Truly excellent hotel. Service impeccable. Staff super helpful and friendly. Food superb. Bedrooms fantastic. On reception, special commendation for Peace Uwihirwe who was super helpful in solving problems. In the Larder, Manager Leon, fantastic also Betty and Joselyne!! Thank you and to all those I didn't mention, especially staff who service bedrooms to very high standard.

Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.

I stayed for one night at the Hotel Okapi and really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and my room had a wonderful view of the city. I ate dinner one night at the hotel. Good food and very nicely priced. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Would stay again!

I loved this hotel! I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was really clean, super spacious and comfortable. I unfortunately had a delay in pickup and was at the hotel for several extra hours and the concierge allowed me to stay in my room until the evening, which was really kind. The food in the executive lounge was great. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Dmall hotel is conveniently situated close to the Conference centre and airport. Eric and his team go beyond the extra mile to ensure you are happy. When I spent an extra night there on my way back after a conference and holiday it was like coming home! The rooms are excellent, fast wifi, and great food! also excellent restaurants around the hotel.
