As an Ex- 5 stars hotel Manager. This is my review : - check in was fast. People were polite especially housekeeping called Ahmed. - The hotel is clean, food is nice , buffet with varieties . - BUT, these are Never enough to give it 5* hotel. I received the room without enough water for 3 adults in TRPL and they argue saying 2 bottles 600ml / each is enough for daily use and any extra to be charged ! The pool has no enough tents to cover number of guests. The room TV is not programmed with entertainment apps, when i called for IT he did not come until i checked out. The coffee/tea tray is toooo poorly equipped. One small pillow on each bed & you have to ask for more if necessary. Bathroom not equipped with shower slippers, toothpaste and tooth brush and you have to ask for them . Gym , Sauna are not yet operated. No night entertainment in the hotel ..

It's a good resort hotel. Guests of the hotel are basically white people. You can see the blue sea through the window of the balcony in the room on the first floor. The water is very blue and beautiful. I'd like to recommend this resort town.

We stayed here for a wedding anniversary in December, whilst the hotel and staff were really good and we had a great week. There was a good selection of well cooked food. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a couple of down points when we got to the hotel they were quite Persistent in trying to upgrade our room and were trying to take us to see some other rooms it was late and had been a long day and just wanted to get to our room. A second problem was our checkout day. I understand that you have to check out by a time and have no problem with that. But we were told that when we checked out, we wouldn't be able to use any of the hotel services, meaning we would have to for food and drinks until we got picked up. By far, this is the worst part. I don't see why the hotel couldn't allow us to enjoy the hotel services until pick up
