This is is our 11th time in Turkey and 10th time in an all inclusive in the Antalya region staying in 3-5 star hotels with family. This was our 3rd time in Side. Location: the hotel is 15 mins bus ride from Side it is an area called Everenski you can catch a bus at a 5 mins walk to Side or Manvgat shopping area for 1 euro. Nearby are shops selling things in Euros of fake things etc Food: it’s was okay not the best for a 4 star standard. The lunch had more choices than evening. What was different is that they have a better selection of children’s food and have a separate section which has different foods to adults and deserts are displayed in attractive plates. There was only 1 al carte which was Turkish something unusual as other hotels have at least 2-3 also the food was not to al carte standard and this was 1 meal I did not enjoy. Meat was undercooked, and the menu choice was very basic. All hotels have a Turkish night and this is celebrated putting on a big display, kitchen staff being introduced to guests, a chance for guests to say thanks for the hospitality and where they sing the national anthem this did NOT happen HERE, first we experienced this. Even the 3 star we stayed in hosted a nice party on the Turkish night. Between 3.30-6.30 there is no snack bar and the only food you can have is sweet cakes or ice cream. Again different to other hotels we stayed in. If you skip lunch then the next time you get food is at 6.30pm also lost Turkish 4-5 star resort serve waffles and gozlammes At 4 pm for 1 hour or so again this was not the case here There is only 1 bar on site and the beach bar closes at 3.30. Again most hotels have 2-3 bar areas. Room/accommodation: The rooms are old and tired looking and bathrooms however, they are maintained as can be. The first room we were shown was just so bear looking and gloomy in block C we got a room change to block F which was much better. Ambience: the hotel attracts a large cohort of retired Germans some are repeat guests and families from Europe few Brits It’s a laid back, relaxing environment, decent music not too loud, things finish by 11. However it does lack entertainment for kids especially 11 plus. Cleanliness: the grounds are spotless staff work hard keeping it clean throughout the day. Activities: darts and water aerobics is the main offer during the day for adults. Evening entertainment: they do provide a wide range of acts but overall compared to other hotels the quality was below expected Most of the entertainers are quite inexperienced. Part of the problem is that they have a very small indoor stage and that impacts the shows During the day they had a foam party which is a weekly event Staff: kitchen staff are fast paced they pick up the dirty dishes from the table at speed. Bar staff: friendly and found them all professional. Cleaning ladies: room cleaned each day although replenishment of toiletries hit and miss Animation team: Firat was great with people of all ages and ha

I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte

A great service (all clean, staff polite), food and alcohol are diverse, quality. The beach is clean, lying whole and not old, convenient sea entrance. There was one here, but for family rest I consider a very suitable hotel. The rooms are convenient in location and arrangement, the beach car delivers to the beach (with sufficient periodicity), animation does not give boring. The pools have not been used, but they look clean. Together with excellent weather and warm sea, the hotel left a good impression of Turkey.

Kumkoy
Also vorsichtig sein. Kleiderordnu

I don't know where the delighted reviews of this hotel come from. We got room 602. The windows go to the bar and to 23.30 scream music, after people sit and talk all the voice. On the other hand, the busy road and when the music is silent, the noise of transport is heard. So the silence is not worth waiting. The pipework is old, the shower cabin is streaming and the floor is water. Bear in mind if you are more than 50 sizes, you just don't fit in the shower. Food is demolished, juice is divorced. One plus sea. To the beach really close, walking a few minutes, if you go lazy, go golf cara until 18. Surely you don't want to go back to this hotel.

Worst hotel iv been too, i usually go to lara beach which is amazing and this time only booked as it was cheap. Worst mistake as i was with my baby and the journey in the shuttle from airport to the hotel was over an hour long. We got there at 9.30pm there was no food available for my baby i had to go out in a taxi to find a place to eat. Hotel staff didn't help with suitcase, they simply refused when i asked for help as i had my child. Very rude staff, i asked to borrow a plug they refused, i asked to borrow an iron they wouldn't give me it. The safe cost to be used, wifi only free in the lobby and it cost 3 pounds per day to use even tho stated free to use on website! Food variety was awful, hardly anything to choose from. Same stuff repeated, desserts were tasteless the only thing i ate was the fruit and salad. Rooms were average, no towels given i had to beg before receiving them. Dont book this hotel youll regret it! Apparently a week before I went hotel staff beat up a woman and threw her belongings out onto the road in the middle of the night. The love holiday lady was of no help too, avoid at all costs pay a bit more and go elsewhere manavgat is more for elderly couples don't take youre children there as nothing to do!! I went to find some milk at night and the lights were all switched off, i asked for a worker to help me with my suitcase as i needed to checkout at 3am and didnt want to leave my baby alone but they refused and just mumbled swears im sure.
