Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there. There's some kind of hook by the door, but how are you supposed to hang all your towels there? Also, for honeymoons, everyone usually gets welcome gifts and decorations... but after checking in, there was nothing. When I asked at the info desk, they said it's something they do after you've stayed one night, on the evening of the next day or something. They just brushed me off, and there was nothing at all during our entire stay. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, they gave me a box of cookies, but it felt like I was being treated as a difficult customer... Anyway, aside from these problems, it wasn't bad, and Hawaii itself was absolutely wonderful!

The service was terrible; they wouldn't even store our luggage. We booked two rooms for four nights, and after checking out, we wanted to leave three suitcases for three nights and pick them up later, but they refused to store them.

First of all, I want to praise Ctrip's customer service. On the day of check-in, the hotel said that the order had not been received. I contacted Ctrip's customer service and it was resolved within 30 minutes. It should have been early morning in China at that time. I really appreciate the speed of the customer service.
The hotel is relatively new, and the sea view room I booked has a nice view. Then the front desk is still very friendly, and any problems can be solved quickly. The flight arrived in the morning local time, but I was checked in immediately, and they took the initiative to help me accumulate Marriott points.
The biggest problem is housekeeping. On the day of check-in, I felt that the sheets were not new, and I could see a little shoe print and hair at the end of the bed. But I was too tired that day and didn't care. The next day when I was going to take a bath, I found that the wall of the bathtub was covered with mud, and it was obvious that it had not been wiped.
When the cleaning lady came in, I asked to change the sheets and wipe the bathtub. The old lady told me that I had to apply to the front desk to change the sheets. So when I went out, I told the front desk about the sheets and bathtub again, but the front desk's response was obviously that the cleaners should change the sheets automatically. . . Then when I came back at night, I found that the sheets had been changed, but the bathtub was still not cleaned!!! Maybe because I wiped it a little the night before, the cleaner thought it was clean. But when I returned to the room, I found that the bathtub was still full of my hair that I had lost that morning. I left a $5 tip. But to be honest, the room you gave me was not clean, so why should I get more tips?
Other minor issues were that the shower water pressure was not good. And maybe because of environmental protection, there was no mineral water in the room, and there were no other supplies except two cotton pads. But you can call the front desk to ask for bathrobes and slippers for free.
The hotel has been open for less than a year, and the maintenance feels average. At best, it is a business hotel. If you are on vacation, apart from the problem of traffic jams, it is recommended to stay in Waikiki.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on Waikiki's main shopping street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We had a bit of a wait during check-in, but it was worth it as we ended up with an ocean-view room on the top floor. The views were expansive and the ocean scenery was absolutely stunning! Even more surprisingly, when I woke up the next morning and opened the window, I saw a rainbow – very lucky indeed!

Arrived in Hawaii super early this time. I'd asked my Ctrip Black Diamond concierge to contact the hotel in advance to see if an early check-in was possible (US hotels typically have late check-in and early check-out, which can be a pain). I didn't have high hopes, but when I got to the front desk around 10 AM, they actually let me check in! And they even upgraded us to a suite.
The room was, needless to say, huge. Both the fixtures and furnishings were excellent. There were disposable slippers and even disposable toothbrushes. The kitchenware and tableware were very complete and functional. The dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and other appliances were all good quality. They even had a proper duvet and a smart toilet (it barely felt like a US hotel, haha).
Parking is quite expensive (valet parking is the only option at $55 per day, and it's best to tip every time you get your car). But I suppose most hotels in Waikiki are similar... nothing you can really do about it.

I stayed one night because I knew I definitely wanted to stay here when I came to Hawaii.
The view from the room, the hotel staff's attitude, and the service were all very satisfying.
There were Japanese staff members on hand, so I felt at ease and was able to check in on things.
I'd definitely like to stay here again.
From the moment you step into the lobby, the Four Seasons is a perfect accommodation, with everything about it being perfect. If you're considering a budget-conscious option, consider this a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Hawaii, nearly 10 hours from Korea. It's truly the best accommodation of your life.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and the range of pillows available. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower and plenty of toiletries. The only minor downside was the view – I had a room overlooking the parking lot, but that didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the stay.
I can recommend this hotel. There are a lot of extra fees that you have to pay for example 37$ per day for a resort fee and 35$ per day if you want to park your car. So for 4 nights we ended up paying almost 400 dollars at the check out only for fees and taxes. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great right by a beautiful beach where you can rent snorkeling gear (for free) and swim with fish and turtles! It also offers a lot of complementary activities and a good (although not amazing) breakfast buffet.
All in all we felt very relaxed there and would come back.

XXiangzixuanThe Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed.

KkimsoulThe view of the hotel facing the sea is very beautiful, and the view of the Makai golf venue next door is also beautiful. The hotel windowsill can look at the sea, and many people surf every morning and evening. Valet parking and resort fees need to be paid to the hotel separately, but are good value for money. The device is indeed out of date, it is still the charger for iphone4, but you can go to the supermarket in Princeville Center to rent a DVD. Soak in the hotel and don't want to go anywhere.

JJuan Carlos Garza GarciaLoved the pools (they are huge and all connected) and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Everything is beautiful around the hotel, the ocean views and the sunsets are marvelous. The hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is really near from the Wailea shops where you can find everything (there is an ABC store there)… We loved it!.
TTIANJIThe hotel is located on the hill, below is the golf course and the beach. Compared to the four seasons that live below the beach, I think the sunset is more beautiful at the Wailea Hotel. In addition, it is very convenient to go to the beach to have a hotel Tesla. Because it is an adult hotel, it is strongly recommended that couples without children come here. The overall garden of the hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The overall service of the hotel is also very thoughtful. The front desk is warm and the hotel can be called golf. Car transfer, live here, no regrets
GGuest UserBeautiful location close to the beach. First room we were shown was extremely dark so we asked to change to a different one that didn't require to have the lights on during the day. Restaurant was decent, bed was comfortable. The one time we wanted to spend some time by the pool there weren't any chairs left, so would advise to go early to secure a spot.
GGuest UserMy stay didn't live up to expectations. When I went for breakfast in the morning, I was told it wasn't included, even though I'd specifically confirmed it was when booking. That immediately soured my mood. Thankfully, I contacted the platform's customer service, and they resolved it quickly and offered compensation. The hotel's incredible sea view made up for the shortcomings. I really hope the platform and the hotel, especially one with such a rich history, can avoid such communication errors in the future to ensure a truly excellent guest experience.
