I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It was a lovely stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly when you call they answer your questions in a timely matter. They are all around the board a great establishment to go and visit in New Orleans. It is close to a lot of different attractions

The Hotel is beautiful the restraints were a complex JOKE, the food was horrible, extremely overcharged for terrible tasting food. We couldn’t be more disappointed in a Hight Class Hotel having such low class restraints affiliated on there premises. We will never book a reservation with you again. Shame on you!!! BOOO,

Check in jannie/jayne whatever your name is you need to learn some skills you are not a good person to meet at 1am for someone who’s first time in New Orleans Rooms ok basic but clean Not cleaned until after 2pm everyday of our 4 night stay Had to collect water from reception but the girls in reception were very nice I would stay again but I think maybe others in a better location

The location of the hotel is good, the room is super clean and tidy, the whole hotel is in line with five points, why I didn't give five points just because the location of my room is not so good, facing the roof full of a lot of air conditioners

Stunning hotel! Maison Métier is beautifully designed with so much charm and character, every detail feels thoughtful and elegant. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, the staff warm and attentive, and the atmosphere truly special. A memorable boutique stay we'd love to return to.

Good location, just on the French street, 5 minutes walk from each red store. The hotel is beautiful and the small indoor garden is perfect for afternoon tea. The local Jumbo soup is also available for free at the hotel lobby, similar to the black pepper seafood soup, which tastes good. At the time of check-in, the front desk asked me if I would upgrade the room type, I agreed, but the upgraded room was charge100 knife in the club room, but the room was small, only half a window, so I decided to change back to the original garden interior room, I think The room is bigger and more comfortable.

The location was perfect, so close to the French Quarter, great food, and the water. Great welcoming service started when we arrived in the rental car. Bell hop was very attentive and full of answers for our questions of the area. We visited the pool and it was nicely arranged with several seating options. We did not order food but it was available along with your choice of beverage. Service at the pool was very friendly. We were also visited at our room asking if we need any water, room service, or anything else. We did use the concierge for dinner suggestions, and the food was great! The Windsor Court Hotel does offer a few restaurant choices however being in New Orleans for one night we wanted to experience its culture.

Ambiance: Comfortable Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: Good. The front desk and doorman were very welcoming and helpful. The laundry service was excellent. Facilities: Well-maintained and up to standard.
