We stayed at Savoy Hotel for a couple of days. The staff were very accommodating, and the breakfast was good, though it could use more drink options. The location is convenient, as it is close to malls, restaurants, fast food outlets, convenience stores, and the airport.

I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible. Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise. Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport.

The hotel is not bad overall. However, during check-in we asked about the massage service. The administrator told us to come back in two hours to make a reservation. When we returned, we were informed that there were no available slots and that we had to book online. However, there was no information about online booking for massages on the website. This service was very important to us, as we had a long flight and only an 8-hour stay.

Good overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.   Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.

Great location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC. Pros: • Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC • Rooms were clean and comfortable. • Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. Cons: • The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers. • Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time. Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the entire property was—from the lobby to our room, the maintenance is clearly a top priority. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding staff. We were traveling with an elderly family member who uses a wheelchair, and the team went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable. The security team and bellmen( i wish i got their names for commendation) were incredibly proactive, assisting us with carrying the wheelchair and helping our family member in and out of the car with great care and patience. It is rare to find a team so attentive to the needs of guests with mobility challenges. The overall service is well up to standard, and the helpfulness of the staff made our trip stress-free. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a seamless and professional experience.

The stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila was a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment throughout the visit. The beds were cozy, and the amenities met expectations for a relaxing stay. The staff were courteous and responsive, attending to requests promptly and ensuring that needs were taken care of. Housekeeping services were consistent, and the make-up room service was followed as requested, which added to the convenience. The hotel’s location was also a great advantage, making it easy to access nearby establishments and attractions. Overall, the experience was satisfying, and the stay met expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Overall, it’s a good value for money. It’s suitable for families, couples, and even business stays since the location is very strategic—close to almost everything. It’s just one street away from Rizal Park, near hospitals and the LRT station, and there are plenty of food stalls and restaurants nearby. The receiving area is spacious, the rooms are clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. They also have a pool and gym, which is a nice plus. For improvement, access to the pool and shower area could be more convenient, especially when going back to the rooms. Also, since there’s still available space, it would be great if they could add a play area for toddlers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were courteous and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

If you are sensitive to aircon noise, then their room may not be most suitable for you. The hotel's aircon is kind of noisy and on the 1st night I feedbacked and they offered to send an technician. It did help for a short while but afterwards it seems like the noise went back to as usual. I also discovered it was a dripping a little after the technician left. The staff mentioned the aircon noise is the same in all rooms due to the type of aircon it is. Knowing myself and based on past experience, I would not be able to enjoy the next few nights of stay and so I moved to another nearby hotel the next day and I'm so glad I made this decision. It was non refundable sadly but I could allow friends to stay the remaining nights in my name which was great. The room soundproofing can be improved as I could hear someone talking on the phone next door in the early morning and it was hard to get enough rest. My room was facing the main road and the train track so I could hear a bit of train noise but its not too loud and the road's traffic noise is minimal too at 9th floor. As for cafe menu, it would be good to have more options. They have some dim sum (yay!), asian and western foods. Their cafe service can be better improved too in terms of attitude and friendliness. You'll have to request for room service menu if you want to order from the room. It would be better at check in if the front desk asked if room service menu is needed and so they can send it up to save time. Hotel is clean, looks modern and I like the room's lighting variety too. Their security is tight and if you have a visitor who needs to park at the hotel, they'll have to provide the guest's room number. Good to register yours or your visitor's car plate number at check in to save time. The Mrt station is just about 5-7 min walk and they have a convenience store next door and across which is convenient as they charge from the 3rd bottle of water. The pool looks great and friends who stayed on my behalf enjoyed it. Hope this helps! 🧡

HHumphreySUIPerfect location for Poblacion or Glorietta Malls! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was surprised how the room is like a regular studio apartment with kitchen area (microwave, induction stove and stuff) but is actually a full fledged hotel.

CCarmssssOur Anniversary Stay at B Hotel – As Wonderful As Ever! We just got back from our anniversary stay here, and as usual, the place didn’t disappoint! The moment we walked into the lobby, that lovely signature scent hit us – such a warm welcome. You can really tell they put so much effort into keeping everything spotlessly clean everywhere you look. We checked in pretty late at 7pm, but the staff were all so pleasant and helpful. When we got to our room, we were thrilled to find a beautiful set-up – it made our anniversary feel extra special! The room itself was clean and smelled fresh, just like in all our past visits. The only little hiccup was with the hot water – we had a hard time getting the temperature right, which never happened before, but it was manageable. Breakfast was great as always, and I was so glad to see they’re refilling the food much quicker now. The staff were super attentive too, always making sure our water glasses were full. I also want to mention how much I appreciate that they stick to their rules – I showed up in flipflops for the buffet, and they kindly let me know I’d need to change my footwear. It’s clear they care about maintaining standards, and that’s a good thing! Parking was a bit tricky – honestly, it was mostly our fault for not telling the front desk right away that we needed them to call us when a spot opened up. We ended up parking outside until around 4am, but they did give us a call once there was space, so my husband was able to move the car to the guest parking and avoid paying overnight fees. One nice surprise – we found out this time that we can actually walk to ATC and Molito! We’ve always driven everywhere before and ended up paying for parking, so now we know better for next time. All in all, it was another really good stay – we love coming here and can’t wait to plan our next visit!

GGuest UserMella Hotel offers a pleasant stay with some notable highlights. At night, the hotel truly shines thanks to its beautiful light decorations that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, during the daytime, the exterior looks a bit plain compared to its nighttime charm. Inside, the experience is much better—the lobby and rooms are clean and well-maintained, giving a sense of comfort and order. The staff deserves special mention for being attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The GRO (receptionist) greets guests with a genuine smile and provides accommodating service, which adds a personal touch to the overall experience. If you value cleanliness and excellent customer service, Mella Hotel is a solid choice.

KKaixerRichmonde Hotel Ortigas is a well-aged hotel that has clearly stood the test of time. I originally booked a Standard Room via Trip.com and decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Junior Suite upon arrival. It was absolutely worth it. One of the experienced staff recommended a room with an excellent view, and the scenery did not disappoint. The bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. The pillows, however, are on the softer side; I personally stacked three pillows to achieve better neck support. The air-conditioning is very powerful—almost freezing at times. I wasn’t entirely sure how to adjust it, and it seems to be set in Fahrenheit, but it works extremely well for those who enjoy a cold room. All the room lighting works as intended. The lights are on the warm, dim (orange) side, which seems intentionally designed to match the hotel’s classic and cozy ambience. It gives the room a calm, relaxing feel, especially at night. One small suggestion would be to provide additional plastic trash bags in the room and bathroom. I use food delivery services quite frequently during my stay and prefer to clear waste daily for cleanliness. The Junior Suite comes with a larger Smart TV, which was a pleasant surprise. You can easily log in to your own Netflix account—watching shows in bed felt like having a mini private cinema in the room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The gym is a big plus—open from 6am to 9pm and almost always empty. It honestly felt like I had the entire gym to myself, which made workouts very pleasant. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation, which is understandable. While the room is generally clean and comfortable, it could benefit from renovation and deeper cleaning. The wooden doors, curtains, desks, and drawers are showing their age and would greatly improve the overall experience if refreshed. That said, for a hotel that is over 25 years old, it has aged remarkably well. The location is excellent—one of the best aspects of this hotel. There are plenty of food and convenience options nearby, including 7-Eleven, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Pancake House, and more. SM Megamall is just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and commuting extremely convenient. Most importantly, the service from the staff is outstanding. There are warm greetings everywhere you go, and the staff are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall stay and makes guests feel welcomed. I will be trying their breakfast buffet soon and will update my review afterward to share whether it exceeds expectations. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Ortigas offers great value, comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to travelers who appreciate classic charm paired with genuine Filipino hospitality.
