I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible.
Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise.
Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport.
The hotel is not bad overall. However, during check-in we asked about the massage service. The administrator told us to come back in two hours to make a reservation. When we returned, we were informed that there were no available slots and that we had to book online.
However, there was no information about online booking for massages on the website. This service was very important to us, as we had a long flight and only an 8-hour stay.

It was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough.
Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5.
I found the location to the Airport Amazing
Excellent Facilities- Gym/Swimming Pool / Sauna and Steam .
On site restaurants and Bar.
Staff were very welcoming -
Excellent Security for Entry/Exit in to the hotel .
Outside the Hotel was an excellent collection of restaurants- Supermarket and a 7/11. Macdonalds -Popeyes- Subway-DunkinDonuts - Pizza as well as local dishes .
Nearby was a Marriott Mall with Amazing Shops and a Casino and excellent choice of restaurants.
Walking distance to the Airport with a Bridge Flyover -
This Hotel offered everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Westside Hotel. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out — the staff were very accommodating, professional, and attentive to our needs. The food was also great, with a good variety and delicious flavors. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
We chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab.
During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting.
Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options.
On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated.
It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind.
Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.

Room was clean and with just enough space for staycation. Buffet breakfast was good. Though, there were only 2 well functioning elevators serving the whole building. You have to wait long to go up and down. Long queue during peak hours. Also it stops at all floors even if it’s full already. No water was served, and the TV is not smart tv and poor signal on selected channels.

Location to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job.
Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that.
I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside.
City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them.
“I stayed here for two nights and had a very good experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helped us with directions. The hotel is close to many restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was good with several options. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be slow sometimes. Overall, I would stay here again.”

@@apieceofmykOverall: 4/5
Location: 4.5/5
Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.
Value: 4/5
Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee.
Room: 3/5
The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.
Cleanliness: 5/5
Bathroom was neat and well-maintained.
Service: 5/5
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Facilities: 5/5
Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.
Final Take:
Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.

JJazzy DGreat location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast
We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC.
Pros:
• Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC
• Rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive.
Cons:
• The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers.
• Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time.
Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.
CChar M.The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness, and check-in was completed efficiently within the scheduled timeframe. The front desk personnel and staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience and intend to return. Complimentary parking is available, and the property offers convenient access to nearby shopping malls and markets. On-site dining options, including food and dessert selections, were satisfactory. The pool area was well-maintained, contributing to an enjoyable stay. We appreciate the hospitality provided.
AAnonymous UserThis is my 5th and I love staying here as always. The hotel is clean and smells good. This hotel is situated nearby park for a quick stroll, restaurants once you get hungry and grocery shops where you can buy your immediate needs. I would say the accommodation is a bit pricey but there are days where you can book this at a very affordable price.Plus the staff are very accommodating and friendly for any urgent needs. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here and would love to book again here.

AApple Ong Thong OonI booked 2 rooms from this hotel, the service and facilities is superb, definitely recommend if travel to Manila, hotel is also quite near to other popular destinations, around 20 minutes away by grab car to Intramuros, airport, SM MOA. There is also a mall at walking distance.
GGuest UserBest location for the grandest pyromusical with several options to watch the show including dining offers. Friendly, reliable and accommodating staff. Superior room is spectacularly spacious for a family with kid/s and the amenities were well-enjoyed by all.
CCarmssssOur Anniversary Stay at B Hotel – As Wonderful As Ever!
We just got back from our anniversary stay here, and as usual, the place didn’t disappoint! The moment we walked into the lobby, that lovely signature scent hit us – such a warm welcome. You can really tell they put so much effort into keeping everything spotlessly clean everywhere you look.
We checked in pretty late at 7pm, but the staff were all so pleasant and helpful. When we got to our room, we were thrilled to find a beautiful set-up – it made our anniversary feel extra special! The room itself was clean and smelled fresh, just like in all our past visits. The only little hiccup was with the hot water – we had a hard time getting the temperature right, which never happened before, but it was manageable.
Breakfast was great as always, and I was so glad to see they’re refilling the food much quicker now. The staff were super attentive too, always making sure our water glasses were full. I also want to mention how much I appreciate that they stick to their rules – I showed up in flipflops for the buffet, and they kindly let me know I’d need to change my footwear. It’s clear they care about maintaining standards, and that’s a good thing!
Parking was a bit tricky – honestly, it was mostly our fault for not telling the front desk right away that we needed them to call us when a spot opened up. We ended up parking outside until around 4am, but they did give us a call once there was space, so my husband was able to move the car to the guest parking and avoid paying overnight fees.
One nice surprise – we found out this time that we can actually walk to ATC and Molito! We’ve always driven everywhere before and ended up paying for parking, so now we know better for next time.
All in all, it was another really good stay – we love coming here and can’t wait to plan our next visit!
