Staying here when catching a flight is such a lifesaver! I stayed at this hotel last time I was in Kunming too. It's right by the airport and they offer free shuttle service, so no need to hassle with taxis or finding your way – super convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, no weird smells or dust anywhere, which was a real pleasure to see. The bed was incredibly comfortable, just the right balance of soft and firm, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep, no matter how tired I was from traveling. Whether you have an early morning flight or arrive late, this place is perfect. It's hassle-free, comfortable, and offers great value for money for travelers. Highly recommend!

The hotel room was spotless and very quiet at night, which is a huge plus for anyone who values good sleep – highly recommend it! The front desk staff was lovely; the lady at reception paid close attention to the notes I left on Trip.com and even gave me an eye mask. The location is super convenient for transport on weekends, and dining is a breeze with all sorts of malls downstairs and the old street right next door. Breakfast was also fantastic with a great variety of choices. I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming.

The hotel does not match the photos. The interior looks quite worn and outdated, and it is unclear when it was last renovated. Overall, the place feels rather old. The only real advantage was the view from the window. However, the balcony is not comfortable for relaxing. The elevators are also old and somewhat strange. It gets very hot inside. The air conditioning only works when you are in the room, so every time you return it is very stuffy and uncomfortable. There is no privacy at all: the toilet and shower are not properly separated and are completely transparent. One small positive point is that it was possible to leave luggage for a few hours after check-out. The location has its drawbacks. The street is very busy, and calling a taxi can take time, plus it is not very convenient for pick-up. The only convenience is that in the evening you can easily walk to the night market, which starts right next to the hotel in the same area. If you came specifically for the market, it may be suitable. Otherwise, most other places are quite far away.

The room was super spacious, clean and tidy, with smart facilities. It's not far from the subway station, making it very convenient to take the subway or a taxi to Kunming's attractions. Downstairs, there's a night market and a farmers' market, which is great for staying a while, eating, strolling, and experiencing the local life of Kunming. The hotel staff were also very enthusiastic. It feels like much better value for money than staying near the old town.

After two incredible days exploring Lijiang’s ancient cobblestone alleys and vibrant night markets, I have decided to extend my stay by one additional day. The charm of the Old Town, with its winding canals and timeless Naxi culture, has truly captured my heart. While the past two days allowed me to visit the iconic Black Dragon Pool and stroll along Sifang Street, I realize that one more day is needed to fully appreciate the surrounding beauty. Specifically, I take a day trip to the serene Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, whose peaks have been teasing me from a distance. A final evening wandering the quieter, lantern-lit lanes would also allow for a deeper connection to this UNESCO World Heritage site.

The facilities are simple and compact; the space is small but sufficient. The elevator, which many people have mentioned, is indeed a bit slow, but it's acceptable. Breakfast is a bit unexciting, and the gym is quite empty. If you order takeout, a robot will deliver it to your room. The service is very good and responsive. The hotel is located in the old downtown area, at the intersection of several shopping malls: Bailian, Shuncheng, Wangfujing, and Baida are right downstairs. Next to it is the old street night market, which is very convenient if you enjoy the vibe of the old city. In the evening, there's ethnic dancing at Bailian Square, which is very lively.

This hotel caught my eye during a layover in Kunming, and it truly boasts high standards in both service and environment. They offer complimentary airport transfers, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. Upon checking in, I even received a welcome gift and a free room upgrade. Both the public areas and the room itself were lovely. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for ordering takeout or dining out.

The hotel experience during this trip to Pu'er was particularly comfortable. The hotel is newly opened, the overall facilities are brand new and tidy, the rooms are clean and refreshing, and the living is very comfortable. The location is very good, not far from the ancient city of Tea Horse, and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. The boss is warm and kind, and will patiently recommend local authentic food, and the taste is very satisfactory. When I checked out, I also saw the cute kitten on the balcony of the opposite building, which was particularly healing. The store intimately presented sweet and refreshing papaya, which tasted great. Because I had a temporary job, I plugged in the hotel lobby for a long time, and the boss was very tolerant and caring. The overall price/performance ratio and service are full of people, I really recommend coming to Pu'er to stay in this store. 🌟🌟🌟

Highly recommend for anyone to stay in this hotel. It is very conveniently situated, just a 10-sec walk from the Lijiang ancient town. Getting to other attractions is very convenient as taxis are always just parked along the road. For 2 days we just used the taxis, and the fare is similar to the DIDI app. The staff members are very welcoming especially Mr Liu. He is always around to check in on us and would recommend suitable itinerary based on our interests and needs. In fact, weeks before I were to check in, they contacted me for my Wechat account via Trip.com, and I have no problem contacting him to pick me up from the airport the day before I were to arrive. Throughout my 5 days of stay with them, we felt we were staying at a friend's place rather than a hotel. There was much warmth and friendliness. If I were to visit Lijiang again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

My mother unexpectedly got injured this time, so to make it easier for her to board the flight, I booked this hotel at the last minute. The hotel's location is excellent, and they offer a shuttle bus service to the airport, which was a huge help for our situation. The hotel is very large, with magnificent, somewhat aged decor. The lobby is enormous. The room was also very spacious, though I don't understand why the bathroom had a transparent glass wall. The room's interior design also felt a bit dated.
