I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right next to a shopping mall with Target, a coffee shop, and a cookie shop, which made it very convenient. They offer free coffee every morning, which was a nice touch, and there’s yoga available (though I didn’t get the chance to try it).
The room was decent, with two beds, but the lighting felt a bit too dim for my preference. Aside from that, everything was comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you value convenience and a warm atmosphere.

Service was great, the staff was very informative. Rooms are clean. There are a variety of activities (workout area, pool game/pocket billards, etc.) available within the common area. Food is offered as well.

The hotel has a parking lot, a small gym, and a swimming pool, all fully equipped. There's even a small microwave in the room, which is quite convenient for heating up food. Shell and Foodhall are right next door, and it's less than a 5-minute drive away.
Since it's a newly opened hotel this year, everything looks very new and clean, and it was indeed very well cleaned. There's even hand sanitizer next to the elevator, which is reassuring, haha.
Driving to the airport the next morning only took about 20 minutes, very convenient. I recommend it for a short stay~

I had a wonderful stay here.
First off, the location is absolutely fantastic: the W line is right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to get to the airport, Pearl Harbor, and the International Market. There are plenty of dining options and ABC stores nearby, and the Hilton hotel beach is directly across the street, easily walkable. We went there every day to play in the sand, enjoy the sea breeze, and watch the sunset – it was so much fun! 🥳
The room itself was very spacious. Although the facilities are a bit older, everything you need is there, including a fridge and a microwave. The only minor issues were that the fridge and air conditioner sometimes made noise, but it wasn't a major disturbance. However, light sleepers might want to consider this. The hotel rooms are very quiet, with no noisy commercial streets nearby, which was perfect.
On the second floor, there's a free water dispenser, an ice machine, and washing machines, which would be very convenient for longer stays.
The front desk staff were also very nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant check-in experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

As soon as I entered my room, I was struck by the stunning marina view.
The hotel is old, but the rooms have been beautifully renovated, so even picky Korean guests will be satisfied.
The pool and view are beautiful, and you can even see the Hilton fireworks every Friday. I highly recommend it. Ala Moana Shopping Mall is also within walking distance.

The room felt quite new, likely having been renovated within the last two years. The only downside was the incessant sound of running water in our room, day and night. I suspect it's from a water pipe within the wall. Also, the microwave is located at the very end of the corridors on the 9th and 15th floors, built into a wall niche. If you're trying to heat up a couple of items, there's absolutely no counter space or anywhere to set things down beside it.

Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there. There's some kind of hook by the door, but how are you supposed to hang all your towels there? Also, for honeymoons, everyone usually gets welcome gifts and decorations... but after checking in, there was nothing. When I asked at the info desk, they said it's something they do after you've stayed one night, on the evening of the next day or something. They just brushed me off, and there was nothing at all during our entire stay. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, they gave me a box of cookies, but it felt like I was being treated as a difficult customer... Anyway, aside from these problems, it wasn't bad, and Hawaii itself was absolutely wonderful!

The location was good, and parking registration and use were convenient (for a 2-night, 3-day stay, I paid a reasonable 2-night rate. Other accommodations charge 3-day rates).
The 24-hour desk made check-in and check-out very convenient. However, having to go through the lobby floor and alternate between the hotel elevator and the parking elevator was inconvenient.
Amenities are charged separately per night, and a security deposit is required.
Accommodation quality was based on my experience in the room I booked. The bed was comfortable, the refrigerator was larger than expected, there was a microwave, the air conditioner was noisy but worked well, and there was a coffee pot.
The mini kitchen had a built-in induction stove, but it was dead, so I couldn't boil water. The pots were small, and there was no bottle opener.
The lack of ceiling lights made it dark, and the thick carpeting made it difficult to walk in with shoes on, which didn't feel very clean.
Considering all the factors, I'd give it a 4.

The Rainbow Tower is perfect for a family of four, with two spacious queen-sized beds (1.5 meters wide). This tower is one of the newer buildings within the Hilton property. A higher floor offers better views. We were on the 30th floor (upgrading to an ocean view room costs an additional $65 per day, which we didn't do). Facing directly towards the Reef Island, and with half the ocean visible, it’s a 'semi-ocean view' and still offers excellent vistas.
On the day we checked in, there was some small trash left in the toilet that hadn't been cleaned. We were too late and tired to call the front desk, but when we returned from our outing the next day, it had been thoroughly cleaned, and the beds were made (we left a dollar tip each day we went out).
There's no kettle in the room, nor is drinking water provided. Bring a cup, and you can get water from the purifiers downstairs. There's a coffee machine, but the water inlet had a lot of scale, so it didn't look very clean, and we didn't use it.
**Convenience:** The beach is right downstairs, along with several swimming pools. It's super convenient to be able to get back to the room for a shower within 5 minutes after playing in the water.
**Dining:** Across from the Rainbow Tower is Tropics Bar & Grill, which serves breakfast and lunch. It's a bit more expensive than outside the hotel, but the food is good. Coffee here is $6 with unlimited refills, and you can even take a cup to go when you leave. For kids who don't like meat, I recommend the pancakes. For meat-lovers, try the Sunrise Sando. Their signature Tropical Acai Bowl is a smoothie made from blended berries and ice, topped with granola, banana, and strawberries. It tastes a bit like ice cream and is great for cooling down after sun exposure.
There's also an excellent ice cream shop in the hotel; the line starts forming around 5 PM, and one scoop costs $7.99.
**Shopping:** There's an ABC Store right in the hotel, where you can buy just about anything. I compared prices, and they weren't much different from outside the hotel. There's also a cookie shop where you can sample before buying. They offer local specialties, perfect for souvenirs.
**Friday Fireworks:** There are fireworks on Friday night. While simple and short, watching them from the beach is still very enjoyable. They start at 7:45 PM, so go early to the beach by the lagoon island to get a front-row spot for a clearer view.
**Tips:** Keep the small card you receive at check-in handy; you can use it to get free towels on the beach.
If you have kids, definitely take them to the children's pool next to the Rainbow Tower. It has three waterslides and two small hot spring pools – kids can play there all day.

The second hotel on Oahu Island. It is much more lively than Prince's. The hotel has Chinese guides. The environment is very fashionable. The service is good. It is next to the zoo. Transportation, dining, shopping, and the beach are all very convenient.

GGuest UserLet's start with the positives: The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning ocean view, and I woke up to the beautiful beach every morning 🥰. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful 🫶. The room was also very spacious; coming from Tokyo to Hawaii, I really appreciated the upgrade in space 😍. There are many bus routes right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to Pearl Harbor. The Pink Line of the 'Waikiki Trolley' also stops directly at the hotel entrance, which is great for going shopping at Ala Moana.
Now for some areas for improvement: The room didn't have many amenities, and there was no free bottled water. It's a bit far from shopping and dining areas; getting to lively spots usually takes more than a 10-minute walk. However, if you love surfing 🏄♂️, this is a great choice as the beach is just a short walk away.
AAIThe location was great, right next to Ala Moana Shopping Center and within walking distance of Waikiki! The amenities were a bit inconvenient, with only a hairdryer, tissues, bar soap, and body cream provided. Overall, though, I thought it was a great hotel!
GGUOQINGThe hotel has good facilities and a beautiful environment. Our room is right next to the golf course. Walk in for a few minutes to the beach. The room is not very soundproof and can be heard when walking on the second floor. The parking lot charges 15 dollars.
AAnonymous UserChose it for the airport pick up/drop off, what a pleasant surprise. Great receptionist, she got me into a room early after a long overnight flight. While room dated, it clean, full
amenities and comfortable bed. Pool, restaurant and was given voucher for 2 drinks so enjoyed cocktails in the bar with very nice staff.
The service was respectful and helpful.
I’d stay there again.
SSevost13We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience.
First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level.
I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure.
A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised.
Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
JJordan NicholasNestled along the serene shores of Waikoloa, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Our recent stay at this breathtaking resort was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and picturesque surroundings.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort.
The grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa Village are a true testament to paradise. Meticulously maintained gardens, winding pathways, and cascading waterfalls create an oasis of serenity amidst the lush landscape. We spent hours exploring the resort, discovering hidden gems around every corner. Whether lounging by the pool, strolling along the sandy shores, or indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, every moment was a blissful escape from reality.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the friendly greetings to the attentive care, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether offering recommendations for dining or arranging memorable excursions, their genuine hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable.
As seasoned travelers who have explored destinations around the globe, we can confidently say that our time at the Hilton Waikoloa Village surpassed all expectations. It was more than just a vacation – it was a transformative experience that left us longing to return. If you're searching for paradise on earth, look no further than this remarkable resort.
3333ひろ333I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time.
GGuest UserOK to stay for a night when you have an early flight out. VERY noisy location and a/c is unbelievably loud. Bed is rather soft. Too expensive for what it is.
TTravolicThe room is very clean and the staff has very good service attitude. There is a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and performances on the first floor. There are free coffee, tea bags and water dispenser in the lobby.
Jjuliaxx1534Stayed for two nights, and not a single front desk staff member smiled; their attitude was very cold. When I asked questions, they either said they didn't know or told me to scan a QR code with my phone myself. The gym is tiny, and the equipment is old and sparse, making for a poor experience. Outdoor parking is $35 per night. I deeply regret booking this hotel; it's extremely poor value for money.
