Booked for my daughter and classmates. The manager on duty said that maybe the communication was poor, but I My daughter can communicate with the locals in spoken English, and her classmates have lived here since childhood, so what about communication? This should be an old hotel that has been completely renovated. The room is very beautiful and stylish, and every item is very exquisite. The bathroom is small and the shower water is small, which may be due to the renovation of the old building. But it is worth staying. The bar downstairs looks very good at night. The food ordering in the room tastes great! And fast! There is a small problem. When you deposit your credit card at the front desk, you must bring a chip.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the front desk staff handled check-in. The hotel is grand and spectacular, making the trip totally worthwhile. It feels very safe, and the facilities are excellent.

Right next to Times Square, you're in the thick of New York's hustle and bustle, experiencing all the vibrancy and noise up close. The hotel is massive, with hundreds of rooms, and boasts excellent facilities and a strong design aesthetic. Breakfast is lavish. There's a 360-degree rotating bar on the upper floor with great views. The rooms have been recently renovated and are well-designed. At certain times, you can hear the noise from Times Square through the window. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Great Stay, Prime Location! I had a wonderful stay at Park Lane Hotel, New York. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just steps away from Central Park and many of New York's iconic attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the stylish, modern decor. The proximity to public transport made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

Being in the heart of Midtown made it effortless to get to meetings, restaurants, and landmarks. Despite the central location, the hotel felt like a calm retreat from the city’s energy. Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria to anyone seeking a luxurious and well‑run hotel in New York.

My stay at the Trump International Hotel in New York City was outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is immaculate, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional quality of its staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized. In particular, the doorman James deserves special recognition. James went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and welcoming. He was consistently courteous, attentive, and proactive—whether assisting with transportation, offering helpful local insights, or simply greeting guests with a level of respect and friendliness that made a real impression. It is rare to encounter service that feels both polished and sincere, and James exemplifies that standard perfectly. His presence alone elevated the entire experience. If you are looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and truly world-class service, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City.

Very convenient midtown location, with walking distance to central park and time square. Easy subway ride from the hotel, with plenty of dining options. We rented Queen Suits on the 30th floor. They let us check in early at 9AM and late check out at 1pm. We very much appreciated it. The hotel also offer turn-down service in the evenings. The gym is very basic without a pool, but their price is very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Really a pleasant surprise for us! Initially, we planned to book another 5-star hotel, but due to the long weekend most places were fully booked, so we chose this one instead. We honestly didn’t have very high expectations at first, but the room completely exceeded them. It’s new, spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The staff are friendly, fast, and efficient. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a water filter machine in the room, along with complimentary water bottle  The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view is lovely too. Definitely worth the money 🫶🏻

The hotel corridor facilities are still a bit old, the interior decoration of the room is still good, the view is almost non-existent
