Abbiamo organizzato un grande evento per i nostri clienti della durata di 3 giorni, con la partecipazione di un centinaio di persone, tutte complessivamente soddisfatte. Ricezione molto accogliente a livello di personale, disponibile e gentile. Camere molto spaziose e dotate di comfort, silenziose e pulite. Impianti sportivi eccellenti, tutti vicini fra loro, dunque comodi, con una buona manutenzione. Ristorazione all'altezza delle nostre aspettative sia nel buffet a colazione e a pranzo, che nel ristorante a cena. Prezzi ragionevoli e congruenti alla quotazione del resort. Localizzazione perfetta in zona isolata, ma vicina a punti di attrazione molto caratteristici e iconici. Da rivedere e migliorare: la connessione wif-fi è largamente insufficiente sia perchè funziona solo negli spazi pubblici, che poichè ci si deve riconnettere ogni 3 minuti. Malgrado la grande disponibilità del personale tecnico, forse occorrerebbe una risorsa aggiuntiva per coprire la dimensione vasta della struttura. Negativo l'impatto, a detta di tutti i nostri numerosi ospiti, con il gestore del noleggio biciclette, poco trasparente nelle condizioni di servizio e dai modi troppo bruschi.
