This was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time, the service and staff were incredible very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful we will be back to experience the rest of the amenities that the hotel has to offer,we had a full schedule to achieve and had limited time to get the full experience .

Guest UserThe Ballantyne hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service was excellent. I was able to use the hair salon while I was there and got a fantastic blowout for an event we were going to that night. The amenities were amazing & there’s a spa at the hotel. from the time we checked in until the time we left everyone was so nice.

The environment is pretty good, but the laundry is not clean, and the clothes that were handed over to the hotel for washing actually have yellow spots.
