I recently stayed at hotel 2000 and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to zechee and especially to Aeline , aeline went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel aeline made me feel incredibly welcomed. Her warm personality, attention to details, willingness to assist with anything I needed truly stood out.
Aeline was not only a professional but also genuinely kind, always checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was offering local recommendations or helping with small requests, She did so with a smile and made me feel like a valued guest. 
It’s rare to encounter such exceptional service, and Aeline truly made my stay at 2000 hotel special . I want to extend my thanks to her for making my visit so enjoyable. she is definitely a standout team member and an asset to the hotel. 
highly recommend this hotel, and i’ll be sure to return knowing that amazing services like Aeline awaits .

Great Hotel close to the Central Kigali district with easy commute into the car free zone.
Food & Drink is very reasonable price and of good quality.
Swimming pool unfortunately is in the shade from the afternoon but still a pleasant area to sit around and enjoy a sundowner.
Great Barista Coffee, steak dinner is highly recommended.
Afternoon Buffet is reasonable and has a fantastic choice of good quality foods, deserts & fruits

I had such a wonderful stay at the hotel! 😊 It’s super clean and in a perfect location. The only little downside was that breakfast isn’t included for standard rooms over $100. Other than that, I absolutely loved it!

I had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts….

The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. But the environment around the neighborhood is not particularly good. The service includes free pick-up and drop-off from the airport, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate.

Staff are wonderful always read to assist. Of particular note is Tina and John.
The location is great , and the golf course is not far off . Spar supermarket is about 10 minutes walk down the road.
The interior design of the apartment hotel is up to date.
