KKingRenHad a lovely couple of days stay for my birthday. I checked in around 12am and was terrified that my booking would be cancelled, but the front desk was so calm and friendly and checked us in with no issues. The staff were wonderful and friendly. My favourite part is how close the beach is, you step outside of your building, and you’re on the beach. 100% would stay again.

GGuest UserI was beyond impressed with the quality service my husband and I received at Travellers. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a pleasant and efficient young lady at the front desk. We were a bit early so our room was not quite ready but not to worry we could hang by the in house restaurant to pass the time and have a walk around the property. Upon our return to the front desk we were escorted to our room which was exceptionally clean with crisp white linens and a spotless bathroom. Immediately I felt a sense of relief as we were not quite sure what to expect. We opted to include breakfast in our booking and was quite happy with that choice, the chef was spot on in the ackee and saltfish Jamaican breakfast. Travellers is right on the 7 mile beach so we had access to all the offerings and then some. On Wednesday night guests of the hotel were treated to the Manager's Cocktail Reception, the Guest Relations Manager was quite eloquent in her welcome and made us feel quite special. The guest performer who played the flute was exceptional in his rendition of Jamaican reggae tunes, we quite enjoyed this ...kudos to Travellers for thinking about their guest in this manner. I highly recommend this boutique hotel, the standards here are quite high. This will definitely be my go to hotel on my return to Negril.
