Overall good service!
Beautiful place!
But:
Beds in the bungalow are quiet small
we wake up with a strong smell coming from the bathroom that made all the experience awful
Sadly I can't recommend this place and I will not come back again until they fix this.
The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' drive from the mall. The hotel looks very quiet and full of flowers. It's on a slope that turns up from the main road, a bit away from the street. There's also parking. Breakfast is included.
The three of us stayed in room 1, which has four rooms. It's two stories high.
But I discovered a problem at night. When there were a lot of large cars passing by, the noise in my room (with the windows closed) was extremely loud. A large car passed by every three minutes, and I couldn't sleep all night. It's quiet late at night, but the noise from the cars was very loud. They also have two other floors (for a total of three), and I'm not sure if the other two are noisy. If not, this place is quite nice.
Beautiful views, clean rooms, nice service. Free convenient parking. It is worth taking into account that the pool is open until 20. At 20, dinner is also starting - the food is not excellent, but it is worth the views.
I rarely write reviews, but I simply *had* to this time! After checking out, I discovered my car wouldn't start – I'd foolishly left something on and completely drained the battery. Within just 5 minutes, the amazing ladies at the front desk found the incredibly resourceful Alessio for me. He first brought a battery charger, but when he realized it couldn't reach, he immediately drove another car over to use its battery to jump-start mine. The entire process was completed within 10 minutes, and it was absolutely free! So, a huge shout-out to [Hotel Name] for such outstanding service, big thanks to the front desk team (both the ladies and gentlemen), and a special, massive thank you to Alessio!
Typical European country resort.
The hotel is on a small hillside. It is really dark to drive to the hotel at night. It takes about 10 minutes to have an all-black road without street lights. Don't doubt that you can follow the navigation.
The scenery of the hotel during the day is very beautiful, and the winter in Tuscany is also very spectacular. The room is connected to the yard. You can see the beautiful scenery when you walk out of the room, which is very comfortable.
The hotel's breakfast is great, family breakfast, not many types but very fresh and delicious.
I am impressed and want to come back to the hotel where I live~

The Cascina is very nice even if in a slightly penalising position because of the very narrow road. The large rooms are well furnished in an ancient style, a beautiful garden, excellent parking, a large and well-equipped bathroom, a little TV x the distance from the bed. Breakfast could be a little more varied and cured to get the maximum score. Good staff

This hotel in Florence is more like a B&B. It is a very old house. There is no 24-hour front desk, which I overlooked. It was already past seven when I arrived. The door was locked and I needed to call to communicate (I later found that the hotel had sent me an email with the door code). I found that there was no elevator after entering the door, and the stairs were very narrow. I almost cried. When I booked, I saw that no one complained about the lack of elevator in the comments, so I didn't confirm it again. The room I was given was on the fourth floor. After communicating for a long time, I could only lock the big box at the front desk and take the necessary things to the room. Fortunately, I negotiated with Maria at the front desk early the next morning to upgrade me to a deluxe room on a lower floor, and later she helped me move my luggage. Thank her very much. The biggest advantage of the hotel is convenience. It is ten minutes away from the train station, but because the road is old, it is a bit inconvenient to drag heavy luggage. It is close to the Central Market, Duomo de Fiore, Medici Chapel and Academy of Fine Arts Museum, and you can walk there.
Maybe the hotel's hardware facilities are defective, and it provides a wealth of free drinks, free coffee at the front desk, biscuits, etc., which is quite heartwarming. There is no breakfast in the hotel. For breakfast, you need to give a breakfast coupon to go to the cooperating restaurant to get a piece of bread and a cup of coffee. You can choose the variety. There are many small restaurants around, which is convenient.

GGuest UserIt's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.
MMirrelIt’s a nice hotel, very accessible & near the Firenze SMN station. The room was ready earlier than check in time. Our room was spacious, clean & beautiful. The only hiccup was checking in. We weren’t given the check in instruction ahead of time & WhatsApp response took a while but after we got the info, everything was good.
GGuest UserLet me talk about the advantages. The room is impeccable from design and decoration to experience. The area facilities are very good. I can give 6 points. Even I think the photos taken by the owner are not as good as the real thing in the room. Very beautiful, very warm, very design, very dry cleaning. Net, I would like to come back to Florence for this beautiful room. There is a double bathtub, massage, terrace, drinking and eating. There is also a sauna. I saw the first time in the hotel room with a sauna. Although I didn’t use it, everything in the room was perfect. Hotel The building has a very old elevator that needs to be operated manually.
But but the disadvantage 1 is not in the special city center. It is about 2 kilometers away from the scenic spot. It still needs to walk after the tour. If the weather is very hot or not very good, people (such as me) will be a little unable to walk and there is a c1 bus nearby to the scenic spot. You don't want to wait an hour, don't sit! ! Its timetable is a joke. You never know if this car will come and when it will come, but I am willing to live a little farther for a beautiful room. It is worth it.
Disadvantage 2 is a bit unpleasant for me because although it is listed in the hotel list, it is actually a homestay, so there is no problem with the front desk. I can contact the landlord by email. However, although he can write, he can contact at any time, but after contacting, he will not immediately return to the first night of the stay. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. He even sent an email to remind me to check out on time. I didn't help me solve the hot water problem! If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it. I didn't have hot water to take a bath the next day, so once I encountered a problem, because there is no front desk, it may be impossible to solve it...
In addition to this, everything else is perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the landlord is also delicious. By the way, the Chinese Embassy is also nearby. The security is full.
GGuest UserExcellent location. The hotel is just opposite Florence SMN station with 2 mins walk. There are many restaurants nearby and you can easily find your favorite one. This is a small hotel with just a single floor at the second level. You will hear traffic noise day and night, so the hotel provided ear plug in the amenities. Hotel Reception operates up to 8pm everyday. After that, you need to call 5h3 staff if you need help.

GGuest UserThe scenery was beautiful, and the house was very clean, but it’s not very convenient for those without a car. The host was truly wonderful and enthusiastic. He kindly drove us from Pienza to the accommodation, arranged for us to rent bicycles and had them delivered to the house. When we left, the buses weren’t running, so he even helped us book a taxi, ensuring we made our train on time. It was an absolutely fantastic experience.
BBodoWhat a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues).
Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy.
The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day.
Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly.
We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)
GGuest Usergood afternoon. the accommodation was not very satisfactory. Upon arrival, an elevator that could not accommodate two people with two hand luggage. one had to climb the stairs. four floors!!! then a not very friendly attendant. and finally, the frustration of a bathtub that, like the elevator, barely accommodated two people. When booking, they should ask if the person was a little older, it was not advisable to book this room. We booked because it was a more romantic room, but it shouldn't be sold as a double room. the beds were twins with a space in the middle where you couldn't sleep together. It was impeccably clean, but the building's plumbing was very old, the shower was full of water and the bathtub leaked water throughout the room. the location was great and the breakfast lady on the day of checkout was extremely polite and kind. The receptionist on the first day left something to be desired…
KKalim’s worldEveryone will have a dream to live in a palace or a castle at some point. If you want to experience such a dream, it's not a bad choice here. It wouldn't be a problem if you could enjoy the loneliness, despair, and stillness of being alone in a large space. If you can't imagine, imagine sleeping in the middle of the gym overnight. The facilities provide the bare minimum. The beds are not bad, either. But there are not many feelings of living that people can live. It's the biggest regret there. It's easy to go anywhere because it's in the center of major tourist attractions. However, if you don't have enough leg muscles and heart power, you may be afraid to go outside. If you experience your own physical limitations during the day and are thinking of fighting solitude at night, it's not a bad choice.
