Booked a standard queen room,Room is clean and love the garden view. Basic stuff were provided but no bath robe just towels. We had good sleep because it was quiet and ac temperature was great.We had buffet breakfast,had great variety of Pilipino food to enjoy.

Easy hotel booking and quick confirmation made our stay hassle-free. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming throughout. The location is perfect,super accessible to malls and the airport. Cleanliness is a solid 10/10, and the city lights view at night was just beautiful 😍. We will definitely come back!

I had my best experience at this hotel. We didn’t even realize we had lost money, but when we returned to the hotel, a staff stopped us and asked if we had lost some cash — they had already kept it safe for us. We are truly grateful. Because of you, we have a different impression of Manila. We will come back！Appreciate!

Room size was okay and it was a perfect fit for two Pool was crowded may e because its holiday Breakfast buffet was okay not too many options, staff are not so attentive with the utensils which some guest have to wait for the glass or cup to arrive Will still consider to stay since their staff are kind and helpful, location is great too

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Westside Hotel, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. Good overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.   Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.

The room was quite spacious with a nice view outside the window. It had all the necessary amenities, though they were a bit old-fashioned. However, the bedding was comfortable. The service was excellent and very warm; when we ran out of complimentary bottled water and asked for more, the front desk informed us that bottled water had a charge, but thoughtfully sent up a large pitcher of purified water instead. You have to go through a security check, including your bags, every time you enter, which made us feel very safe. The lobby and restaurant were both very large.

I will definitely book here again, in my future visit to BGC. The location is good, very clean rooms with polite staffs and guards. The lobby may feel cramped since there are a lot of guests even in the waiting area for elevator. A hair dryer is also available while press iron (for clothes) is available upon request. Over-all experience is great. I booked same day and still got a good deal and value for money.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bellevue Hotel. The ambiance is excellent—calm, welcoming, and well maintained. The entire place is clean and organized, which made the stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I will definitely return again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is great! Even though it's an older property, the facilities are still very good, and the breakfast spread is excellent. It's located right next to Koreatown, and you just have to cross the street to get to Manila Bay – it's the perfect spot for stunning sunset photos. The lobby staff are also incredibly welcoming.
