We stayed at Savoy Hotel for a couple of days. The staff were very accommodating, and the breakfast was good, though it could use more drink options. The location is convenient, as it is close to malls, restaurants, fast food outlets, convenience stores, and the airport.
I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible.
Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise.
Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport.
I had my best experience at this hotel.
We didn’t even realize we had lost money, but when we returned to the hotel,
a staff stopped us and asked if we had lost some cash — they had already kept it safe for us.
We are truly grateful. Because of you, we have a different impression of Manila.
We will come back!Appreciate!
Good overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.
Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.

Great location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast
We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC.
Pros:
• Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC
• Rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive.
Cons:
• The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers.
• Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time.
Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Westside Hotel, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a modern and elegant ambiance, with well-designed interiors that make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and the overall attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
One of the highlights was the staff—they were accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality definitely added to the overall experience.
The location is also very convenient, especially for those looking to explore nearby areas or access key establishments. It’s a great choice whether you’re staying for business or leisure.
Overall, we would highly recommend Grand Westside Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!
The stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila was a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment throughout the visit. The beds were cozy, and the amenities met expectations for a relaxing stay.
The staff were courteous and responsive, attending to requests promptly and ensuring that needs were taken care of. Housekeeping services were consistent, and the make-up room service was followed as requested, which added to the convenience.
The hotel’s location was also a great advantage, making it easy to access nearby establishments and attractions. Overall, the experience was satisfying, and the stay met expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
The room was quite spacious with a nice view outside the window. It had all the necessary amenities, though they were a bit old-fashioned. However, the bedding was comfortable. The service was excellent and very warm; when we ran out of complimentary bottled water and asked for more, the front desk informed us that bottled water had a charge, but thoughtfully sent up a large pitcher of purified water instead. You have to go through a security check, including your bags, every time you enter, which made us feel very safe. The lobby and restaurant were both very large.

A good standard 4-star hotel, although quite impersonal. The comfort level is exactly what you would expect from this type of property, without any real surprises. I particularly appreciated the very large bed — the bedding is excellent. Overall, a pleasant stay focused more on comfort than on charm.
If you are sensitive to aircon noise, then their room may not be most suitable for you. The hotel's aircon is kind of noisy and on the 1st night I feedbacked and they offered to send an technician. It did help for a short while but afterwards it seems like the noise went back to as usual.
I also discovered it was a dripping a little after the technician left.
The staff mentioned the aircon noise is the same in all rooms due to the type of aircon it is.
Knowing myself and based on past experience, I would not be able to enjoy the next few nights of stay and so I moved to another nearby hotel the next day and I'm so glad I made this decision.
It was non refundable sadly but I could allow friends to stay the remaining nights in my name which was great.
The room soundproofing can be improved as I could hear someone talking on the phone next door in the early morning and it was hard to get enough rest.
My room was facing the main road and the train track so I could hear a bit of train noise but its not too loud and the road's traffic noise is minimal too at 9th floor.
As for cafe menu, it would be good to have more options. They have some dim sum (yay!), asian and western foods.
Their cafe service can be better improved too in terms of attitude and friendliness.
You'll have to request for room service menu if you want to order from the room.
It would be better at check in if the front desk asked if room service menu is needed and so they can send it up to save time.
Hotel is clean, looks modern and I like the room's lighting variety too.
Their security is tight and if you have a visitor who needs to park at the hotel, they'll have to provide the guest's room number. Good to register yours or your visitor's car plate number at check in to save time.
The Mrt station is just about 5-7 min walk and they have a convenience store next door and across which is convenient as they charge from the 3rd bottle of water.
The pool looks great and friends who stayed on my behalf enjoyed it.
Hope this helps! 🧡

The hotel is accessible. Room is clean and spacious (special thanks to Ms. Carmi Gamboa of Grand Westside for the upgrade). Staff are nice and helpful. Thankful for the complimentary cake that they gave my son for his birthday. Pool is nice and the kids would definitely have fun (2ft and 4ft only). This is one of the hotels I would recommend. Very affordable
We had an incredible stay at this hotel in BGC. It had everything we needed, a great buffet, a nice pool, and a well-equipped gym & everything more to offer. Perfect for a relaxing family trip. Of course the staff were really kind and helpful, which made the hotels hospitality more enjoyable and the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. We felt super comfortable the whole time. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. We’d definitely come back,🥰
Our stay at Alpha Suites was truly enjoyable and comfortable. We booked a room that was suitable for a family, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy for us to relax and feel at home. It was ideal for families who need enough space to move around, rest, and enjoy quality time together. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet. The food was fresh, well prepared, and offered a good variety of choices. There were options for both adults and kids, which made breakfast stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. Everything was served warm and replenished regularly, showing good attention to quality and freshness. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The staff were polite and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Alpha Suites is a great option for families looking for a comfortable stay, good amenities, and a satisfying breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other families as well.

Perfect location for Poblacion or Glorietta Malls! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was surprised how the room is like a regular studio apartment with kitchen area (microwave, induction stove and stuff) but is actually a full fledged hotel.

Great
B Hotel Alabang: A Modern Sanctuary in the South B Hotel Alabang offers a refreshing and stylish alternative to the typical corporate hotel experience in Muntinlupa. Its signature industrial-chic design—featuring exposed concrete, contemporary art, and clean lines—immediately sets it apart, creating a cool, sophisticated atmosphere from the lobby all the way up to the guest rooms. Distinctive Design and Comfortable Rooms The hotel successfully blends its bold aesthetic with genuine comfort. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with large windows providing ample natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We especially appreciated the modern bathroom, which was spotlessly clean and well-stocked. The overall feeling is one of quiet, minimalist luxury that feels both high-end and uniquely hip. Excellent Service and Amenities The service at B Hotel was consistently warm and efficient. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist, from the front desk to the dining area. While B Hotel is smaller and more boutique than some of its neighbors, it doesn't lack amenities. The pool area is a tranquil urban escape, and the fitness center is well-equipped for a good workout. Dining at the in-house restaurant was a pleasant experience, offering a good mix of local and international dishes. Prime Location One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of the Alabang commercial district, it provides easy access to major shopping centers like Alabang Town Center and Molito, as well as a variety of dining and entertainment options. It's an ideal choice for both business travelers needing quick access to corporate centers and leisure guests looking to explore the South. Final Recommendation If you're looking for a hotel in Alabang that offers excellent value, sophisticated design, and a highly comfortable stay, B Hotel is the perfect choice. It truly feels like a boutique sanctuary amidst the hustle of the city. Highly recommended!
Much appreciated the excellent service from the front desk to room service and we are most happy to all servers in the breakfast buffet area especially the two lady trainees, Katrina N and Erika O they will be a great fit and would be nice to be a member of your team.
If needing a place in Ortigas area this is a great choice. Clean rooms good supplies and comfy beds. Good AC. Free water. Breakfast buffet with room is excellent and good service in the 2nd floor restaurant. Overall would stay again if in the area. Free parking a plus as well. Note this is an older hotel and as such some of the doors are cracked in the bottom line to the bathroom in rm. 1903 and tubs are a bit high so be careful stepping in and out. Rubber mats will be helpful in preventing slips and falls. Service at the desk is excellent and outlets good as well. Thanks.
I stayed at Seda Residences Makati for three nights and was very pleased with the location and amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. Plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and welcoming! I will definitely book here again the next time I’m in Manila.

Well located hotel, at walking distance from historical downtown - where most of touristic spots could be found, the venue looks as something with a great past. With some refurbishing, renovation, it could also have a great future. Staff is helpfull, they compensate the issues the hotel encounters. Good breakfast, various products to choose from. Small open air pool but sufficient to enjoy during hot wheather (we never used during our stay as was raining too much). Rooms need to be refurbished, many things need to be improved
