Location wise it’s perfect if you want to be close to the airport. They do airport shuttle services every 30 minutes for 100 baht/person- and it’s only 10 minutes away. The room was specious and clean, the king bed was gigantic and so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave. The extra pillows were awesome, especially the long hugging one 😍 Gym and swimming pool is perfect. Staff were kind and attentive. I would stay again in the future and I highly recommended to everyone who doesn’t want to travel long to and from the airport.

This is a great hotel for transit purpose about 10-15 minutes taxi ride from the Suvarnabhumi Airport. Service is good and breakfast was included in my booking but I did not have the opportunity to try it out. Cleanliness could be improved in the room and the lack of storage space in the bathroom was the only major drawback.

This is a basic overnight hotel which is very conveniently located to the airport (10-15 minute drive). If you are arriving and need the hotel shuttle, go to the second floor and wait by Gate 4 (the entrance way, to the right of the door). There are lots of signs for hotels and you should spot the name of this one (or ask). The cost is 120 baht each way and available 24-hours. If you are after an affordable overnight hotel with a paid shuttle service, this is definitely an option. The small hotel restaurant had some decent dishes and the staff were nice and friendly.

Conveniently located just outside the airport terminal, easily walked to via the train station or with the shuttle running every 10 minutes. Lobby is grand and has a buffet, a la carte restaurant and sport bar. The latter being the most lively place during our short stay. Breakfast is nice and diverse, and starting from 4 AM. Perfect for those early flights or full day excursions that pick you up at the hotel at 06:30. The pool area is nice, and a good place to relax after a long flight or a day trip. Rooms are spacious and quiet, but dated. Although cleanliness is good, the carpets in the corridor and rooms are making the environment a bit stuffy.

Got off the plane early but the luggage took too long, so we barely missed the midnight free shuttle. Called Grab and it took around 20 minutes and over 200baht. The hotel itself was quite traditional: small lifts, worn interior. Odd number rooms would be on the left hand side after stepping out of the lift. The room itself was spacious with updated interior, with less-than-elegant bathroom. Bed was comfy and the blinds were great. Aircon was a bit tricky to work out. Was shocked to find no international socket outlets, not to mention USB. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, partly because it was not crowded at all when we arrived before eight, and also because of the grand interior. Food was above average, although there was a man who found the bowl was too small for cereal. We stayed there for one night only so we didn't mind the view (none) nor did we check the pool (or other facilities for that matter). Overall, absolutely great bang for the buck. This is the airport hotel to go to if you need a good sleep after a long weary flight.

Friendly and helpful service of the hotel staff should be kept up. The hotel has kept up with the quality of restaurant food. The rooftop swimming pool and plane-spotting area are the focus of attention. I can see Suvarnabhumi Airport clearly from the bathroom window. However, the hotel does not have inhouse washing machines. Guests that wish to get their clothees washed overnight will be disappointed. The staff told me that the hotel can only return the clothes on the third day of stay. So it is better to wash the clothes at home. Provided the guests stay up to four nights, it is impossible to get the laundry washed and dried by the hotel housekeeper. There is no laundry shop along King Kaew Road.

The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are very soft, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool, the noise from the outside is very little, the bathroom is clean, the water flows strong, there are amenities. The receptionist is smiling, cute. Help as well There is a shuttle bus to the airport every day Monday to Saturday except Sunday. But there is a taxi service that is inexpensive. Breakfast is served enough to start the first meal of the day.

Because of this, there are no long-stayers, i.e. families with children, or couples every where, which is blissful for single people. I spent 4 nights here, as I have a friend who lives nearby, and it was perfect for me (solo person). The basic rooms (superior) are of a good size, with a balcony, big shower rooms, and the TV has lots of channels. I used the pool every day, for lap-swimming - the main pool is, at a guess, 20m. There are shallower, round pools for non-swimmers or kids. The breakfast buffet was great, which I had every morning. For me, it was a perfect selection of hot and cold food, plus the usual choice of fruit, cheese, bread, etc. Too much is over-whelming, but this wasn't. There is a good size gym, with a variety of equipment, plus a gym studio with basic group fitness classes (which I didn't partake, but just happened to notice). The staff are helpful and courteous, and give you space - meaning they are not constantly asking you if you are OK or if you need anything. There is a hotel app, that you download on to your phone. Anything you need, just ask for it through your phone. It's my 2nd stay here, and it probably won't be my last.

Last day to stay. The personnel assisted me in getting me a taxi to chonbury bus station. Very professional. They also have a storage facility where you can leave things behind.

Will book again , because of location I can eat Tom YAM SOUP but door sound proofing is bad …. People walking and tourists yelling around will wake you up As you pay for under thb$1,000 Nothing you can expected 😵💫

A well maintained hotel, with good facilities. The room was clean and tidy, with all you needed provided. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and helped wherever they could. The pool was small but refreshing on a hot day. The hotel is a fair way from the centre town. There is a large shopping mall, very close, plus rail and bus transport is a very short walk. Would stay again if I wanted to be in that area.

The room still has the same carpet. No matter how many times you stay, it's always the same. Requests are always the same. Spacious room, easy to travel location.

Good facilities, good location, there's a 7-Eleven near, there with car parking. Large LG TV, bathroom a little small but the door is very good for ******* wet floor There was a mistake in parking the single bed. But got a twin bed But the staff came and made it into a single bed.

We love the cosy ambience of Koon Hotel. We travelled in a big group of 14 and they accommodated our request to stay on the same floor. The room was comfortable and nice, bathroom was small but sufficient. We love the cafe and restaurant within the hotel. Breakfast spread was decent and delicious. Pool and fitness gym was rather small but good enough for a quick workout. Only thing is you will need to arrange for a cab to bring you to places, as the BTS station is not within walking distance. But there is a 7-11 convenience store beside the hotel, useful for getting your supplies and snacks. Highly recommended, hope to return again in future. Cleanliness is good, but not the best. Think the bed sheets were not changed.... but it's too late to ask them to chang3 it... and it is very comfy, very pretty place to stay in. Quiet as well... in the corner.... and spacious enough to move around. Amenities include fridge, microwave and some shampoo/soap with towels. As well as a shower cap and some cotton buds... and a sofa to chill at + a work table and chair too. Big open wardrobe to see your clothes better. But only 2 hangers. No Slippers or hairdryer or laundry service, unlike what's shared in trip.com. but service is good with very limited English. Across the road is 7 eleven and some food as well as a laundry service.... but very inconvenient for someone that doesn't speak Thai... sigh. 4/5 total. Would be great place to stay, if not for the linens... location is convenient too.

Overall clean, beautiful, reasonable price, spacious room, ok facilities, TV can be turned on, but overall room lights are a little dark. Two pillows are provided. Normally other places get four tickets. The bathroom is clean and there is a dryer for use. Ample parking

Clean, simple modern hotel. Decent sized rooms. Really good air conditioning that cools the room down fast. Let down by breakfast, as the hot food is left to get cold, which is both unhygienic and unappetising. They will microwave it for you if you want, but the best choice of hot food is eggs, as they are cooked for you, not left out for hours. You can make toast too. There are only 2 WiFi access points per floor, so you can expect very poor internet unless you get one of the rooms next to an AP, or unless you have a portable router to put in the bathroom to act as a repeater.

The location to access the hotel is quite easy and convenient. It's at the mouth of the alley and most importantly, the equipment is complete, whether it's crockery, plates, cutlery. We recommend that if anyone wants to go here please reserve in advance because the rooms are almost full. all the time

Nice decorated hotel with relaxing resort feeling. Near the airport for early travellers. I must say it is nice and cozy for the room. Was very comfortable. Just 1 down side is the attitude of the main desk lobby staff, maybe it can be better. The key was not working and not changed after we complaint, they just left the matter aside. Especially pick up services was so long as well. Other than that, all is good and also I think I will most likely go back there again. And hopefully the staff attitude has been improved as well.

I will be totally honest here. My 2nd visit as I needed to be close to BKK airport. The hotel is brand new. Very clean, great rooms, nice showers, amazing beds, and pillows. If you don't need anything you will be fine. If you need to order, have any questions, Food delivery, grocery delivery, or anything g related that needs speaking English, you're in trouble So positives, very clean, brand new and close to the airport. Also the pool looked great. The issues: Huge teething issues No staff training or even the right staff. 90% of visitors are foreign as you would imagine. Noone speaks any English. No Google translate. Checking is painful, checkout even more painful. If you call from the room its impossible. Now I'm no diva, just calling reception to ask for our luggage or if grab delivery has arrived. Mission impossible. No AC around hotel. So it really humid. AC in rooms left off so takes 1 hour to cool. Unbelievably hot. I landed at midnight so arrived at 1am. My booking on Agoda was confirmed for my days but they had wrong days. So I had to pay again. Just don't need this afte travel. So after checking in at 1am I left at 13:00 the next day. Instead if telling me or calling when I checked out they chatged me the full rate whole day for 1 hour. To me that's pretty bad in a hotel that's empty, brand new and looking at customer happiness. So all the rest you can live with it's OK. The last part on check out for me was u real. This is a guy who is President for the 3rd largest hotel group in the world. Poor standards in my opinion. You just don't do that without notice or confirmation. So just be aware. A comfortable stay for sure. But has its issues on customer service. Its just not there. I'm sure the staff have never worked in a hotel or hospitality before. Maybe a recruiting competency is hospitality exposure and speak some English

If compared between Singapore If it's considered different floor, the room here as a whole, in the picture, is promoted with the actual place, not exactly the cover, there are ants and the water is not hot, according to the budget or not, but if other places compare the price is the same, 24,500 -25,500 or 26,000 recommended from the heart Go somewhere else, don't detain here. The scary room building is at the end of the accommodation, like it's deserted. There are no staff to take care of the accommodation building. But there is a check-in building in front of the accommodation and the entrance guard is taking care of it. The air conditioner isn't that cold. Open 18 degrees all night There is only a small amount of tissue in the room to use. There are only large towels.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service brother is very warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is in line with the Chinese taste, very good experience, not far from the airport, next time you have the opportunity to choose to live here! highly recommended
