4-Star Hotels in Lodz Voivodeship, Poland

This is an excellent spot – a great base for exploring various parts of Łódź. The hotel provides everything you need, and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The facilities are fantastic: the gym, fitness room, sauna, rooftop pool, and spa are all impressive. The views from the terraces are beautiful.

We stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel. The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated. In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant. Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

This hotel reception when we check in that man ok, but when we check out, one man and one woman all the time chatting, there is no any good service of them and bar food not so good, service so so. Breakfast service ok. Room clean and parking ok.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war rundum gelungen. Das Zimmer war ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen alles, was man braucht, lag direkt vor der Haustür. Essensmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsgelegenheiten für den täglichen Bedarf waren in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt äusserst angenehm und komfortabel machte. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, grosszügig geschnitten und mit einem herrlich gemütlichen Bett ausgestattet, in dem wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Der Charme des Zimmers hat uns sofort angesprochen stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Praktisch war auch die vorhandene Küche, die für die eigene Verpflegung bestens ausgestattet war. Parkplätze standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung, wobei die Einfahrt etwas eng ausfällt dennoch ein klarer Pluspunkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein charmantes, sauberes und zentrales Zuhause auf Zeit suchen.

The hotel is relatively quiet and new, which meets the expectations of the brand. However, the bedding in my friend's room is obviously dirty, and the hygiene needs to be improved. It is good that the hotel has its own parking lot.

New Jotel not far from the main railway station of Lodz..some restaurants around..nice business room and good breakfast..excellent for business stay

The scenery outside the window is good, and the aesthetics in the room are also very good.

The hotel is an old-fashioned factory transformed, very design, full of hotels! The breakfast is very rich and tastes good; just near the gate of the business district, shopping, eating and watching movies are very convenient.

The breakfast is rich, the hotel is very convenient, the location is very good, and there is a shopping mall next to it!
