Conveniently located very close to the metro station. A taxi ride to the airport costs only 6 euros, and the old town is easily accessible via the metro. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied daily, offering different options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a much better option than staying in the old town, where hauling luggage up and down narrow, cobbled streets can be exhausting. Furthermore, the old town's narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, especially when traveling to and from the airport.

I would like to call it the king of cost-effectiveness. The room is huge, the service is very good, there is a swimming pool, the breakfast is also very good, and the parking is free. The only disadvantage is that it is far from the old town, about 10 kilometers away, which is suitable for self-driving tourists. The four of us parked the car at the hotel and called Uber to the city center for only 10 euros

The hotel's facilities are pretty good for Southern Europe, comparable to a Quanji Hotel in China. It hasn't been open long, so everything still feels relatively new. However, there are a few issues:
First, the room doors offer absolutely no soundproofing. If other rooms slam their doors or are noisy, you'll hear everything crystal clear in your own room. Also, this area is quite close to the airport, and the soundproofing isn't perfect, so you'll hear airplane noise. I always travel with earplugs, so this didn't bother me too much, but without them, it would definitely disrupt your sleep.
Secondly, there are clear management issues, leading to poor attention to detail. For instance, the pictures show bathrobes and disposable slippers are provided, but they weren't. The hand soap dispenser bottle and the liquid inside aren't compatible, making it very difficult to dispense. For a four-star hotel, they still use simple sheets instead of duvet covers – just two sheets sandwiching the duvet – so your body can easily come into contact with the duvet insert, which might not be washed as frequently, raising hygiene concerns.
Finally, the hotel lobby bar is huge, but it's empty at night, and they surprisingly don't allow guests to bring outside food in. We had packed a roasted chicken and wanted to eat it in the open-air lobby bar to avoid making our room smell, but we were actually kicked out. This is the first time I've heard of a four-star hotel refusing to provide any public space for guests to eat. Are we supposed to eat on the street? It felt very disrespectful.
However, I visited during the off-season, and excluding city tax, it was less than 600 RMB per night. So, these minor flaws were somewhat acceptable. If the price were higher, I would definitely recommend looking for other, better options.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Lumen Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were all done in an efficient manner.
The location of the hotel is ideal; it is close to the metro, bus stops and also it is easily walkable, as compared to the old city area which has very steep streets, to the downtown area (some 45 minutes for strolling). Also far above our expectations, we could easily find a number of eateries nearby.
Every corner in the hotel is well-lit and clean. The room is spacious. The water pressure is very strong. Besides, the light shows which are on every night are spectacular and impressive.
Would certainly recommend to any travellers who wish to have a memorable stay in Lisbon.
The room is clean and hygienic, the service facilities are complete, the experience is comfortable, the sea view is very beautiful, and the hotel service is also very good
The location is very convenient, with quick and easy access to all the sights. The airport and metro are nearby, along with a convenient train line to major train and bus stations. The hotel itself is stylish, and the room has a very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and a microwave, which is very convenient.
On the downside, there's very little storage space, no coat hooks (you have to hang your jacket in the mini closet with the rest of your clothes, which has 8 hangers). There's nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. Cleaning starts very early and very loudly, starting at 9 a.m., and by 10 a.m. or earlier, they start knocking on your door, so if you're planning on sleeping in, you won't be able to.
Overall, I liked everything, thank you!
Very beautiful hotel, nice staff, helped with all questions, clean beautiful pool outside and inside. Comfortable for cold weather. The location with a car is ideal, close to everything. Nice clean room with a view. I recommend it, a great hotel for a low price!

The bed was comfortable, the towels were large snd soft, the shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and the room were bright! So nice to be able to see doing my makeup and getting dressed. It a small room but fine for 1 person. It was clean and I was very comfortable. Also I loved the location right near the water and was able to run on the biking jogging walking paths along the water. It felt safe clean and more ”local' as opposed to staying in the xity center with all the tourists and traffic. It was an easy 15 min uber ride into the city and I never had to wait long for an Uber. I would stay here again. The only negative waa rhe gym. You cannot fit more than 1 person innthe gym at a time. Also my room had a slight body odor smell. Not so overwhelming that I had to move rooms but it was just noticeable when I walked in but then It went away but still something I dod mention to the front desk and they were very apologetic and took care of it. The staff are very friendly ans helpful. Really great hotel. Price was right too!
The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away.
The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition.
In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo!
I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed!
It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable.
It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that.
The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal.
Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was wonderful, Deluxe room with Sea view. Clean and lots of extra treats, cakes and chocolates daily and mini bar stocked with non alcoholic drinks. The staff here are exceptional, friendly providing a first class service. The Evening meal in the restaurant was gourmet food at its best and the staff were very knowledgeable about the wines. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice.
The hotel itself was beautiful, the location great, the parking was easy.
The spa facilities were truly wonderful.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have the right balance of providing luxury whilst being family friendly.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not located in the city, but there is a subway station that takes ten minutes' walk to the old city. It is also very convenient because there is no taxi in the city to go to the airport. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, the variety is rich and the quality is good, and the service is particularly good. SANA is a local hotel chain in Portugal, and its quality and service are quite guaranteed. The hotel is located on the flight network where planes land and take off, but the soundproofing in the room is good, which is perfect if you want to watch and take pictures of planes.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel!! We spent our vacation there 4 nights. Clean and good amenities, good for photos. Nice service with everyday room cleaning.Staff are mostly friendly. We received a little presents because of my boyfriend’s birthday. A little improvement is the room view it is blocked by wire. Would be better if they have the airport shuttle service as mentioned. The spa was the best part of this hotel 😆 We have been there twice and its free of charge! This hotel is a great deal in my point.
GGuest UserThe hotel us just right in front of the Olaias Metro Station. It is very convenience to travel from the Airport and in town. It is very fast by the Metro.
The room is in good size for traveling and visiting. The breakfast is good and enough for us with good coffee. Things are well attended。 If we found the air conditioner was not working properly, the night receptionist will come to our room immediately to help us.
When we checked in the receptionist is not very presented, she said you have booked city view room, the room is like that. When.we went in the first room it was on the 6th.floor, there was no view at all. I then returned to request changing room, the a room on 11th floor was given. She said if you want to change for higher floor, you have to said to my manager, she is off today. So the next morning, I asked the manager, she was so helpful and immediately gave me a room on higher floor to get rid of the two sided walls. To what I believe us that if the young receptionist presented in a more friendly way, and offer her services to request her manager rather than asking the customer to approach her manager directly.
So far we are happy with our stay and hopefully the hotel could improve the customer services with the young lady receptionist.
김김유리You can walk to most of Lisbon's major tourist attractions, and the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation are both excellent.
However, the rooftop bar breakfast was one of the main reasons for choosing this accommodation,
but the white staff was extremely rude and unfriendly.
They seemed to ignore me even though I didn't speak English well.
There were many other staff members, but they didn't act like that and were friendly.

GGuest UserHygiene: Very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The only downside is that the room was a bit too small, making it impossible to open a large suitcase.
Facilities: The hotel seems to be a renovated old building; you can see traces of the refurbishment. There was a strong, pungent smell in the corridors, and painting was happening everywhere. The room itself didn't have a mini-fridge.
Environment: We were assigned to the farthest D building, quite a distance from the front desk, which was inconvenient. Also, the hotel rooms are very spread out, like navigating a maze. It was very difficult to find staff members anytime, anywhere, and there was no phone in the room.

2202683****The room rate is cheap for a 4-star hotel. Although it's not close to the metro, taxis are cheap in Lisbon, so transportation isn't a problem.
