I received excellent service from the staff in the hotel . The most outstanding service was from Mustapha, he helped me on two occasions with the safe, which was giving error codes. Over and above this after I had left the hotel, I had a package arriving late that I could not receive. Mustapha shared his personal Whatsapp number with me to organize the package to be returned to the seller. I have not received such excellent service in some years of staying in hotels outside of South Africa. Thank you!

Stayed here for a business trip in Cape Town. The room size and facilities were a bit underwhelming for a 4-star hotel, more on par with a budget hotel in China. On the plus side, the power outlets were very convenient, no need for an adapter. However, there were no complimentary toiletries or bottled water. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel's location was quite convenient.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is good. It's located right by the coast, so you can walk directly to the beach, which is quiet and uncrowded. All rooms have both a shower and a bathtub, though the bathtub is on the small side. The hotel also features an outdoor pool and a spa. There's a free parking garage downstairs.

We were put in a room below the category we reserved, twice the size. We discovered this the next morning while cleaning the rooms. We contacted the hotel manager, but he rudely replied that the hotel was full, they couldn't move us, and that he didn't work directly with trip.com. The hotel offered no compensation or apology. Thankfully, trip.com partially refunded our room fee after our complaint. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the extremely poor service.

The hotel’s location was very convenient and central to everything we wanted to do, which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the rooms were well maintained. I appreciated that the sheets were changed daily, although housekeeping did not sweep the floors every day. One concern was the corridor, which sometimes smelled like **** and trash, and this occasionally made me feel a bit unsafe. This could also be because I am not familiar with the surrounding environment. The gym is very small. Overall, the hotel itself was pleasant, and the staff provided good service, but improvements to cleanliness and hallway maintenance would make the experience even better.

The hotel is in best location to see table mountain and visit Cape Town. Our room on the 14. Floor is so big and luxury. The personal in Taj hotel are all so friendly and helpful, they try their best to satisfy the guests. The food and wine are fantastic!

The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. It felt safe with the fingerprint and face recognition. The location is convenient and secured. The room was clean and spacious, esp for the cost. It is worth it. Great views from the room and rooftop! Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again if ever I’m re visiting Cape Town. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The hotel has a beautiful large park with many flowers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very large and beautifully furnished. The breakfast is just good, unfortunately for Cappuccino and Cafe Latte you have to pay 20 zares extra.

Krystal Beach Hotel boasts a unique architectural design seamlessly immersed into its surroundings. It’s like a Cruise Ship with bigger spaces. The rooms are well designed and maintained. The staff are professional. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The Hotel could do better with their breakfast buffet menu. Once you have your first breakfast, there is no motivation to go for breakfast on subsequent days because the food options aren’t spiced up on different days. Just the same menu and average at best.

So good we are staying longer! Apart from the obvious draw of the fantastic golf course onsite the hotel and spa are a real treasure. Breakfast is to a very high standard. Rooms are spacious but the real bonus is the spa and facilities. Unlike other hotels on the garden route with high costs and limited availability the range of treatments on offer is excellent, staff work hard to fit you in and they are very reasonably priced too. Reception staff are very helpful and ensure you are aware of all the local walks and things to do. I’d definitely stay again…. We are already staying longer than originally planned.
