5-Star Hotels in Guerrero, Mexico

The hotel is great , facilities, hostels, but as we don't have beach every day we move on your truck to the Palaya Club, it's great are 10m in truck and you are on the beach with all the services of the Hotel.....for not... there was our problem The beach club shoppers did not listen to us, for 4 times my husband had to stop and go to the bar and come loading food and drink, we called them up to more than 6 times , they said if yes and never arrived anyone to take our order. The great room and its service at Valet Parking in return said the best I've seen, efficient, friendly,  Finally there was everything in this hotel buried and bad, but obvious attention on the beach is a basic in holidays and was not at the height

🚗 Transportation: Take a taxi to the airport for 450 pesos per person, on a very beautiful small peninsula, 25 minutes from the airport by car. 🧹 Hygiene: Impeccable, the yard is even clean 🍃Environment: Each one is a single-family villa with a private small swimming pool, with good privacy. The bay view is already beautiful and very good value. 🔔Service: 24-hour room service, call the golf cart in the park anytime, anywhere. The Thai restaurant is worth trying. The fish soup really has the taste of grandma. The restaurant can watch the sunset and unforgettable scenery. The best hotel in Acapulco without a doubt, deserves 5 stars.

The hotel is very nice and everything is accessible, the staff is very attentive, I would stay again and I highly recommend it.

Normalmente el costo de la habitación doble es caro, sin embargo con el descuento por ser nuevo miembro en la aplicación Trip.com ya no fue tanto. Nos gusta ese hotel por la playa privada, el resto de las instalaciones son como en cualquier otro hotel de Acapulco y los alimentos son muy caros. Por lo menos, ahora, ya dan dos aguas de 250 ml de cortesía en cada habitación. Las instalaciones son limpias.

We stayed at La Casa Que Canta for our honeymoon. The hotel and accommodations couldn't have been better. Very romantic place. Tranquil with breath-taking views from everywhere - our room, the pool, the restaurant. The friendly staff provided fantastic service. Best of the best!

There is a dead mosquito on the pillow in the room, hair on the bed sheet, the white paint brushed in the swimming pool in the room will fade, dyed legs are all over the place... 🍃Environment: In addition to the room, the environment in the public area is very good. The room is a relatively expensive room type, a sea view villa, but the scenery is really not as good as the lobby... The decoration is also indescribable, and the minimalist style has been turned into a simple style 🔔Service: The service is ok, the restaurant is delicious, and the sunset view is also good If you can live in a normal room type, the sea view villa is really not recommended, it is not worth it… There are two local 5-stars, one Banyan Tree, and the other is this one. I really don't understand, 4 stars are too much...
