This hotel is super convenient, right in Terminal 1 of the airport, and the soundproofing is great. The only thing is there might be a lingering cleaning product smell in the room, so you need to open the window to air it out. The staff were all very nice. I ordered takeout, but they couldn't deliver directly to the room, so I had to go downstairs to the **counter to pick it up. The place called 'Yue Lao' is delicious.

Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Haikou until the middle of the night. Luckily, the hotel offered pick-up service right from the airport, and they even helped us with our luggage.
The location is fantastic, very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of hassle. It's also right next to a Jihua Hotel.
The front desk staff saw we had a baby and kindly upgraded our room to one with a loft, which made our child incredibly happy!
Despite the affordable price, the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's even a small courtyard where kids can play. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

Great Location & Service Saved the Day
Our stay was very good but be prepared for one thing. We knew about construction noise but not that it was government-approved for 24 hours. It was tough.
I contacted Wendy on WeChat about my headache from the noise. She promptly showed us a new room and moved us in. The new room was excellent – two bedrooms two bathrooms clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was also very tasty.
The location was ideal for exploring the city. A long waterfront park and the Sanya One mall are right there for meals and shopping. Don't miss the morning/evening walks on the promenade. Joining the local elders singing and exercising was a unique and wonderful experience.

The hotel is located by Qishui Bay, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The indoor pool is around 22 meters long with a depth of 1 meter. Some rooms have balconies with views of the launch site, while others overlook Qishui Bay. Since the exact launch time couldn't be known in advance, I missed seeing it from my room, but the hotel does offer a paid viewing service.
The concierge staff member was very enthusiastic and provided great emotional support. Chen from the front desk was also very proactive in helping me with various issues.
The first obvious drawback is that the facilities are old. The furnishings are several years old, and the surfaces of the furniture and appliances are mottled and rusted. The TV is also too small. The second drawback: after swimming, I left my beach shoes and swimsuit to dry on the balcony. I collected my swimsuit the next day but forgot the beach shoes. I didn't remember them after checking out, and only realized the next day that they were missing. Chen from the front desk actively contacted housekeeping, but was told they weren't found, and no new guests had checked into the room yet. Fearing I might have forgotten, I checked my luggage at home and still couldn't find them. It's highly likely the shoes were treated as abandoned items by the cleaning staff on the balcony. Such a shame!

Stayed here for three nights, and overall it was decent.
It was super crowded, which made for a lively atmosphere, but we had to queue just to get into breakfast, though the wait wasn't too long.
The prices here are really high. A bottle of Coke Zero at the water park was 28, and a serving of Oden (6 skewers) was 48 (68 downstairs at the hotel). A single squid skewer was 48! At the Japanese restaurant downstairs, a bowl of Udon was 138 and a beef rice bowl was 168. We really should have taken a taxi to eat out, but we were just too lazy 😭.
On the other hand, the room service food was delicious, and by comparison, it didn't seem so expensive. A set menu with four dishes (pictured in Figure 4) was 378.
The worst experience here was the travel photography service (Fuyou Pai). The hotel offered five complimentary digital raw photos. First off, the photographer was probably in their forties or fifties, and had us pose in those old-fashioned studio styles from my childhood – and I couldn't refuse! 😭 The raw photos weren't even as good as what I could take with my phone, so I had no choice but to pay 100 for retouched versions. Then I ended up spending another 680 to buy 15 more retouched photos. That money was totally wasted. I've got a new goal for 2026: learn photography 📷.
I thought the C Show performance was just okay, but the kids loved it and wanted to see it again 😓. Definitely get seats in the middle.

Sanya Four Seasons Haiting Hotel was absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is superb, right in the prime 'C position' of the Dadonghai Tourist Resort's hillside seascape. It's within walking distance to attractions like Luhuitou Park and Dadonghai Beach. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus, making getting around incredibly convenient.
Upon entering, it felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese garden, with rockeries and flowing water, lush greenery, and beautiful scenery at every turn, exuding an oriental charm. The room also exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a sea-view room with a private balcony and a scenic bathtub. From the balcony, I could overlook the stunning views of Dadonghai and the international yacht marina, especially at sunset – the scenery was absolutely captivating. The room amenities were comprehensive, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were branded. Plus, it was impeccably clean.
The hotel's service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and professional, check-in was swift, and they provided detailed information about the hotel's facilities and local sightseeing tips. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious options, including both Chinese and Western cuisine, catering to diverse tastes.
Furthermore, the hotel boasts numerous recreational facilities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and a kids' club. I swam in the pool every day – the water was crystal clear and the environment was beautiful. In summary, my stay at Sanya Four Seasons Haiting Hotel was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sanya.

It's hard to put into words, I went to experience the beautiful Ocean Flower Island with endless imagination, but only after I arrived did I realize it was far from satisfactory.
Dining: If you don't want to eat at the hotel, you have to walk more than ten minutes to the food court. But when you're exhausted from a day of playing and arrive at the hotel at 7 PM, you just want to go straight to a restaurant to eat your fill and recharge. However, as soon as you reach the hotel entrance, the sea breeze was so strong it blew us, who are sensitive to cold, back to the hotel. Taking a taxi to Island 2 didn't help either, as there was no large shopping complex that could provide shelter from the wind and rain. We just made do. Even more frustrating, if you don't use the hotel breakfast, the earliest external delivery the hotel allows is 9 AM, and you receive it at 9:15 AM. So many inconveniences. It was a loss for someone like me who only stayed one night to check it out. I didn't enjoy any perks and left the island. Not even a complimentary electric cart tour. Even if they didn't offer other things, a free electric cart from the hotel entrance to the food court would have been great. Alas, I shouldn't be so impulsive next time.

This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous environment, probably the best in town. The room directly faces the azure sea, making it the closest I've ever stayed to the ocean. It's clean, with modern and complete facilities, and the service is warm and attentive. It's located in a very quiet part of Tianya Town, close to the hustle and bustle but still offering a private, tranquil escape – both convenient and relaxing. There are many charming coffee shops nearby where you could easily spend an entire day. It's also very close to the beach, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with kids. Plus, the guesthouse has its own beautiful pool that perfectly complements the blue sky and sea – so incredibly comfortable!

Facilities: This five-star hotel boasts comprehensive and luxurious facilities. The large balcony with a bathtub, lounge chair, and table is a thoughtful touch. The linens are of excellent quality and very comfortable. However, the toiletries could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied, and delicious, featuring Hainanese specialties. Dishes and drinks are replenished promptly, which is a big plus! 👍
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy! 👍
Environment: Both the interior and exterior environments are excellent! It really has a holiday vibe. The hotel offers very convenient and close access to the beach and seawall, and it's clean and not crowded.
Service: The front desk and housekeeping staff are well-trained. They actively greet guests and respond to guest requests promptly and proactively. A huge thumbs up! 👍

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Haikou, and I'm so glad I picked this one! 60% of the reason was thanks to the incredibly thoughtful service from our butler, Jenny. She contacted me a few days before our arrival to help with check-in arrangements, and after we checked in, she even sent over a personalized guide to Haikou's attractions and food. We followed her recommendations for meals over the past few days, and every single one was spot on. Whenever we had any questions during our stay, Jenny was always there to help immediately, showing such care and patience! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Haikou! 😊

GGuest UserPerfect for a family vacation! The hotel has a huge kids' club, a heated pool, and water slides – my child didn't want to leave. The room had a special family setup, and the breakfast spread was extensive. My kids absolutely loved the underwater restaurant. Gina from guest services proactively arranged family activities, and there were exclusive sun loungers on the beach. My whole family was very satisfied, highly recommended! Kids' club + huge pool + daily family activities, my child was happy the whole time. Gina was available 24/7, proactively communicating before check-in and quick to respond to requests. The cleaning was meticulous, making for an excellent experience.

GGuest UserThe room experience at InterContinental Haitang Bay was beyond five-star! The 88-square-meter space was incredibly spacious and bright, with a prime ocean-view balcony directly facing the azure sea and coconut groves. You could watch the sunrise over the ocean right from your bed, and the balcony bathtub offered sea views while you soaked – truly maximizing the vacation vibe. The room facilities were exquisite and complete, with a Dyson hairdryer and high-end toiletries all provided, showcasing quality in every detail. The entire room was impeccably clean, with a cozy yet stylish island-themed decor. The room service was also incredibly attentive; daily tidying was prompt and thorough, and requests were handled efficiently. The hotel is conveniently located next to the duty-free shop, just a short walk away, and a private beach is right outside. It was both comfortable and convenient, truly living up to its reputation as a benchmark hotel in Haitang Bay. The overall experience was superb, highly recommended! ✌️✌️✌️
MM38484****The room layout was well-thought-out and convenient. The cleaning was thorough, with no corners missed. The service was excellent, especially our housekeeper Nicole, who provided daily, comprehensive reminders that were spot-on. Traveling with my child, we felt so much joy and security. We stayed for two days, and unexpectedly, Nicole even gave my child a small gift before we checked out. My child was thrilled! We're so grateful to Nicole for adding such a wonderful touch to our trip.
The Xiangzhen Garden Party (featuring colorful go-karts, bouncy clouds, clown shows, touhu, archery, blindfolded gong hitting, fire dance performances, and bonfire interactions) was incredibly fun. My child absolutely loved it.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is indeed quite old; you can tell by the facilities and overall environment that it's dated. The front desk service was excellent, but the restaurant service was absolutely awful. The waitresses in the restaurant either couldn't understand what I was saying or deliberately ignored me. You'd ask a question, wait 10 seconds, and then they'd mumble a few words in a tiny voice. I didn't even need service, just a simple answer to my question.

GGuest UserWhat truly stood out was how genuine and respectful every staff member was, from the concierge to housekeeping. Their smiles and greetings felt sincere, and when they offered help, it was always with a collaborative, never condescending, attitude. This interaction, built on mutual respect, gave guests a comforting sense of partnership rather than the usual distance of being 'served.'
As I checked out, I realized this is perhaps the pinnacle of true guest relations service: it begins with keen observation, is perfected through thoughtful action, and ultimately blossoms into the delightful anticipation of a future reunion between people. This hotel made me feel not just like a transient guest, but a genuinely welcomed friend.

EEESHXinyuan Hot Spring Hotel, a one-stop shop for dining, drinking, and entertainment! 🌴
📍The location is superb, right at the terminal of Meilan Airport Line 1. You can easily get there right after your flight, saving both time and effort! And behind it is the Riyue Plaza food street – foodies, your culinary feast is about to begin! 🍔🍜
🚲Just a 1.5 km bike ride takes you to the city's largest offshore duty-free shop. Shopaholics, are you ready? The duty-free shop is packed with so many amazing goods, even Apple and Huawei phones! This time, you can shop till you drop! 🛍️💸
🛌The hotel itself receives rave reviews! The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. You can even switch rooms if you're not satisfied; the hygiene is impeccable, with clean and tidy rooms that put you in a good mood. The natural hot spring in the room offers the ultimate private bath experience; the hotel's scenery is also stunningly beautiful, with every corner being a great spot for photos! 📸🌿
🚗Transportation is incredibly convenient, making it easy to reach both the city center and surrounding attractions. This trip to Haikou was made even more perfect with the Xinyuan Hot Spring Hotel! 🌟
This is my second stay at this hotel, and I believe I won't be disappointed next time either!
GGuest UserOur first stop for the winter break trip to Sanya! Rose, our wonderful butler, added me on WeChat several days in advance, providing thoughtful and comprehensive service. When we got out of the car, the bellhop single-handedly took care of all four of our bags! He was so impressive carrying all of them. Initially, we thought about checking in at the lobby on the first floor, but there were quite a few people waiting. Rose suggested we go directly to the executive lounge on the 3rd floor instead. The lobby attendant kindly guided us to the elevator, which was very considerate! Once at the executive lounge, I handled the check-in while the seniors took the kids to get some water and fruit. The lady who checked us in was beautiful, kind, and had a lovely smile. The young photographer was also excellent at directing poses, and all the photos turned out great. Everyone was very professional and enthusiastic. In the end, Rose even arranged for a small tent to be set up in our room for the kids and helped us get a late check-out until 1 PM. Oh, and the scenery outside the hotel is absolutely stunning – I even saw the sunrise in the morning! I feel it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay for more days next time!

SSnnieThe hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a coconut grove garden, a beach, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, and a pet park... you really need to stay for several days to fully enjoy everything! The location is very convenient; it's a 10-minute walk to Haitang Bay 68 Food Street, which has chains like Pizza Hut, KFC, and Heytea, as well as local specialties. There's also a large supermarket right outside the hotel, making it easy to pick up daily necessities and fruits.
There are several swimming pools, a children's water park, and even a heated pool, which is a great feature. You can swim until 10 PM, and it's incredibly pleasant to glide through the water with the evening breeze.
Enjoy an immersive pet interaction experience with adorable bunnies, Call ducks, lambs, and even cats you can pet.
The bedding is excellent; the duvet is light and soft. We stayed in a super king room with a private pool, and the bed felt huge for two people.
