This is a decent, standard airport hotel, very close to the airport. They offer a shuttle bus every half hour, though you can actually walk to the terminal. There's also an outlet mall next door for shopping and dining. The facilities are relatively new and have all the necessary amenities. Most of the staff are dedicated and helpful, though a very small number had slightly poor attitudes, which I can understand if they were on a night shift. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were very warm, hospitable, and went out of their way to help guests, even providing a charging cable to a guest next door, which wasn't even part of her job. There was a faint lingering smell of smoke in the room when I entered, but that's not the hotel's fault; it's due to a previous guest violating the no-smoking policy.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service. When checking in, the front desk proactively asked if I needed the service and helped with the booking, which was really helpful. The bookstore design in the ground floor lobby is a real highlight; I personally loved it. The room and bedding were also very clean. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Though that might be because I arrived a bit late, around 9 AM.

The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!

I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this hotel! From helping with luggage to check-in, everyone greeted us with a smile. I was traveling with my child, and the front desk immediately provided a toiletries kit, which my child loved. Our butler, Nita, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with booking a travel photoshoot. In the evening, she prepared a bedtime dessert for my child – the papaya and white fungus soup was delicious! Before we checked out, Nita also arranged a late check-out for us, telling us not to rush, which was incredibly thoughtful. I definitely have to commend the hotel's service! 👍🏻

From my sea-view room, opening the window revealed nothing but the clear blue sea and sky – the sea breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a great atmosphere. The pool was clean and comfortable too. The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making for an excellent stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, the value for money is superb. It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. The hotel, though small, has everything you need. The laundry room is a great convenience, with both washing and drying facilities. Breakfast is also plentiful. The lady at the restaurant was very enthusiastic and provided great service. I highly recommend it, it's worth a visit.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, especially if you're not bothered about a sea view. It's just a five-minute walk to the beach, and the surrounding area has an amazing variety of restaurants, offering cuisine from all over the world to suit any taste. The service and cleanliness were standard, and the room itself was very spacious. The only minor downside is that the facilities are a bit dated. Overall, definitely recommend staying here.

The front desk lady Xiao Chen's service attitude is warm and friendly, and the room is clean. The bathroom amenities are complete, hot water is sufficient, air conditioning, WiFi operation is stable. The overall environment of the hotel is simple and elegant, there is free breakfast, and the price in Majing Hotel is super high. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, the service is intimate and not disturbed, living comfortably, I will choose here next time, I really recommend it to everyone!

True to its reputation as a venerable five-star hotel in the city, everything from its location and design to its facilities and service is top-notch. EX, who handled both the front desk and concierge duties, helped us upgrade our room during check-in. We got a spacious sea-view room with fantastic scenery, and they even thoughtfully converted the living room sofa into a sofa bed. The hotel's foam party and pool were a huge hit with the kids. On our second night, we opted for the BBQ buffet on the hotel's lawn – incredibly delicious and excellent value for money. We were lucky enough to have the entire lawn to ourselves that evening, enjoying one-on-one service from the chef. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit Haikou!

This is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.
