Alex Fu HKGThe best even hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe.
Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details.
Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel.
Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel
Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay
Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

Very good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

This hotel is located on Tronchetto, a new island. From Venezia Santa Lucia Station (the last stop), you need to take public boat line 2 towards San Roma. Get off at the third stop, Tronchetto, and the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away. Line 2 is super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious, and breakfast offered a great selection. On our third night, we moved to a hotel near St. Mark's Square, which was also easily accessible by boat. We bought a 72-hour transport pass right when we arrived at the train station on our first day, and it was absolutely worth it! We used it to visit Murano (Glass Island), Burano (Colorful Island), and everywhere else we went!

stellas1117The hotel's location is excellent, just a 7-8 minute walk from the train station. It's a 4-star chain hotel, and they kindly allowed us a free early check-in and an extra hour for late check-out, which perfectly suited our arrival in the morning and our train departure the following afternoon. The breakfast buffet was good, and the environment was pleasant. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's also very convenient to take the train to Venice.

JK_190629Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily.
However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first.
I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth.

Daping302This hotel offers good value for money for guests visiting Verona. It's conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk straight after turning right from the train station exit, then another 7 minutes straight after turning right again (totaling around 15 minutes). You can reach the old town arena in about 25 minutes on foot, so most interesting places are within walking distance. The staff are friendly; I found the room a bit cool at night, and housekeeping promptly brought an extra blanket when I called. Breakfast is Italian style, with a good variety and tasty options. The hotel's decor retains its 1970s charm and is well-maintained. While some room facilities are a bit dated, particularly the electrical switches, you can see what was considered state-of-the-art in the '70s. My only regret is that the shower is over a narrow and steep bathtub. I was concerned about slipping, especially for older guests, and there were no grab bars on the wall, so I largely avoided using it.

It takes at least half an hour to get to the hotel from the main island. If you go to places further away, the return trip will take even longer.
There aren't many restaurants near the hotel, but there's a supermarket where it's convenient to buy water and other necessities.
The room was bad; the window offered no view, making it very oppressive. The hotel's exterior walls completely blocked the window, and there was also clutter outside.
I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there wasn't any air conditioning at all; they provided a fan. It wasn't hot at night, but during the day, while unpacking, I was drenched in sweat.
The breakfast was very limited and not very good. It was nowhere near as good as the NH Collection I stayed at a few days ago.

Amitang123456This was my second stay here. The last time I visited, I left my charger in the room, and they had it ready for me this time – excellent service! The hotel is directly across from the train station, and a car rental place is just about 100 meters away, so the location is absolutely superb. It's incredibly convenient for getting to the main island and all the smaller islands. The room was clean and very spacious, almost like a mini-suite. It came with an electric kettle, hairdryer, shower cap, and disposable slippers. Breakfast was good; the variety was decent. Since I don't eat bread or pastries, I stuck to the scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, etc. The coffee was excellent.

citytigerThe location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the train station. The hotel offers breakfast; it's not lavish but sufficient. The room facilities are complete, and it's quite interesting that you can cook your own meals, although I couldn't figure out how to use the microwave. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby, which is great for Chinese guests.
