Seb tower is an excellent hotel that ticks most of the boxes. Located about 6 km from the airport and 3 km from the railway station on a major road, it is easy to find and convenient. The staff are courteous and well trained. Rooms are spotless and have all the necessary requirements including comfortable beds, work tables, chairs etc. There is some scope for improvement for the kitchen and especially the breakfast buffet which did not have any fruits or healthy options. Overall, the hotel fulfilled all my needs and i'm very happy with my stay.

I booked the Zone Luxe Twin room. Very clean, comfortable bed! Clean toilet and bathroom. Powerful shower with hot water. Cold functioning AC which makes it very pleasant in this weather. Really like the spacious suite with separate bedroom and living room. Restaurant is very nice. Nice vibe, nice food, good prices. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. Excellent service. Boiled eggs were set up available, but other types of eggs also available upon request, which I was well pleased. Restaurant facing swimming pool which makes breakfast very pleasant. Also a lady helping at the restaurant particularly friendly and took the introduced me to a very local breakfast dish - dosa - very nice indeed. Appreciate her recommendations! Thanks. Swimming pool was also very nice. Nice environment, clean pool, clean changing room and shower. It’s been a very pleasant stay, and thank you very much for the team at all fronts.

Staff of hotel very decent and polite appreciate their service and commitment for customer comfortable i recommend to this hotel for stay and enjoy comfort it's worthy

My experience was good there to stay ❤️ and this is my 2nd time to stay there, but the chicken biriyani was very oily. As per my experience that is not actual biriyani. Need to improve in food 👍

Visited Acacia hotel on the 17 July 2023 Acacia hotel is one of the best and finest hotel in Dimapur... Cleanliness is excellent and rooms are well furnished...one more thing is that parking space too is spacious .... Most importantly all staffs are very kind and excellent...hospitality is perfectly excellent... Kitchen department is superb too... Cleanliness is excellent... A big thank you to Team Acacia hotel ... Had a happy stay with all ur great hospitality ... Will definitely refer all my friends .... All the best Acacia Team....

The hotel is on the main road--and close to the Railway staiont and the main market place. Facilites are reasonably satisfactory--aznd the service is good. No reason to complain. The restaurant operates tolimited timings only--better to check in advance.
