in a long time to ask if you want to drink water. But it is indeed a hotel worth going to again.
