Our room was very close to the elevators. Therefore it was a bit noisy. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. A negative point was the ac in the hotel. All places like bars, restaurants and reception had really “arctical” temperatures. You really need a jacket there. This makes the stay uncomfortable. Some reception people could also improve little bit there behavior.

The hotel environment is good, the facilities are a bit old but not bad, but the service is too bad, maybe they have always been like this. There are free shuttle buses between several hotels, but it's best to ask for directions. The price does not include breakfast, no bottled water, no slippers, and no other room service items except room cleaning. The hotel also misremembered the bill and charged randomly.
