Absolutely great hotel, staff was friendly, breakfast with wide range of different food, beverages, fruits, etc. Fantastic swimming pool and restaurant in the yard, quiet and clean area. We felt ourselves very comfortable during our 5 days stay. Strongly recommend!!!
”-”: the only negative thing is their gym - small, poorly equipped, stuffy with destroyed (worn) exercise machines, see pics.
The hotel is very decent. Everything looks fresh and well-groomed. Nice interior and modern rooms. We liked everything.
The only thing is that the breakfast could be improved a little more, because... There were no vegetables or greens/salad at all.
Booked this place for one night while attending the Winter Olympics. Compared to other hotels at the time, the price was very reasonable. The breakfast was good, and they offer a free shuttle service to the airport, though it runs on a schedule, roughly every 45 minutes. I arrived quite late, and the most convenient shuttle was already full, so I had to take an earlier one to the airport. I didn't really use any services or encounter any issues; everything was fine.
The service was warm and attentive.
The breakfast isn't as good as a 4-star in Paris, but for Italy, it's pretty decent. The croissants were baked perfectly, and you can get freshly squeezed orange juice.
The room was very spacious, located between the central station and Milan Cathedral. The M1 line is just a few hundred meters away for direct access, and taxis aren't expensive either. The only downside is that it's street-facing, so you can hear traffic at night, but if you're a heavy sleeper, it won't bother you.
Whenever I see a hotel in Europe with mostly elderly Caucasian guests, I know it's a solid choice! 😂
The location is excellent, especially as it's very close to Chinatown. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Facilities are good but services are typical Italian...
Being an international chain the service quality should be prioritised. English communication is not enough at all, and certain employees/waiters show no politeness so a shame on the overall experience during the stay.
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Tiffany Milano and were very happy with our experience.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Service throughout our stay was excellent and professional.
Breakfast was delicious 😋 — fresh, varied, and well organised. A perfect way to start the day, especially when travelling with family.
The hotel felt clean, calm, and well managed, and everything worked smoothly. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Hotel Tiffany Milano to others visiting Milan.

Very Good
GGuest UserThey offer secure on-site parking, which is perfect for road-trippers. The rooms are also very modern.
TtibbautThe hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring a coffee machine and a complimentary bottle of mineral water daily. Breakfast is good, but the restaurant is quite small, so you might have to wait for a table during peak hours.
I stayed for three nights, and the hotel staff didn't replenish the used coffee capsules, and the coffee cups weren't cleaned properly.
XXiechenchenIf you plan to take the airport shuttle to the hotel, make sure to contact them in advance to confirm the schedule. Otherwise, you'll be waiting indefinitely at Gate 5 of T1. Also, be aware that the pick-up fees for T1 and T2 are different!
I previously read many reviews complaining about the hotel's front desk staff being incredibly rude, but we didn't experience that this time, which was a relief. At check-out, a lovely front desk employee (short in stature, wearing a tape measure-style bracelet) even helped me print two tax refund forms for free.
The room's hardware and decor are quite new, but there isn't a traditional door lock. The hotel explained that once the door is closed, it cannot be opened from the outside.
The breakfast was pretty good, high quality, but it's typical Western fare.
GGuest UserI've stayed at this hotel twice now when visiting Milan. They left a welcome back card in my room, and the doorman even recognized me and greeted me warmly. The service here is truly excellent, I love it!
GGuest UserExcellent facilities, everything was very clean, and they offer housekeeping almost every day. There's a restaurant within the hotel with good prices. They also have laundry service, which was excellent for us. We really liked it, the only downside is that it's a bit far from the station, about a 10-minute walk.
