The Hotel was well located close to the airport and offered a free shuttle bus collecting and dropping of passengers which was really good and a benefit to this Hotel. The room was lovely and clean and good sized and appeared to have been recently refurbished. Or only slight criticism if there was one, was we had to wait for staff in the restaurant to come back to us once we had decided on the menu, but in fairness they did get quite busy but the food was reasonably good!.
We're quite happy for you to use our review, but please don't mention our names-thank you!

The hotel is very clean and the service is very good.
I really like my stay at the Milan Hilton! The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center and close to major attractions and shopping areas, it’s easy to explore the entire city.
The hotel's facilities are also very complete, especially the gym which allowed me to stay fresh.
The hotel's breakfast has a rich selection and is of very good quality, allowing me to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Hilton Milan and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Close to railway station and to main sightseeing places, shopping area. Room is modern, new, spacey, comfortable and cosy. Breakfast is fine but we faced with the situation when we had to wait for a table, very crowded.
As a disadvantage I would mention that no drinking water in a room, it was unexpected.
Very atmospheric. Stopped not for the first time, everything is great. Location super, in the center. Room comfortable. excellent breakfast. The hotel terrace is impressive. The staff is always ready to help, especially with parking, the hotel in the ZTL zone, will have to be well rounded to park first somewhere, and then move to the parking. The hotel would be nice to send a permissible route with the street name in advance to customers so that they do not stick to the navigator barrier. But this inconvenience is fully compensated by the location of the hotel. We will book again.
Our room faced the street, so it was quite noisy due to heavy traffic. The room was small, and the furnishings were a bit dated. However, it offered good value for money. Towels were changed daily, and the minibar was replenished with water bottles. We stayed for 3 nights, and for our purposes, it was acceptable. It was a bit frustrating that the bus service wasn't running, and the nearest train station was 1.3km away, but of course, that's not the hotel's fault. Parking was available.

Overall, everything was good. The hotel is well located in the city center, making it very convenient to walk and get around. However, the housekeeping staff lacked a service-minded attitude. When I arrived, my key card didn’t work. I politely asked a housekeeper who was cleaning nearby for help, but she responded rudely and told me to go to the reception in an unfriendly manner.

Location is great, close to the Milano Central station. I tried a couple of restaurants around the hotel, it was very nice.
Hotel room is too warm for us, we cannot adjust the temperature in our room. The staff said the temperature is not adjustable as set by the government. Luckily, the window is openable, we got some cool air from outside.
The hotel is about a 15-18 minute drive from the airport. I chose it because of its proximity, hoping to use their free airport shuttle service for my early morning flight the next day. However, when I tried calling them the day before to arrange a pickup from the station, I couldn't get through for two hours straight. To make matters worse, I accidentally overshot my stop and ended up at Terminal 1. With no more connecting trains, I had no choice but to take a taxi, which cost me 36 euros. The taxi driver even dropped me off at the wrong hotel, about a 5-minute drive from the correct one. It was already past midnight, and I was absolutely distraught. Thankfully, the front desk at that hotel was incredibly kind and arranged a free ride for me. They even tried calling my hotel to have them pick me up, but again, no one answered. To top it all off, the hotel didn't even provide complimentary water, and breakfast wasn't included. Not only was the price high, but the service was truly mediocre. It's definitely best to call and arrange your pickup well in advance.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a fantastic experience! The location is super convenient with great transport links. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, it was clean and hygienic, offering excellent value for money. I'd definitely love to stay here again!
GGuest UserRoom larger than average (it was a superior) very comfortable bed with double pillow and large and bright bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. A bit small and sacrificed the breakfast room in a 4 star and for the price paid the lack of a restaurant inside remains an unknown. Bad also the parking for guests it was clear that with a full hotel it could not contain all the cars in relation to the number of rooms. Very bad to discover only at check out that it was paid.
MMisha_GNice place for overnight stay. 25 euros for the airport transfer, spacy rooms , comfortable beds - all you need. The bar closes very early, grab your dinner at the airport
TtonyAs many have said, don't expect to walk there. After being scammed by another guesthouse, I booked this hotel nearby. It was very clean and the room was spacious, though the surroundings were a bit desolate. The front desk attendant looked like Sylvester Stallone, even had a tattoo on his arm, but wasn't very enthusiastic. The food downstairs was good quality, but not cheap; it cost us 84 euros for three people. The server there was very friendly. We booked an early morning airport transfer, which was perfectly on time and cost 5 euros per person. Overall, aside from the price, everything else was pretty good.
Zzxq****I really didn't expect such quality for this price; I'm genuinely impressed! It's a very nice hotel, clean and tidy, with spacious rooms. The front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, there's a flea market right across the street, parking is free, and it's easy to get to the Old Town. Excellent!

Amazing
GGuest UserCalimala is a new hotel, opened in July 2025. The room is very well designed, same as the reception area. One can park the car just opposite the hotel, quite convenient though the parking fee of 41euro is quite high! Breakfast and bar/swimming pool are set on the 2 top floors so that guests can enjoy the view and outdoor, a smart consideration indeed.
GGuest UserExcellent facilities, everything was very clean, and they offer housekeeping almost every day. There's a restaurant within the hotel with good prices. They also have laundry service, which was excellent for us. We really liked it, the only downside is that it's a bit far from the station, about a 10-minute walk.
