I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

All homestay in Wuchen are central control by one management. The person In charged of each homestay premises are not the boss but the restaurant operator & responsible for the housekeeping of that homestay. The linen and room are clean and neat but room size is on the small side 10m² with window river view.

I booked the Sunshine Tatami Room for 2 nights with my partner, and it was a pleasant stay throughout the days. We were being offered complimentary breakfast Chinese-western fusion style at the 11th floor for 2 nights, free coffee vouchers at Peets’ Coffee at the lobby and the hotel offered free laundry service on the 10th floor. The tatami room was big enough for us to lay our 28” luggages flat on the floor, and have a L shape sofa with a super big screen TV. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

Excellent hotel to book if you are travelling late. Our flight from Zhengzhou got delayed and ended up reaching Hangzhou at 2am. It was a 10 minutes walk from T3 to T4 and the hotel is very comfortable. The front door was not sound proof hence could hear people talking outside. The staff was good and spoke good English. The breakfast was very good having continental options.

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

My partner and I enjoyed staying in Elong Hotel. Though it is one of the simplest room in the hotel, it came with a makeup area with a Dyson hair dryer (almost with all the hair accessories), comfortable sofa, super high technology lights and curtain system. I also liked their free self service laundry area, which you can keep track of the time using the room’s tv. The location is also very ideal, just right outside the metro station I truly enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Will come back to stay again in this hotel when i come back go Hangzhou 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The revamped rooms were amazing! I would totally recommend it. Loving its cleanliness and the tiled flooring. However, would not suggest to go with the family/kids room. It looks rather old and the furnitures/paints looks worn out. Love the breakfast buffet spread! It was amazing, ranging from cold dishes to hot food. Especially the noodles live station, you get to curate it based on your own preference. Love their breakfast :) Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. They provide simplified maps to ease your trip planning! It helped us a lot to understand the attraction and deciding whether to visit the place or not. Hehe.

I didn’t eat at the hotel as there are plenty of great eateries, like Sultan Turkish restaurant, amazing food and service! Oh yeah, back to the hotel. Well, one problem is consistent with both of my stays, the air conditioning unit barely blows cold air. Solution, they brought me a fan. Better than nothing, but I would have preferred to have been offered another room, a discounted rate or a free breakfast. I travel a lot and from my experiences those are fairly standard offers. Included a few photos, one is the distance from the market to the hotel and a few of Sultan, the restaurant.

We experienced a premium hospitality stay here during our trip in Hangzhou. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming as they promptly provide our requests. The room is spacious and tidy . Kudos to the bed, it’s very comfortable to sleep on. We also love the fusion of the Western and Chinese breakfast style The location is also accessible to go around West Lake . Highly commendable for Hangzhou travelers. We will surely come back!

The hotel was perfectly located because many shops and restaurants were in close proximity. This location also allowed for easy access to West Lake and other scenic areas by Metro, Didi and taxi. Additionally, the staff was hospitable, the breakfast was adequate with a small variety of Western cuisines and the room along with the general hotel area were clean. I do hope that in the future the hotel will upgrade amenities to a more modern look and feel. All in all, I will recommend this hotel to visitors.

Location : not far from main business areas and attractions. No super heavy traffic around the hotel. Love it. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Minimalism, plenty of space to move around, rooms facing the back of hotel is quiet. TV box has plenty of program to cater for all ages. The laundry facilities is super good. Breakfast selections are good enough for us. Staffs are mostly friendly especially the housekeeping ladies, however few of the young generation staffs i.e front desk & restaurant are not as attentive as the housekeeping department. Overall it's a nice place to stay and the quality is good.

The room is very clean and tidy, and the front desk specially provides small slippers and a small quilt for those with children. The service attitude is also very good and helped solve many travel problems. It is very close to the West Lake and the children had a lot of fun. I must stay here next time I come to Hangzhou!

Hotel rooms are big enough, especially when you book queen size, breakfast is nice,saves you money, good help from the lady on the desk, Xiao hu,very helpful she understands English, will definitely book again.

Byland hotel is very good. Everyone is very helpful, They will help you whatever you need. There is only 10 minutes distance tp Futian Market, many restaurant near the hotel. They have an Indian chef to make vegetarian food and it's delicious. Thank you everyone.

Overall, I had a really pleasant stay. Would be coming back when I visited again.

This hotel is in center of Yiwu and close to night market, many restaurants around the hotel, 15 minutes walking to Futian market and 5 minutes driving by car . Stuff very helpful, very kind 🙏. Hotel is very clean . Breakfast is very good and can find the various European and Asian food. Rooms services available 24hours .I like to thanks to Ms. Will , hotel assistant manager for her help, upgrade to luxury room for free. Definitely I coming back soon👍.

The hotel is nice although it is a bit old. The aircon in my bedroom was not functioning well. It will take hours for the room to be cool. Breakfast was a typical chinese breakfast, a lot or varieties. Restroom has bidet!!

My stay at The Marriott Executive Apartments in Yiwu was extremely pleasant. I was staying here for the first time .Mr. Liu Levy checked in and out for us. and an important factor of my choice was definitely the proximity to many important points . The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the bazar, opposite the Mall, close to numerous restaurants, close to the office building of the agency I work with. It was an extremely pleasant stay and I will definitely come back.
