Location: near LinFenXi High Speed Rail Station 临汾西站(10mins drive/ 20mins by local public transport to LuoGuQiaoTou 锣鼓桥头站). Best is that they provide pick-up and drop-off at HSR station, just make a call 3 hours in advance. I dont have local number, so I email them in advance before my trip, they replied my email and provide me their WeChat number so I can make reservation for the pick-up service at the station. Many local tours have pick-up and drop-off service near the hotel (junction outside the hotel), easy and convenient. Services: warm and welcoming services. Tea and drinks in the lobby, luggage storage as well. Room: clean big room, big screen TV, mini bar fridge, bathrobe and comfy king bed. Lavender shower shampoo, hand soap and body lotion, make me feel so so much relax. Laundry: laundry machine are free of charge (washer and dryer). Laundry room provide ironing equipment, books, drink as well. Definitely not get bored. Otherwise, can use phone connect their website to make a reminder while the laundry have done (so convenient). Gym Room: just opposite and same level of laundry room. Treadmill are so new. Breakfast: varieties of choice. Before that I already crave for coffee since it is not so common to find espresso in the local breakfast restaurant. Salad bar, local meatball soup, noodles, dumplings, wantons, boiled egg, fried egg, fried tomato with egg and local cooked food. So many choice and so satisfying. However they dont have egg omelette, it is fine for me. I found that even though not staying at LinFen city centre, it is still fine to stay here as the traffic here is convenient. And here is more quiet and more relax👍 The only thing I dont like is, some customer smoking in the lift and hotel lobby (even though there is a sign in the lift to advice not to smoke), definitely affecting those unlike smoking smell and sick of cigarette smell like me.

Amazing location! The restaurant was surrounded by lots of restaurants and a bustling night market. Walking distance to many of the popular streets downtown. The room was clean and very comfortable and I really appreciated that there is a free washing machine/dryer to use. I booked the room with breakfast however due to an early flight I couldn’t eat so the front desk gave me extra snacks instead!

We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

The hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were very comfortable. The service was exceptionally warm and friendly; they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. It was wonderfully quiet, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely be back! The front desk service was also excellent.

This hotel is super close to the airport, about an eight-minute drive. The best part is the complimentary shuttle service, which is excellent! The business vans are brand new, and the rooms are spotless. It offers incredible value for money. They even have robot delivery for meals, and the hot water supply is plentiful with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The AC cools down quickly, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable—everything exceeded my expectations. I also received a free room upgrade, and the service was outstanding. The room was clean, and I was very satisfied with the service and facilities. The location is excellent with many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. I had a very comfortable and quiet stay. The facilities are brand new, and the location is perfect for early morning flights, with a free shuttle to the airport that takes about 5 minutes.

If you're visiting Taiyuan for food and sightseeing, Fenxi Jiuting is the place to stay! It's right next to Zhonglou Street scenic area, making its location unparalleled. You can walk to all the popular Instagrammable spots and food hubs, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy overall, with bright and airy rooms that feel spacious. The mattress firmness is just right, and the soundproofing is good, allowing you to relax and recover from your travels. The facilities are comprehensive and functional; the air conditioning provides excellent heating, and toiletries are fully stocked, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The staff are attentive and discreet, promptly responding to any needs, and the check-in/out process is efficient and hassle-free. The value for money far exceeded expectations!

This hotel was surprisingly good for my two-night stay. The room layout is quite similar to a St. Regis. Since it was the off-season, they smoothly upgraded me to an executive double room, which was great. The staff's attitude and attentiveness are even better than many chain hotels I've stayed in; I really have to commend the management team. Several staff members were excellent: Zhang Xiaoqing and Hu Shuping. Also, the uncle who was standing outside guiding guests in the cold wind, Guan Liang. I wish them all the best. Considering the room's facilities, service, and location, I think it's definitely worth 800 for a standard room. However, the breakfast was just average. It even falls a bit short compared to the Ji Hotel across the street. I hope they can make the flavors more universally appealing. But overall, it was really great, highly recommended!

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very spacious, bright, and well-lit, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk service was excellent; Duty Manager Yoyo was particularly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were promptly met, which was truly heartwarming. There's free parking available, and the location is very convenient – a direct passage on the first floor leads straight to the shopping mall, which was super handy. Highly recommend it! The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The Chaoshan cuisine at the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor was incredibly authentic; my husband even said it tasted just like his mom's cooking! The restaurant staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Taiyuan.

This should be the best hotel in Changzhi, Shanxi. It has a great location. It is adjacent to Changzhi Museum and within walking distance of Guanyin Hall. The floors and rooms are very clean. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and the service in the restaurant and at the front desk is very professional. Changzhi is a small city, and Runerlai Hotel is very convenient to reach by bus from the East High-speed Railway Station and the airport. Recommended.
