I've stayed here several times, and I'm always satisfied. It's right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. On New Year's Eve, they prepared chicken congee, red bean congee, and soy milk – they were all incredibly delicious! The breakfast is always satisfying and plentiful. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful and offers great views.

Stayed here so many times.. marvellous hotel n very satisfying.. good location, friendly staff, food court is just nearby the hotel, great range of facilities from pool to gym.. simply the best!!

We stayed at Wyndham Garden Suites Ipoh City Centre for one night and had a very pleasant experience. We booked the 2-bedroom suite, which comes with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery — very convenient and comfortable, especially for families or small groups. The room was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses were solid and comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Everything felt neat, functional, and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely hope to come back again next time we’re in Ipoh.

It was our favorite destination hotel. Our third visit and longest stay this time. But unfortunately, no more hot Onsen water....😭 Facility is good. The view is amazing. But what made us return to this place was because of Onsen. Onsen water should be hot. It was just like a heated pool this time. I don't know whatever the reason is. If they can't keep Onsen hot, that's not Onsen anymore. It's so disappointing 😞 残念😭

The lobby is nicely decorated with Christmas trees 🌲 and live the ambience. There is only 1 washing machine and dryer so we need to wait for long time. During the stay, we experienced blackout and staff did not bother go around and explain to us. There are eateries beside the hotel and a little far from main area but generally ok. There is gym but air con was not switch on and hot

My sun protection clothing fell to a lower floor, and the front desk returned it to me when I checked out, which was great. The pool cleanliness was decent, but it might feel a bit small for adults. Environment: Good Hygiene: Good Service: Good Facilities: Okay

The hotel room was decent and clean. However, for some reason, all the windows were sealed off. The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel wasn't very good. Check-in was incredibly slow, and I had to wait for a long time. On the bright side, the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a little over a kilometer from the train station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street.

This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

Location near Lost World Tambun - if u are going to the theme park den is a good locatin. Else u need to book grab to go central area about 20 mins drive. Apartment is huge and downstairs there's convenient store bila bila to get all your necessities, snacks, drinks & microwave food. Level 5 has alot amenities - onsen pool very nice.. normal swim pool, sauna inside the male & female toilet changing room, game room has pool table & football game table, gym & bbq pit. The hand shower in both bathroom water heater is not hot enough though. It will will be better if have washing machine to wash swimming suit etc. Overall the apartment considered nice for the price paid.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The hygiene was satisfactory, with timely daily cleaning. Great value for money; I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business trips or vacations.
