The room has plenty of space and enough colorful light. Although the sound insulation is average, it is located in a corner, so you generally don't hear noise. As soon as you enter the room, you can feel the characteristics of a cave hotel. The bathroom provides Turkish bath gloves, making it a room. It gives people an elegant feeling and is very satisfying. The only bad thing is that the water temperature is occasionally unstable when taking a shower.

My wife and I just returned home after spending a wonderful week at the Cappadocia Cave Lodge. The hotel has an excellent position, high on the hillside in Göreme; perfect for viewing the stunning local scenery and the early morning balloons. As other reviewers suggested, reaching it by car is a bit chaotic, but added to the experience and we never failed to find a parking spot close by. It's the same for all the hotels in this crowded little town. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful, always on hand to suggest places to visit, organise tours, give local knowledge etc. There was quite a nice family feel to it. Our room was great, really giving us the cave experience we wanted. It was well appointed (although some drawers for our clothes would've been nice and a few extra coat hangers in the wardrobe!), very clean and everything worked. The hot tub was huge! The room really was something different (in a good way!) and positively contributed to our holiday. We picked this hotel based on other reviews and have no hesitation in recommending it too. You won't be disappointed!

Hotel is perfect! The staff is very polite and professional. Firstly they made a hotel tour to introduce the place upon our arrival, then try to prepare the room for us before the early check in time. The food and view in the terrace restaurant is so nice, the hotel is definitely a good place for vocation! We enjoy our stay very much in the hotel!

Although we didn't stay here, we stumbled across it while exploring the back streets and ended up having a drink in its brand new rooftop restaurant - then went back again for dinner as the sun set. Good food, good wine, lots of vegetarian options, lovely views and above all exceptional service - attentive, courteous and so helpful. One of those evenings when you leave with a real smile on your face because people have been so lovely.

The room was decent and clean! My girlfriend and friends didn't want to stay in a cave-style hotel, so we chose this one. The breakfast was a pure Turkish style with a Western touch. There were not many people in the cave pool, so we would go there when we had time. The location is in the middle of the town, so it was very convenient to go around. When we arrived, it was very hot and we wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but the air conditioner in the room was broken, so we contacted the front desk to change the room. The front desk took us to several rooms to choose from. Because the rooms were not on the same floor, it was a bit tiring to walk up the stairs. The front desk was patient and helped us change one of the rooms the next day. If you have a lot of luggage, you don't have to worry about it. There are service staff who specialize in moving luggage. The restaurant terrace is beautiful and you can see the town and the surrounding scenery. It's beautiful in the evening!

This hotel is beyond what it is advertised. Not only is the hotel located in the best location in the city with amazing views and impeccably clean rooms it also comes with one of the best breakfasts Ive had at a hotel. The views you get tat this hotel are unparalleled. The hotels ambiance is to die for as it feels as if you are staying in a cave with all the amenities you could want. Besides the hotels amenities it is important to note the hotels staff. The hotels staff is one of the most professional and helpful people I have interacted with. Specially SERHAT, words cannot describe how helpful this man was. We arrived at the hotel with 0 plans. This man acted like our travel agent booked our whole trip for us. He was constantly in contact with us when things got canceled due to bad weather and would make adjustments for us to have something else to do that day. Just interacting with and getting the services from Serhat was worth the hotels rates, the rooms were just a plus. I cannot vouch more for this hotel, highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Capaddocia!

Family of 3, stayed from September 3rd till September 7th, 2022. From the moment of our arrival to Nevesehir airport till the moment of our departure to the next destination we felt welcome. Very family-oriented environment, exceptional hospitality, and smiley faces. We were given a tour of the hotel and amenities, then taken to our rooms. Our room was a cave room called the king suite with terrace (Room number 304). It was beautiful, authentic, clean, and had an AC. Beautiful spacious marble bathroom. Room authentically decorated in Cappadocian-Turkish style. Sheets were changed and towels replaced upon request. Lovely housekeeping team. Front desk very receptive and helpful, all hotel staff went above and beyond to tend to guests to make sure all were having a great experience. Given the nature of it being a family run hotel, it had warm friendly vibes. SETEN RESTAURANT – absolutely to die for! Best restaurant in Cappadocia hands down. Breakfast – best spread ever lots of choices. Served by lovely people. Dinner - It is a definite MUST. Especially the Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab, and Pumpkin Dessert!!!! I do advise you to book your tours with the hotel but make sure it is with the hotels Kelebek Tour company as we had a frightening experience with a company in city centre. Thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel that made our stay in Cappadocia memorable. We are avid travelers so believe me when I say this hotel is well worth it especially the fact it is THE best view to watch the beautiful hot air balloons fly over Goreme with many caves surrounding you. Absolutely loved our stay at Lucky Cave Hotel. It was so cute and cozy. The staff were so welcoming and super friendly. They helped us book the tours and also organized airport shuttles. Superb communication! Some of the best hotel service I’ve ever received. The rooms were clean and the gardens were heavenly. Was such a relaxing stay. They had a rooftop terrace where we had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here as the hotel was in the heart of all of the cute shops and restaurants and easy to find 👍

Omer and Ali are the two best host in whole of Cappadocia. Don’t have a second thought while choosing this Hotel. 5 minutes drive from Goreme. You will love it in Uchisar. I have visited 49 countries so far. This is by far the best trip and best host I have met and visited. Breakfast is awesome. Location was great, in the heart of goreme, with a nice terrace that has great view of the balloons. The room was spacious, with really soft and comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel also has a nice restaurant that serves really tasty and full turkish breakfast and nice dinner options, a great taste of the local cuisine. The staff was excellent! Everyone was really friendly and polite, they helped us arrange tours, drivers and taxi. We really felt they were welcoming us into their home. I highly recommend this hotel and I will visit again!

Our experience here was nothing short of amazing! I highly, highly recommend you stay here. Not only was it affordable, but it is absolutely stunningly beautiful. The upper levels with the restaurant and bar have amazing views, and our standard cave suite was large, comfortable, and so unique. The staff here are all incredible and very service oriented. They were very helpful in arranging our transfers, balloon ride, the Red tour, and giving us all kinds of advice on where to eat in town. I recommend this hotel 1000%.

We had a really comfortable stay at Lunas Cappadocia! Mr. Kerim and his brother were so kind, attentive, communicative, and honest. We greatly appreciated the accommodations made for allowing us to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. He kindly checked tour prices for us, made recommendations, called taxis, etc. The hotel is a bit far but still within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from main attractions in Uchisar. The area is really quiet and relaxing, and the locals are friendly. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good, and the view of the Uchisar castle, though far, is beautiful. We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet stay and attentive customer service!

We recently enjoyed another exceptional 3-day stay at this remarkable hotel. The suites are exquisitely designed, and the breakfast remains unparalleled in Turkey (this being my sixth visit). The vistas from every part of the hotel are truly breathtaking. The staff's kindness and dedication are exceptional. Mustafa at the front desk provided extraordinary service, acting as our trip planner, navigator, and restaurant guide. He even shared his personal contact number and remained in touch with us outside of his working hours. His generosity was evident when he personally prepared food for us after the kitchen had closed, ensuring we were not left hungry.He would ask us about our stay and make sure that everything was fine whenever we passed by the reception. It was wonderful of him to make you feel like a special guest. Special thanks also go to Mr. Funkier and Mr. Dugsh for their outstanding assistance. This level of service epitomizes the high standards of this property. In summary, the hotel offers an exceptional location, outstanding service, and beautifully appointed rooms. A quaint hotel away from the hustle & bustle of the tourists. Many great restaurants nearby. You have a great view of the pigeon valley right across … Our hotel recommended a private tour guide Cagatay Uluisik. He had 2 full days with him, very well versed in Turkish/Cappadocia history , culture & archeology. Very punctual & aware of your time & requirements. We highly recommend him. Not to mention the great places he took us to eat and enjoy the local scenery.

All I have to say is this place is great, I travel a lot but this place is nothing but best. Service is excellent they go out of their way to accommodate you. Great place for family, they are honest and make sure you don’t get over charged for things which is common in the area. I asked them to book everything through them and they made sure it’s the best price. The early morning view from the hotel is priceless, over the location is great and you’re in the heart of Cappadocia. Price for hotel was very reasonable.

The cave room is still a bit damp and stuffy, and the door must be opened every day for ventilation. Everything else is good, the staff are warm and considerate, and no one is crowded on the several terraces. Love the big dog at the front desk.

Breakfast and dinner, lots of fruits and desserts. There are also lots of nuts. The 3rd floor is the first floor, the 2nd floor is the minus 1 floor, and the 1st floor is the minus 2 floor. The room has a view of Uchisa! Stayed for 2 days, my only regret was not flying a hot air balloon!

Pure Cappadocia cave style, with unbeatable views outside the terrace. The rooms are all cave-style suites, light luxury style, and very comfortable to stay in. The service is especially considerate. We were greeted by a very young and handsome guy named Amy, who helped us quickly order hot air balloon tickets, fulfilling our wish to ride a hot air balloon in Cappadocia. It was only a month since I came back to think of a comment, this is a brand new hotel, the main body is a military base with a history of more than two hundred years, to be reconstructed. The proprietress SELMA was very enthusiastic and showed us all the rooms. We stayed in the cave house on the ground floor. The big bed was carved against a piece of cultural relics. It was isolated by glass and protected well. It was a great experience. The hotel adopts the service of a private butler. The whole building has four floors and is well-arranged. There is a small parking lot at the door. It is most suitable for self-driving. The hotel has three outdoor landscape terraces, which are very uniquely arranged. The top terrace is the best location for viewing. hot air balloon. The dining service provided by the hotel restaurant is very elegant, the waiters are enthusiastic and attentive, and the breakfast categories included are rich. The restaurant’s location overlooks the panoramic view of the entire Pigeon Valley, which is suitable for chewing taste.

The location of the hotel is not that good. It's a bit far from the hot air balloon. The restaurant is not very good. The hotel room is very good. I started crying for a night and I hugged it out of the room, I just hugged it in and continued to cry. I ended up sitting in the living room for one night and taking a shower in the bathroom was hairy. The next day, I decided to change my room. This hotel is not beautiful. I didn’t take pictures on my phone.
