AAnonymous UserThis should be an old hotel that has been completely renovated. The room is very beautiful and stylish, and every item is very exquisite. The bathroom is small and the shower water is small, which may be due to the renovation of the old building. But it is worth staying. The bar downstairs looks very good at night. The food ordering in the room tastes great! And fast! There is a small problem. When you deposit your credit card at the front desk, you must bring a chip.

AAnonymous UserThe breakfast selection was fantastic, featuring congee, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, salmon, cheese, various yogurts, and even dumplings. Of all the hotels in New York, this one likely caters best to Chinese tastes. I was particularly pleased to be able to enjoy two bowls of congee for breakfast. Plus, the room was very clean.

LLongzixiaojiongThis hotel is right in the heart of Times Square, making it super convenient to get everywhere. With over a thousand rooms, it's always bustling.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The double beds are a good size, each about 1.5 meters wide.
There's a mandatory $38 daily resort fee, which they explain clearly upon check-in, unlike some other hotels. This $38 can be used for room service, and the food is actually excellent. Housekeeping is also very thorough.
My room had a view of Times Square, and if you book early, the standard rooms are quite affordable. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The Deluxe Room was beautifully appointed—quiet, immaculate, and designed with a timeless elegance that reflects the hotel’s historic character. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room layout made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day.
The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Common areas are stunningly restored, blending classic New York grandeur with modern comfort. Everything—from the lobby to the elevators—felt meticulously maintained.
The location is unbeatable. Being in the heart of Midtown made it effortless to get to meetings, restaurants, and landmarks. Despite the central location, the hotel felt like a calm retreat from the city’s energy.
Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria to anyone seeking a luxurious and well‑run hotel in New York.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized. In particular, the doorman James deserves special recognition. James went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and welcoming. He was consistently courteous, attentive, and proactive—whether assisting with transportation, offering helpful local insights, or simply greeting guests with a level of respect and friendliness that made a real impression.
It is rare to encounter service that feels both polished and sincere, and James exemplifies that standard perfectly. His presence alone elevated the entire experience.
If you are looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and truly world-class service, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City.

DD1862****The next few days were booked parklane. At that time, I hoped to be near Central Park when I chose the hotel. I was a little hesitant to browse this hotel and see a few bad reviews. I wanted to decide that another hotel had no room. I chose this hotel. After checking in, I entered the room. I really felt more than expected. The room was large in size, with a porch area, a small living room, bedroom, bathroom, and cloakroom area. The decoration is very new, clean and the furniture accessories are simple and beautiful. The location is also very good, I like to have some new decoration large-scale rooms. It is highly recommended

Initially, we planned to book another 5-star hotel, but due to the long weekend most places were fully booked, so we chose this one instead.
We honestly didn’t have very high expectations at first, but the room completely exceeded them. It’s new, spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The staff are friendly, fast, and efficient. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a water filter machine in the room, along with complimentary water bottle
The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view is lovely too.
Definitely worth the money 🫶🏻

GGuest UserMy son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale.

GGuest UserThe entire staff was very attentive and pleasant. They were genuinely polite and made us feel at home. The hotel is perfectly located close to Central Park and on 5th Ave. I personally love how close it is to the shopping areas of Madison Ave and the upper east side. The views from our room were phenomenal. The rooms were spacious and frequently cleaned. The restaurant downstairs was great as was the bar. We celebrated NYE at the bar and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend anyone looking to travel to NYC to stay at the Pierre.
