We had a relaxing and memorable stay at E&O. Our room offers a sea view which is great and feel peaceful. Although the hotel is a bit old, it’s generally well maintained. Staff are always smiling and willing to help. They provide new towels and bottled water every day. Staff service at the breakfast buffet are excellent. Sunset was beautiful.

Had an amazing & wonderful trip with my beloved husband. Its a special.treat for his birthday. Thank you Parkroyal Penang for the extraordinary hospitality with complimentary room upgraded to the Lanai Suite and delicious birthday cake. My husband really enjoyed his birthday treat. We just love everything about your resort. Everything nearby and walking distance. Your food is really good . We dine in at Cinnamon and Gustoso food is delicious. Kudos to chef and services staff too. Talking about cleanliness wow my room.is top notch clean with comfortable bed and lovely view. Really love everything about Parkroyal Penang ! Last but not least the STAFF itself who play very important role for the hotel. Even the hotel is full house they never fail to smile , chit chat and serving an excellent services to the guest They all very warm.n friendly 💐💐💐💕💕💕 Big thank you to.all.of them and tgey deserve to be rewarded accordingly ! I booked The Light after hearing the reviews from my colleagues but the service was quite a let down. I booked a deluxe king room but they gave me a double twin room and told me it was subjected to availability? They changed the room for me at last and the room was clean and the breakfast was very nice! *Gym closes at 10pm, swimming pool closes at 7pm

Able to book at cheaper price compare to hotel official apps. Location at Teluk Bahang. Further up from Batu Feringgi. Neighbouring walking got nothing actually. Is best to spend 100% time at the hotel. Got beach (but is not private beach, is public). Got 2 places with swimming pool. Got kids club with activities.

We have a great stay here, *************. such an unforgettable stay bcs kids really enjoy the pool but need to extra cautions as it was quite slippery. not crowded at all. veryyyyyy spacious room, clean, comfortable n nice hotel to stay. waterpark just a walk away. every spot in hotel with morrocan vibes, very instagrammable just bring ur extra OOTD outfit 🤭🤭

perfect location for travel with family, the view very beatiful, i booking 3 day 2 night with seaview room, the hotel servis very good at counter n the staff very friendly, what ever i reqs, the alway accept n sent into the room, only buggy luggage very bad service n disspointed, i reqs to sent at car parking cause i park to far, but this guys reject to sent me n my family time checkout, so bad service n i have to carries my luggage with my son n husb.

This my second time visit this hotel from 10 years ago so far nothing change. Visited this time for 3d2n rain the whole time so we stuck in the hotel everyday. Once the rain stops we tried to go to the beach but the water was murky. This hotel have very few choices for vegans /vegetarians so we need to order food delivery or we need drive 15 mins to a 1 and only vegetarian restaurant in Tanjung Bungah. Overall stay is ok but the building was quite old but still maintaining in good shape.

My elderly parents stayed at The Gurney during their medical checkup in Penang and accidentally left behind some documents. We emailed the hotel and left a message through booking.com to no avail. Then through a phone call, we got connected to Danesh at the Concierge Department, who then went the extra mile to coordinate among various departments within the hotel, and mailed the document through express courier service. His attentive service is highly appreciated.

Hotel maintains its usual high standard with staff always make a smile to guests. Health club can accommodate sufficient guests with cool and dry towels. Pool is large with plenty of armchairs. Breakfast is of high standard with efficient staff clear up quickly. You may swim with a lizard but don't worry, he's cooling off for a while 😁 A small long tail black monkey may sit in your balcony😅 The only problem is room sound proof is bad, adjacent room guests were chatting loudly at 1am, I called front desk and they came up with the proposal of moving us to another room in the middle of the night! That shouldn't be the solution, if the guests are partying, are you moving all the others?

It’s our maiden trip to Penang and I honestly did not have much expectations but our holiday was off to a GREAT start right from arrival. while we looked at photos and write-ups prior, the room was so much larger than we thought. the King bed is 3m wide which is much more spacious than what we’re used to back home—wonderful for us cos we were travelling with a 4yo. We also hadn’t realised that our room came with lounge access for evening drinks + snacks so that was a nice surprise. The view on the rooftop was breathtaking and we had some really nice photos taken. Guests also get to access the sister hotel’s facilities, which is a short buggy ride (or walk) away, so that was another pleasant surprise. the pool at G hotel Gurney was more varied and fun for the child, so that was another plus. breakfast spread is also really good. If we were to come back to Penang, i would not hesitate to stay with them again.
